Positive experience: This place does such a great job of regular maintenance cleaning and working with their clients during their visits. The only issue is trying to get started as a new patient (my partner) is difficult because of their booked out services. I suppose that speaks volumes of their quality service.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a BIG mention about Dr Victor Vo, he has been absolutely brilliant, he's attention to detail and approach to me has been fantastic, I could not be happier. Thanks Victor, your the man mate. Regards Rick Fenwick

Positive experience: Great attention to detail and the dentists there made me feel comfortable and some of the reception staff Unfortunately I have had an awkward experience so am updating my review. I had an appointment booked for a clean. I had gotten a call to rebook the appointment which I was more than happy to do. Too easy. I snapped up an appointment the following week and all was well. The night before I started feeling crook and the day of I woke up with full blown stomach flu so jumped on the phone as soon as they opened to let them know and to rebook myself. The lady who took my call was quite cold towards me rebook and said it would be difficult to rebook and started talking quietly about how it was going into the new year. I was genuinely confused as it was April.. I said that I dont mind if it has to be June or July, no rush! She mentioned again that it was going into the new year. I still didn't understand.. I kept saying things like "I don't want to be any trouble" etc and that i didn't mind if it had to be in the next few months. She offered an appointment in December and I said... ooohhh if its that busy I can find somewhere else.. I genuinely don't like going places that I feel like I'll be in the way in.. She mentioned no that's my second appointment in 6 months and I'll go on a waitlist for this one... I only had one appointment to rebook which was my clean .. the one I had happily rebooked when they needed to.. I am still confused and im sad because this place is lovely.. the dentists are fantastic... but now I dont have an appointment and I feel too awkward to call again or go back. Sorry!

Fantastic experience: I went to McIntyre dentist today the service was excellent highly recommended

Negative experience: Reception staff are extremely rude and obviously need to be retrained asked for a phone number to do with a referral and was refused definitely won't be going back

Fantastic experience: Well i never thought i'd have a good experience at a dentist but the highly proffesional Micheal and team put any fear of dentists to rest , Modern technology was interesting and pain free through about 4-5 hrs of restoration work , and it didnt break the bank account, Very highly recommend , Thanks again Micheal , cheers

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental work on my front teeth were early for our appointment but as we traveled a long distance the dentist & assistant delayed there lunch break to attend to us so we were not delayed & could head home earlier

Fantastic experience: I always go to this dentist they are so professional and their follow up work is tremendous. Today I had a tooth extracted and dr Victor Vo was totally amazing done an outstanding job he was very comforting with such professionalism as my tooth was very fragile and decayed he took his time and didn’t cause any complications. His assistant also was did a amazing job too

Fantastic experience: 30/10/23 My tooth had cracked in several places and I was in a lot of pain. My Dentist took Xray and showed me the cracks. I was also told that this was a large molar that wouldn't come out easily. After an hour and a half in the chair they managed to remove tooth and roots. Both of the dentists that treated me were exceptional! Patient, and understanding. It wasn't a pleasant experience, but that's probably down to me not having acted sooner. Great job guys!!

Fantastic experience: Had my first vist here this morning after the practice was recommended by a family member. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the dentist I saw, James, was excellent. He put me at ease, was very friendly and professional. I will continue to use this service and highly recommend it to others.

Positive experience: I hadn't been to the dentist for quite some time and have been having issues with my wisdom teeth for years now so I thought it was time. I had an x-ray done prior to my appointment as requested. Had my wisdom teeth assessed and then of course they looked at what else was wrong with my other teeth which is fine. The dentist then off his own terms done 2 additional x-rays on each side of my mouth... thought nothing of it until I went to the counter and was charged an additional $100 for the x-rays in which I did not request. So overall $170 to have my teeth looked at for 10-15mins. My experience was pleasant though, the dentist was lovely but I am sick of everything being at an additional cost these days without it being advised prior to the procedure. Everyone is just out to make money these days!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, empathetic and professional dental care. I have just visited this clinic for the first time with my Mum, and we were very impressed with the service - no waiting, very professional work and reasonable prices. My Mum was very anxious to go to a new dentist, but Dr Helen Stokes (who is lovely) explained everything to my Mum very clearly and she was everything you would want in a dentist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Negative experience: I had ll my teeth pulled out from them worse practice ever ended up at the Hospital that day due to Los of blude and needed more stitches.cost me $6500 plus I had to go some were else and spend nother amount coz that shaved my jaw.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommended this dental clinic. I have my dental care done at McIntyre. I have always been anxious to go to the dentist. However, McIntyre make it a stress free, comfortable & non judgemental environment. Such beautiful friendly staff. Thank you Lisa for giving my daughter a happy & comfortable experience with her dental care. This will definitely be my family dentist:)

