Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dental Solutions Oatley highly enough! I’ve seen both Dr Shilpra and Dr Dhruv and they’ve both been absolutely amazing. I’ve always been really nervous about going to the dentist but from the moment I booked my initial appointment and spoke to the lovely receptionist, to walking in the clinic, all staff made me feel completely at ease. Dr Shilpra was so gentle that I honestly didn’t even realise she’d given me a needle when doing my filling — I didn’t feel a thing! The whole team is friendly yet professional and you can tell they all genuinely care. I’ve finally found a dental practice I actually feel comfortable going to and will be recommending to all of my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dental Solutions at Oatley for over a year. My dentist, Shilpa Oberai, is highly skilled, patient and gentle. I am very nervous having to have any dental work done. Shilpa explains the procedure she has to do and talks me through the procedure while she is working. Using photos of my teeth she carefully explains what needs to be done in the future and why, and together we decide on a plan. I have every confidence in her ability and integrity and highly recommend Dental Solutions.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Dental Solutions Oatley for a few years now. Brilliant service. Always friendly and discusses what is needed very thoroughly. With the cost of living and prices on the rise ( For Everything) I was quite stunned to learn that Dental Solutions Oatley have kept prices rises to a bare minimum. I've recently heard from clients of mine complaining about the cost of their dental work. I was stunned at what they were charged and recommended Dental Solutions Oatley straight away. I would give more then 5 starts if I could.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful team. From the lovely Lisa at the front desk to the friendly nurses and then the amazing Dr Dhruv. After he reviewed all options, I recently had two teeth removed by Dr Dhruv. He was so gentle, calming and caring - I didn’t even feel the needle! Patient care and comfort are their top priority and the entire team deliver that in spades.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Shilpa 4 weeks ago after putting off a dental visit for 6 years and I am very pleased. She has made a plan to fix all my problems. I already had 3 appointments and I am very happy with the results. My husband and son have been seeing her since she started at Dental Solutions and they are very happy as well. Fantastic experience: Dental Solutions Oatley is a very modern clean, professional and friendly dental surgery. Dr Jessica Zhuang the dental surgeon who worked on me is an expert, a true professional and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. I had a deep scale teeth clean and wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Jessica explains everything she is doing and goes out of her way to make it a pain free experience. I am a nervous dental patient and Dr Jessica kept asking me if I’m okay and kept reassuring me that I’m doing well, she is a great communicator and very compassionate. The reception staff are wonderful and friendly too. I’ll be coming back to have regular check ups from now on. I have no problem recommending Dental Solutions Oatley and especially Dr Jessica Zhuang.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been coming to Dental Solutions Oatley since their opening in Oatley. The team is always incredibly helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and prompt, to address all of our diverse dental needs, as well as regular check ups. The kids have had orthodontics, we’ve had fillings, bridges, mouth guards, teeth whiting and specialist care. It’s always pain free and backed with thorough conversations so we’re fully informed. Extended family with significant fears of the dentist, now also have a place they feel comfortable to have their dental needs addressed.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice for over 2 years now & I can't recommend them highly enough. My anxiety around visiting the dentist has completely vanished despite some major dental work being carried out. Dr Dhruv is fabulous, very gentle & reassuring & Anna runs the front desk with such a friendly & efficient manner it's always a pleasure to attend. The practice is very modern, clean & comfortable & the nurses & other technicians are all very professional & gentle. Whether it's for general dental work, or major dental like implants, bridges etc you will not get better results anywhere!

Fantastic experience: I came in today for the first time to see Dr Jessica Zhuang for an urgent appointment and I honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough. My first time ever feeling like I could fall asleep in the chair. She is great at what she does and made sure I wasn’t in pain during the visit. I have had bad experiences in the past with other clinics/dentists leading me to not taking care of my teeth like I should have but have now found my new place. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend all of the dentists here enough. I started out seeing Dr Dhruv (who is amazing) but when he was on holidays I had some tooth pain so I started seeing Dr Jess. She is amazing, patient and just great. She has done a lot for me over the last 6 weeks or so and will definitely be my dentist going forward (sorry Dhruv ). Dr Shilpa has seen all of my kids and operated on my daughter who needed a lot of work done. She was calm, patient and most importantly not judgemental of the condition of my daughter’s teeth. And don’t even get me started on Anna the receptionist. She is so kind and accomodating, always doing her best to get me an appointment. She knows all my kids names (and my dog) and will come out and greet them on the street as they walk past. All of the dentists here are skilled clinicians but more importantly they relate to patients on a human level and understand dental anxiety and are just super great at helping me overcome it. Go here, you won’t regret it. I forgot to talk about the beautiful nurse that I have been having, Felicia! She is the best, very attentive and always has my favourite show, Fisk ready to go on the TV

