Fantastic experience: Dr Raymond Chan. Honestly hands down the best dentist I have ever come across. He is very gentle, caring and just knows how to comfort me as I get very anxious when I visit dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been their patient for years. Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Raymond are highly qualified and skilled experience in dentistry. They both helped and solved my problems when I have emergency teeth pains. The Clinic is completely dentistry equipments and very clean environment and very happy with their both medical expertise.

Negative experience: Charging $400 for a basic molar extraction. What a joke. Especially for a cash paying customer.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend. Needed a lot of work after years of neglect by me. Had pain, and after my first visit here it gave me confidence I’d never had in a dentist. After a few visits for the first time in 20years my teeth have zero issues. And the cost which I assumed would scare me was amazing! Please visit them, I’ve never been looked after better in every aspect (they actually care)

Negative experience: No wonder this clinic gets so many bad reviews. I called to book an appointment but the receptionist was rude and disrespectful.

Negative experience: I’ve seen many dentists, but only Tracy has truly satisfied me. She is gentle, dedicated, and always treats patients with kindness. However, lately I haven’t been able to see her anymore. The receptionist booked me in to see Tracy, but when I arrived, I was seen by someone else without letting me know. I was very disappointed.

Negative experience: This is a place I think people should consider before coming. 2 weeks ago, while I was waiting for my husband to get his teeth treated, I heard some bad words from the receptionists. They kept badmouthing their patients in Vietnamese even though I and another patient are Vietnamese. They criticized the poor patients and said that they would not book that patient in next time because they would not make money from those patients. I was completely shocked and disappointed with this unprofessional attitude. The young receptionist talked to the patients but did not look them in the face and did not smile, she almost did not want to answer any questions from the patients, it was an attitude of contempt for customers. The dentist and the nurses were all very cheerful and professional. They are bringing their own business down if they continue to work with this attitude..

Negative experience: My family is a long-time patient here. Before, every time we came here, we were always satisfied with the service here, especially with Laura. Since they replaced her with a new receptionist, I no longer want to come to this clinic. Is she rude and looks down on us, or is this how she treats Vietnamese patients? Nowadays, there are many new clinics with very good service, the receptionist is the face of a business, why would a long-standing and quality clinic work with such a bad receptionist? I am very sad and I will not come back here again.

Negative experience: Yesterday, 2nd of June, I called to book for an appointment for me and my daughter and the receptionist was very rude. She also claimed I've seen the dentist in September 2024 but my insurance records didnt show any dental works at that time. I will ne filing a formal complaint as they may have charged me for that unrecorded visit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. My appt was at 11, but I went In early to fill out paperwork and they were able to see me right away. The dentist was efficient but thorough. I really appreciate he took the time to explain to me his recommendations and also discuss the wisdom tooth removal and costs. There is a screen on the roof - I was in and out within 20 mins. Will definately choose Western Dental Care in future

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience at Westside Dental Care. The staffs are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My favorite Oral Health Therapist is Tracy. She’s always gentle, kind, and makes sure I’m comfortable. I really appreciate it. I highly recommend this clinic !

Negative experience: My children teeth cleaning here with dr raymond very rush and touching evrything with dirty glove and not care to change glove. Not good my children get sick from here

Negative experience: I dont recommend this place, I took my 2 kids, son and daughter. I came here to have a checkup on their teeth, the doctors rushed and didnt clean my kids teeth properly. The receptionists and dentists weren't friendly, And after that they charged me 900 dollars for my son and 700 for my daugther. What are these prices? They just charge you whatever amount they choose. This place is a rip off... Do not bring your kids here!!!

Fantastic experience: The dentists there are really friendly. I had my wisdoms taken out and everything went really smooth. I understand that complications can occur but couldn't help feeling anxious. I told the dentists and they really helped talk me through it to calm me down which was great!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Le and Ms. Tracey on different occassion and they were both fantastic. I had my teeth cleaned and braces done here, they had excellent service and were really friendly. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have seen a dentist's infection control here that is terrible. How did he wear dirty gloves and pick up other clean things right in front of the patient's family without feeling scared? I am concerned for the health of his patients. How can they accept such an unprofessional dentist? The clinic should change its way of working before I send a report to the Australian Ministry of Health because I am a doctor. I have enough evidence to sue because I will take my daughter for a medical examination, I am worried that she will get infected from this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Went to other places and they mention they need 2-4hours for my top wisdom tooth to be remove and the bottom wisdom tooth they will refer me to hospital to remove as the bottom one is more complicated... I came here 10 mins top and bottom all done!! I can't imagine if I need to open my mouth for 2-4 hours for one single tooth.... definitely come back if I need to remove and check my tooth.