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous after not visiting a dentist in nearly 10 years, however all the staff and Dr’s were so lovely and helpful and the service was just brilliant. I am actually looking forward to my next visit

Fantastic experience: I was quite nervous going back to the dentist knowing I needed a bit of work, but the team are incredibly friendly and more importantly, non-judgmental. They're just glad you visited and understand that everyone has different life (and financial) situations. The clinic itself is very clean and tidy, the rooms used have a nice view of a shade-house. The dentists and nurses are always kind and easy going. I have a long term plan for my dental care and always have Dr Michael, which is great because you develop a rapport and feel much more at ease when you go back. I never feel rushed or like just another patient. Need a bit more time for anesthetic to kick in? Cool, we'll wait and talk about the football or something before getting started. Little things that go a long way in patient care. The pricing is what you'd expect from a dentist, but they're very reasonable. Like if you have a filling and it's still sore after a few days and needs a quick check up, that'll generally be free. I never have been made to feel bad if I can't afford a visit for a few weeks.

Fantastic experience: amazing dental practice, fantastic for anxious patients. Had a sedation and extraction and the whole process was so easy cannot recommend enough!! Thank you to Dr Charlie, coming to this dentist has really helped with my fear of dentists after many bad experiences, this was so positive. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Attended very apprehensively as I required a root canal proceedure. Was quickly put at ease by friendly professional staff. The proceedure progressed painlessly and successfully and with x-rays was shown and explained satisfactorily. This has been a far better experience than I anticipated.

I heard good things about these guys so I gave them a go and the Team was fantastic with me they understood how I felt and made my experience painless and I now know I have nothing to worry about.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is so extremely anxious about going to a dentist, she hasn't been in four years. Today I managed to get her to this practice after days of putting up with a sore tooth. All the staff were excellent, very understanding and Dr Previn was so patient, letting my daughter take her time when he needed to examine her. Wow! A nice change to not be rushed by an impatient dentist! I really can't speak highly enough of the treatment she received by everyone. I am adding to this review to express my gratitude to Dr Kong for seeing my daughter urgently after a tooth that had had a root canal done many years ago broke. Being a canine, my daughter was distraught but Dr Kong was so calm and reassuring telling her that it wasn't a problem and it would be best to get a denture to replace not only that tooth but a number of others that had been removed previously. This was on a Saturday, Wednesday the denture was ready and when Dr Kong fitted it, my daughter promptly burst into tears. After many years she had a full beautiful smile! Thank you Dr Kong for understanding how important looks are to a young woman and getting the denture done as fast as possible. Don't hesitate to give this practice a go, I drive 40 minutes each way to receive the BEST dental treatment in the state from these amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank you guys enough for the patience and care shown at my appointment. I am highly anxious about visiting the dentist from previous experiences with other places. I was calmed the whole time by your staff and never made to feel like the irrational and emotional person I was definitely being while having this painful work done. What a great team. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this Dental clinic, they gave me wonderful service & they were very assuring (as I'm a little scared of dentists) to me, the dentist was very thorough & very understanding of my pain. Negative experience: The staff member Michelle, if you have to modify a time for the appointment, is very rude. The head dentist is very good as are all the other dentists

Fantastic experience: All the staff are amazing i have never been to such a friendly non judgemental dentist surgery before and they are honest i was told i needed a very expensive and drastic procedure but after talking to nick he explained we could go anoher way and some of it i didnt even need i was over the moon. They are so respectful kiind and considerate im actually for the first time in a long time looking forward to oing back and fixing my teeth so thanks heaps guys amazing team

Fantastic experience: I have a needle phobia and just generally feel anxious around any medical professionals. I find they are very accommodating, I travel quite some distance to visit this clinic.

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and even though it is out of my way I choose to go here as they are kind and gentle.

Negative experience: Callee and left a message at 0830hrs, called at 0910hrs, spoke with the lady, was told they had to sort out the messages and would call back with in half an hour. Never happened! Poor service by the admin staff, even a call back to say they were booked out would have been nice. Sorry guys less than acceptable
