Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr A.J. Kanupuru at Hocking Dental Care highly enough. After experiencing childhood trauma with dentists, I’ve always been anxious about dental visits — but Dr Kanupuru completely changed that for me. Her care, gentleness, and professionalism were exceptional. I could hardly feel the fillings being done, and I had absolutely zero pain throughout the entire 3 appointments. As a Adult now I finally feel comfortable and confident at the dentist, and I won’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have had an insane negative reaction to dentists since I was a child. This terror has grown illogically over the last 60 years. Today I experienced the most amazing and calming experience I can recollect at any dentist. They are not all bad, I guess, but no one has gone close to today. I almost can’t believe it. Fantastic!!!

Fantastic experience: The most pleasant experience I've had at the Dentist. AJ has such gentle hands and usually I'd be very anxious at the dentist but I was extremely relaxed. Highly recommend I have to share my experience as I hope this helps other's. I have been very self conscious of my smile for years as my two front teeth have been uneven due to an accident when I was a kid. I went to Perio in Duncraig and was quoted over $2000 to fix it with a recovery of 6 to 8 weeks depending. AJ fixed this in less than a hour with her incredible laser machine and zero pain whilst saving me thousands. She also lasered off my mole which I've also wanted removed for sometime. I'm so incredibly grateful for AJ as she is one of the only dentists to have this qualification for laser in WA. Please don't hesitate and book a consultation as you won't regret it. Thanks to AJ I have confidence to show my teeth off and smile big. Ps: this pic was taken directly after...it will look even better after a few days but I couldn't wait to share.

Negative experience: Could not remove 5 year Olds tooth Was referred to a more equipped dentists waste of time and money. Terrible experience.Dont go here for tooth extraction.

Negative experience: My husband specifically requested an appointment for our 5 yrs old daughter to get her tooth attracted. After a standard consultation they told me to go to a better more equipped dentist then charged me over $100 which was unfair because they did not remove the tooth. Waste of my time and money need to find a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: First time going here to have my wisdom teeth out. From the moment entering it was very welcoming, the team were so calm and understanding as I was very nervous. Well worth the 20 mins drive. Returning customer for sure.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the quality of the appointments for my two children (aged 2 and 4) today. The dentist and assistant were fantastic with getting my kids to listen, warm and all round very child friendly (for my toddler who can't sit still!). Would definitely recommend for families.

The appointment was long but painless and you will get exactly what you want, that pearly charming beautiful white I love coming back to see Nishtha now. Have a good Xmas team at HDC. Fantastic experience: I had 3 appointments last month. Always has been very well welcomed by the ladies at the desk. I didn't feel like it was a "dental care factory", so it was good because dlgoing to the dentist makes me a bit nervous. Dr Prajkta was very much listening to my feeling and my needs, and made me very comfortable. I had an amazing experience with the nurse Doris too as it's the first time in my life i could have sleep at the dentist! She was also caring. I definitely recommend this dental care center.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist was so good with my 5yo today that is especially scared of Dentists. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and explained everything so she knew what was going to happen. She went from refusing to go inside to actually sitting in the dentist chair and letting the Dentist look at her teeth. Thank you so much for making our trip to the dentist a pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been going to hocking dental care for the last couple of years. We all are very satisfied with the dentists. We have a 6 month clean and check up for us and my 6 year old and 4 year old. Clean ups are not always fun with every dentist. So we found our experience pretty comfortable. The kids always walk out happy. The dentists are friendly and take effort to make kids as comfortable as possible.On most visits with pleasant surprises such as a good job sticker, a dental kids kit too. The facilities and ambience are also very good. On my today's visit, the dentist very patiently demonstrated to my 6 year old son on how to floss and he enjoyed learning. The most impressive customer service as they always give you timely reminders a couple of times before your visit and you will never miss an appointment with them

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and helpful. Even though I had the wrong private health cover card the lady on the front desk did everything she could to make sure I didn't have to pay out of pocket. The dentist was friendly and told me everything he was going to do before he started. I have been going every 6 months now for 2 years and will continue to go there even if I move out of Hocking. Thoroughly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this Dentist enough! It’s been almost 20 years since I’ve seen a dentist and kept putting it off. Reception is always friendly and helpful with a very professional manner. An absolute asset to the business. Booking appointments are always made easy and provide an sms reminder of your upcoming appointment. The Dentist, Mayuri is very caring and gentle towards her patients. Made my first visit a lot easier. Always explains throughly and in layman’s terms. Provides great advice and does not push you to have a procedure if she does not feel it is necessary. Great work Hocking Dental, keep up the great work!! A+++

Fantastic experience: I saw the team down at Hocking dental for an emergency root canal and was petrified. They made me feel comfortable and really looked after me. Also had a tooth pulled and they were amazing. Aftercare was excellent too.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for somewhere new for my daughters aged 16 (with ASD) and 3. The Hocking Dentist Care team were amazing. They put both of my girls at ease for their checks and finally my eldest was comfortable with a dentist to get the filling she needed! So comfortable that on both visits she didn't require anaesthesia. My husband and I will be swapping to Hocking Dental Care also! I would highly recommend their services, especially to those who are anxious about having dental work done.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for years, they have always taken the time to explain what they will be doing and why. I have bad anxiety at the dentist and they are always very reassuring and this is what sets them above the rest of the dentists in the area. My children love coming here too and at 6&2 that shows the kind of people who work here. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a great dentist.

Negative experience: never do this stuff, however felt like it needed to be done. went in for a tooth filling , got told i have 5 more that needed to be done. they supposedly fixed them but when i looked in the mirror the hole i originally went for was still there but i thought she clearly would be able to see that since they have a light down my mouth but didnt question as who am i to question a dentist about teeth. a couple months go by and i see i have another hole on another tooth, go in to get it filled and i get told that i need a filling on the tooth that i had originally went for a couple months back. so they never filled in the tooth i first ever went for. :/$$$$ more money. so give it a pass cause thats in the past, mabye a mistake from the dentist or even myself.(99.99% sure that hole never got filled) what made it worse is when i went for my dental cleaning service they told me i have tooth decay on 2 teeth, 1 of them being minor and the other tooth has a decent hole. when i asked the lady what i can do to resolve this problem i was told to come back in 6 months time and to regurlaly floss. in reality the only thing thats going to happen to a hole in ur tooth in 6 months time is that its going to triple in size, so i asked three more times what i can do to fix the problem and she gave me same answer and that was to come in 6 months time. 2 days after tooth starts aching and get told by other proffessionals i need to have it filled in immediatley. so if i waited 6 months like the dentist told me to who knows how much more troubles id have to go through including time and money. this place is under new management obviously and all new faces, you will understand once u go and im sure they too understand what i mean by new faces. DEFINATLEY got scammed at some point or throughout the whol time i been visiting. DEFINATLEY do not reccomend as if u cant trust your dentist who can you trust. also i repeat myself by saying who am i to question the dentist but then again who is the dentist if they need questioning.

Fantastic experience: Just been to see Mayuri at Hocking Dental for 3rd or 4th time now. I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but have to say each time I go, I leave really pleased with what they've done and how all staff look after you. They always appear that it'll take as long/ short to get everything done correctly. I'm no expert but price also seems good.
