Fantastic experience: After such a positive experience with my own dental work it was an easy choice to get my daughter’s braces done at the same place. Amber has been incredible with my daughter who has ASD and made her braces experience so calm and easy! She has been so accomodating, always happy to change her colour whenever which has been a huge thing for my daughter. So wrapped and would highly recommend!

He kept the atmosphere light throughout, checked in with me numerous times throughout the procedure and was direct when explaining the aftercare. The best experience you could have while having 4 teeth pulled out.

Dr Emily Lui is a gentle and proficient dentist who takes the time to explain everything including all the options available so you feel in control of your treatment plan. Fantastic experience: Dr johnathan was absolutely amazing and is very one caring man very good at removal of teeth and if your in pain johnathan will not let the tooth beat him or win for that matter. Johnathan and staff even checks up on their patients to check in too see how things are going which is lovely to do so and is very patient as well and does keep you calm during dental care. I had a emergency extract done... And johnathan was fighting with the tooth from 3.40 until 5.00 and guess what.. the tooth lost and johnathan won johnathan did a great job thankyou johnathan and staff. The staff are very helpful and supportive and lovely to approach and keep up the great work team.. Fantastic experience: I had twice bad experience with different dentists in Australia. Those experiences made me not trust any dentists anymore in Australia. I had severe toothache and was desperate to get treatment. I had not expected to see a very good dentist to be honest. I was booked with Dr Samantha. I was very impressed with her friendly and professional manner. The bill was reasonable as well. Thank you very much Samantha. My condition has healed very well and I am pain free.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental visit today at the clinic with Dr Samantha and dental nurse Maddy, both are very professional and makes me feel very comfortable. Dr Sam also has very good clinical skill working on my chipped front tooth, it looks very aesthetic and am very happy about it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, the staff from reception to the nurses to the Doctors were fabulous. My husband hates (and I mean hates) going to the dentist after having a traumatic experience as a child. Dr Jonathon and his team were patient displaying understanding and compassion as he attempted to extract a tooth, constantly checking in making sure my husband was ok, taking whatever breaks were needed. You could not ask for a better team when you are in a state of anxiety mentally and physically. Dr Jonathon went over and beyond even doing a follow up call the next day. Highly highly recommend the team at Ballarat Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: The staff here were so kind, warm and understanding that it has made the prospect of future dental work less daunting. My initial consult was done with Dr Jen, who made sure i knew everything i needed to know, and felt as comfortable as possible, before booking an extraction. The extraction was done by Dr Alex, who made sure I felt comfortable and safe, so much so that I am now 100% comfortable to return to get the remaining wisdom teeth removed. On top of this, the assisting staff have been incredibly reassuring and kind during my visits here. I have nothing but good things to say. This is the best dental practice i have attended, and will absolutely be returning.

Fantastic experience: Dr Emily Lui is the best dentist I have met. Previous dentists have ignored me when I said that I was not numb enough to start work but Emily made sure everything was right before working on my fillings. She is highly professional and her calm and caring nature makes a visit to the dentist a lot more pleasant than it has been in the past. I hope she stays in Ballarat forever as I don’t want to see anyone else!

Fantastic experience: In the last couple of months, I had major issues with my jaw; It was constantly locking and creating severe amounts of pain. The dentists here gave me a mouth splint (which arrived promptly). Initially, I was very unsure but this seemingly unorthodox remedy did the trick! I can't thank them enough. I can now eat, talk and even yawn without pain. Staff here are both friendly and knowledgeable; Strongly recommended!