Fantastic experience: I am super happy with my implants done by Dr Dhruv and his great team. My case was not straight forward. I needed bone graft before I could have implants. Druv worked out a treatment plan for me and informed me about each step. The treatment took a year from start to finish. I am very happy with the result and highly record Oatley Denral Solutions. They take time in explaining in depth any work that will be carried out. Overall, making you feel confident and safe, giving confidence in their approach to work lessens any “fears”! Fantastic experience: My two sons started going here after hearing some positive reviews from around Oatley. They specialise in kids and both my boys (4 and 2 years) have had positive experiences there. They picked up an issue with our eldest son (asthmatic) who was referred to an ENT specialist who discovered an issue which was not picked up by a GP or paediatrician prior. If you have young kids I’d highly recommend bringing them here. Since then, I’ve started going here for myself after about a 1.5 year absence from the dentist due to covid and deprioritising it. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jessica and she has been fantastic. She has great manner, is very informative. Dr. Jessica is personable and professional at the same time. I’ve been very satisfied with the dental works completed. The clinic itself is very presentable and clean. They even have a TCL TV on the roof of the clinic so you can watch some Netflix docos while there. Congrats on establishing and running a great clinic. I’ll definitely be back. AC

Negative experience: Wasted my morning!!! I am furious!! Made us wait in the hot sun outside then told us our appointment was at 11 not 10 we waited around for 1hr went back then she told us there was a mistake made and our appointment was booked with the male rather then the female. Appointment was made months ago confirmed and everything. No real apology or anything. Utterly disgusted with no value for my time. We will never ever come back again. Atrocious customer service! Could have called me to tell me this rather then make me wait around for 1 hr only to tell me there is something wrong with the appointment. You just lost 3 patients!

Fantastic experience: For someone who used to have severe pain attacks going to the dentist to the point of total neglect of my dental care due to fear, I feel I have struck gold! My niece recommended Dental Solutions, Oatley to me as I needed quite a bit of work done and I knew from my first visit I was in good hands. Firstly, I needed two extractions which Dr Dhruv did on two separate occasions. Barely any swelling or pain after the procedures and constant phone-calls from staff to check on my well-being afterwards and at my follow-up visit a dental plan was discussed with Dr Dhruv and clearly explained. I needed all my upper teeth removed and replaced with a denture and my bottom teeth needed six fillings. I was admitted to hospital for day surgery where Dr Shilpa removed all my upper teeth and replaced them with a denture and did six fillings on my bottom teeth. Again, barely any swelling or pain afterwards and a late night phone-call from Dr Shilpa to check on my welfare. I have been back for a further filling and relining of my denture. My denture fits perfectly and they have done an exceptional job. They really look fantastic and I am so happy with them. Dr Dhruv is doing all he can to save my remaining bottom teeth and I am now caring for them diligently. If you have any apprehension whatsoever, or even if you don't, I cannot speak highly enough of both Dr Shilpa and Dr Dhruv. They are professional, caring, warm and sincere and all procedures and options are explained clearly and carefully. Dr Dhruv makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. He is precise, thorough, gentle and you can see he cares about his work. Prices are reasonable, they are both highly skilled and the staff are wonderful and are always willing to listen. Ainsley and April at reception will put you at ease with a warm welcome! I have told almost everyone I know, Dental Solutions, Oatley is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr Dhruv and the team at Dental Solutions highly enough. I had a real fear of the dentist, and avoided seeing one for over 10 years. The team helped me out so much. Not only did they help me get over me fears but I have got dental health back on track, and I’m now going back every 6 months without any worries for my check up and cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Update Nov 2020 - I had to get some wisdoms out under sedation which was an extremely scary prospect for me. Everything went so smoothly, it took less time than expected, Dr Dhruv and Dr Logarta (anaesthesiologist) were so supportive and comforting. But the real miracle was the recovery. Literally next to no swelling or pain, can you believe it?! Definitely choose this dentistry. Highly skilled, great people. Previous review: Dhruv is the first dentist I’ve ever gone to that doesn’t make me feel embarrassed or ashamed about the condition of my teeth, and he has been extremely patient and understanding of my fears. I have gone from panic attacks before the dentist to feeling comfortable and able to go ahead with the work I need done. He walks me through what he’ll be doing beforehand and during the procedure knowing that will help reassure me and keep me calm. He understands what to prioritise and doesn’t try to pressure work that’s not urgent, if I need a break financially. I highly recommend this dentistry, especially if you have a phobia or fear and you’re looking for a patient, empathic AND highly skilled dentist.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful, boutique dental practice in the heart of St George Area. The practice is very family friendly, caring, well equipped and all staff are focused on getting the best dental solution for you. All suggested options are always well explained. I am very pleased I took my toddler here, the earlier you take your child, the better it will be as they'll be able to catch any issues early on and you will have better management options. As everyone knows, your teeth play a big role in your health and confidence, I would 100% recommend Dr Shilpa Oberai and the team for your child's and your own dental needs.

