Fantastic experience: Good service very professional and explained treatment options

Fantastic experience: I think this dental clinic is fabulous. I’m not a big fan of dentist. And I would have to be a dentists nightmare. But they don’t make you feel like that. They listen to advise and go with what you are comfortable or can afford. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dentists chair. I’m glad I found them I especially want to commend the dental nurse Kia (I think that’s her name ). She went above and beyond. After my implants she rang me to see that I got home safe. And rang a few days after to see if I was in any pain and how I was progressing. When I went back for my prostheses to be installed. I was very disappointed to hear she wasn’t working there anymore. They have lost a good nurse. And I’m sorry I won’t see her anymore

Fantastic experience: Dr Nag extracted a molar very gently, followed up with good advice and care. We are lucky to have a good dentist in Alexandra. However, the cost of a check up and teeth cleaning has escalated dramatically. I was charged over $300 for a service that used to cost $127. $300 is the top of the range for this procedure which strikes me as excessive considering the lower overheads in Alexandra. So get a quote before you commit.

Negative experience: I went in for a check up. The Dentist seemed hell bent on other issues other than a checkup. I had two x-rays which I didn’t think was necessary and then he made another appointment for enamel replacement on two of my teeth. All in all not very happy really took too long and didn’t achieve anything and I don’t think he did a good job on cleaning my teeth either.

Fantastic experience: I went into dentist to have what I knew would be a difficult removal of tooth. To say I was nervous was an understatement however all staff were really wonderful. the dentist worked tirelessly to remove the stubborn tooth and after ages his patience paid off. Negative experience: I was there for nearly 50 minutes for a check up! I was only expecting to be there for 20 minutes as per previous checkups.