Fantastic experience: I have seen many dentists in my lifetime and I would have to say Dr Le Tran is probably the best one that I had come across. He seems very genuine. I came in for a consultation and he went the extra mile to give me tips to look after my teeth. He believes my teeth is in good condition so I didn't need any further work done. Unlike other dental clinics who keeps pushing me to do unnecessary X-rays and works on my teeth. The pricing for this clinic is very fair and competitive. Laura the receptionist is very polite and attentive, which is an extra added bonus. Highly recommend this place!

Con gái tôi khen nha sĩ nhổ răng rất êm và nhanh gọn. Tôi thì không rành tiếng Anh nên được cô y tá tên Michelle Bùi thông dịch rất tận tình. Tôi cảm thấy hài lòng chất lượng dịch vụ tại đây.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe gum infection. They got me in as soon as they could helping me with every step of the way in the booking process. They got me in that day. The dentist was amazing. I walked in there in extreme pain and came out feeling amazing. Thank you, Westside dental Care 10 out of 10 customer service and dental experience. will be coming back. Will be recommending you to friends.

Negative experience: My daughter went here did the filling, but the quality is so poorly. After 2 weeks of filling she start to feels the pain, so we brought her to dentist hospital, the dentist there said the filling wasn’t closed properly and all the food accumulated in there.. They comments the previous dentist got the job done very poorly.. I strongly not recommended to go there, this place is ripping you off.

Negative experience: Worst experience of all. Over 2 hours waiting to still not be seen with a pre booked appointment and that many dentists on staff it's completely unacceptable easily hands down worst place in the West.

Negative experience: Chỗ này tôi đã tới trám răng. Nhưng đi tới 3 lần. Kiểm tra răng, clean răng, trám răng và chụp phim. Tốn khá nhiều thời gian và tiền bạc. Mười ngày sau mãng trám bị rớt ra. Tôi book để trám lại, khi đến nơi lễ tân lại giới thiệu một nha sĩ khác và họ yêu cầu thêm tiền vì họ không phải là người làm răng cho tôi trước đó. Tôi đành phải book lại nha sĩ trước đó. Thế là mất thêm một ngày khi tôi đến , họ bảo răng tôi phải bọc lại chứ không trám được nữa. Thế lá mất toi một khoảng thời gian đi lại và tiền bạc. Họ làm không có trách nhiệm, chỉ biết lấy tiền đối với khách hàng.

Fantastic experience: My best experience with a dental clinic! Laura at reception is very kind and helpful and I have seen multiple dentists who have all been very patient, explained what they were doing well and gentle (especially for my wisdom teeth removal). I am very happy with their service.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Westside dental care for 5 years now, For someone who has a phobia with dentists, Dr Le Tran is great. Gentle, professional and thorough. My family members have attended this clinic and are pleased with the service. I found there pricing to be very reasonable. Also there receptionist Laura is awesome!

Fantastic experience: I dint like going to Dentists full stop but these dentists are amazing I’ve got braces and when my wires break they get me fixed straight away I compared prices and they are good value I highly recommend these dentists and Laura your amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: This dental clinic has good dentist, though they make up their prices as they go. There's no price list for patients to look at and the receptionist who is the wife or family member makes up the prices as she want to. It's quite unprofessional the way they invoice you for your visit. And if you query the price, you'll hear every type of excuse. They are there to take care of their patients but that's not the case. I understand it's a business and they need to make money but it's ridiculous the way they charge people. If you want to get ripped off then by all means go here, but I strongly ask that you look around and not go here.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit, I only go when I'm mostly in pain but they are friendly affordable (for a dentist) and alway get the problem solved! The receptionist is the friendliest person you will ever meet. Been going for 5 years.