Fantastic experience: We went to see Dr Shilpa for my 7 years old daughter rotten baby tooth. It was so painful and we did not know what to do. Dr Shilpa was very very patient, explained every consequence followed by every possible treatment and gave us antibodies few days prior to the tooth surgery day. On that day it was not easy to remove tooth for a child, Dr Shilpa was very careful, tried her best to talk to my daughter to make her feel less nervous and asked me for permission before taking any further steps and actions in the surgery. The baby tooth was successfully removed. All of us were very happy because the pain had gone! Thank you Dr Shilpa, we would recommend her to our friends. Cheers.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the Dentist in 10 years, due to some bad experiences, so I was a little worried and did some research prior to visiting Dentist Solutions Oatley. After reading the reviews I thought I would try Dr Dhruv. He guided me through everything that was required, he was very clear, decisive and understanding of my requests. I know going to the dentist can be daunting, however, I found Dr Dhruv was extremely gentle, and explained all the steps he was taking, and felt he cared about his quality of work, and advised all available options and recommended the steps to take. Eight fillings later, and a thorough clean, I feel very relieved and thankful. I’m happy I found a dentist for our family. Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my 7 year old to see Dr. Shilpa for 2 years and she’s never nervous because Dr.Shilpa is so gentle and lovely, explains every step in an age appropriate way and just generally makes her feel so comfortable. She had her first filling last week and according to my daughter she didn’t feel a thing! ☺️ I’m so grateful for Dental Solutions and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I have never before felt so at ease to go to the dentist. The team at Dental Solutions really take care of you and ensure your experience is as pain free and comfortable as possible. I have suffered with face, head, neck and shoulder pain for longer than I can remember. I never thought it could be a dental issue. After 8 months I am no longer in chronic pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Shilpa since they took over the practice a number of years ago. My wife has been seeing Dhruv for the same time. We are extremely happy with both of them. They are gentle and explain everything. They practice dentistry with a focus on long term care, not a quick fix. They are thorough but do not overservice. My teeth have been well cared for, and stable during their care. They provide sound advice which has helped prevent new issues. We have recommended them to a number of friends and co-workers, including those who have a fear of dentists, and all of those people have felt comfortable and reassured by these two dentists. Couldn't recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: We love our friends at Dental Solutions Oatley . I hadn't been at the dentist in years and needed some fairly lengthy and complicated dental work. After some not so great experiences over the years - Shilpa has been so patient, kind and at no time pushy. We have worked for nearly 2 years to complete the dental work, lots of fillings , a splint, and now my crown. My kids love Shilpa and now won't even let me in the room while they have treatment. Shilpa and Dru have lots of experience, love keeping up to date with new technology and work with some of the best professionals in the dental industry. Fantastic experience: Drs Dhruv and Shilpa are the best dentists I've ever experienced, and I've experienced many :'( I always walk out from my appointments making jokes and laughing. My 17yo son is autistic and after a bad day at school (which typically makes him grumpy and best left alone) happily went to his dental appointment. My little one asks question after question after question, which they very kindly answer in language she understands. They are my forever dentists!

His meticulous and thorough approach to rectifying painful and pre existing dental conditions , and the plan that was created for achieving a successful outcome, has provided me with great confidence . The high level of professionalism that Dr Dhruv provides also extends to his team at the surgery, Skye and Ainsley , who are at all times eager to assist and friendly. Fantastic experience: I found Dental Solutions Oatley to be so thorough and so honest . Dhruv gain my trust from the 1st time I saw him. I had so much dental work needed that he assured me that after my bone and skin graft my teeth will start to get better. I had a lot of abscess in 2 teeth after having crowns put in 35years about which was causing me pain.Dhruv was recommended to me by my boss and he was the only one to tell me honestly about what I needed to get done. Fantastic experience: Honest, Trustworthy and extremely thorough. I travel 45mins+ to visit Dhruv. He has helped me through fillings, crowns and now an extraction and implant. Dhruv gives clear options, helps me weigh the pros and cons and flags anything that may change our approach.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Dhruv Oberai for the last 4 years. I was devastated when I left Tasmania and moved to Sydney and had to look for another dentist. I am so glad to know the Dr Dhruv and Dr Shilpa Oberai have now relocated to Sydney . Their service and skill is exceptional . Their care is genuine and they give you a clear understanding of any dental issues and a complete explanation of the treatment process. I have had my molars extracted at their practice and it was seamless . I had no swelling , I followed their instructions for pain relief and had no pain whatsoever. I'm so thrilled to have access to their service here in NSW .
