Fantastic experience: I'm scared of dentist and needles but needed my wisdom teeth out.. I booked a appointment with Dr Hang and she talked me through step by step what she will do and made sure I was ok throughout the whole surgery. Even did it in 2 parts to make me feel more comfortable about it. So caring and professional and definitely puts her patients first. Since that I've gone back for checkups and a clean :)

Fantastic experience: I have had my teeth cleaned at a few different places, but my experience with Dr. Ngo is by far the best. My teeth felt so clean, yet there was no discomfort at all during the procedure. She pointed out that I had been overbrushing my teeth, and explained how to adjust my brushing technique. When inquired about veneers, she provided honest advice. Rather than encouraging me to undergo an unnecessary procedure, she reassured me that my teeth were already in great condition. She carefully outlined both the advantages and potential drawbacks of veneers, allowing me to make an informed decision. This shows integrity and patient care as a health professional. Thank you!☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Song is very friendly, efficient and professional. It is highly recommended although sometimes it needs to book in advance. It is a bit difficult if you have some dental emergencies.

Fantastic experience: 2022 edit: I've finally been back to have a check up, first time since 2015... everything was great! The crown Dr Song did for me in 2015 is perfect and by following his advice, I have not had any further decay. Floss is boss! I received a few fillings to cover sensitive areas where my gums had receded and have had excellent pain relief as a result. The hygienist was kind and passionate about her work, however applied and charged me for a fluoride treatment without asking if I was ok with it. All in all, Campbelltown Dental Health have an amazing crew, dedicated to precision work and care for their patients, at a reasonable price as well. ‐---------------------------------------------------------- I was lucky enough to have met Dr Song in a surgery in Elizabeth for wisdom teeth extraction. I tracked him down years later now in his own office and will never go anywhere else. I am someone who struggles with heavy anxiety around the dentist and needles, Dr Song and his team make managing that so much easier.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! Dr Song is the best dentist doctor in Adelaide in my view! I have been to several before being recommended to Dr Song through friends. He is highly skillful and experienced. He extracted one of my wisdom teeth and it was not painful at all during the whole process. He has done it so smoothly and pain-free. Following his instruction post surgery, it only took me 2 days and less than a week to recover. I’m thankful to have met Dr Song to help my teeth problems. Thank you!!! Highly recommend for anyone who have any dental problems. I pay not a lot after claiming through Bupa insurance which can be deducted directly from the service.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience with Dr Song. He broke one of my good teeth and make a crown which nearly damaged all my teeth. he nearly ruined my my life .Luckily I went to see a specialist. the specialist corrected what he did wrong to my teeth and my teeth are ok with food now. HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING>>ALL HE DOES JUST TO MAKE MONEY.i think he was normal attitude but very bad skills. Even my friends years ago went to see him for his wisdom tooth . he only did less than 3 mins check .except my friends bupa and medicare paid him. he charged over$200 .and he DID nothing the the wisdom tooth . Any way we won't go back to him and won't recommend him to anybody. there are some good dentists but not every dentist. Some are just using their qualifications to make money.

Fantastic experience: My Dad wanted to get a sharp molar removed that was causing him distress. SADS couldn't do this as it was complex - they referred him to a private practice, so my Dad and I chose Campbelltown Dental Health as it is close by. We were met by the female receptionist who had a pleasant nature and made us feel very welcome. Dr. Song then came out to perform the surgery. He is highly experienced in the field and he was calm and patient with my Dad. Dr. Song was able to remove the troublesome tooth within 10 minutes. The receptionist who doubles as a dental assistant advised on care for the tooth extraction afterwards in a very professional manner. She gave me a factsheet and ran through it with me, and she gave me some gauzes for my Dad to use as well. I highly recommend Campbelltown Dental Health for all of your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Song and Kerryn too highly. My mouth is a dental disaster, yet both professionals were unfazed by the challenges it presented. Dr Song is calm, composed and extremely meticulous. He has a good nature and an understated sense of humour that put you immediately at ease. The dental hygienist Kerryn is simply the loveliest lady imaginable – she manages to be warm and friendly as well as throughly professional and extremely informative and generous with her expert advice. Her chairside manner is second to none. A definite plus – the practice keeps its charges reasonable, so for many procedures there is no gap to pay after the Bupa coverage. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
