Fantastic experience: I am 63 years old and have seen a lot of dentists over the years and Reasons to Smile are an absolute stand out. So professional, and they have the latest and best equipment. Dr Sukanya is the most pain free dentist I have ever had. The Drs here really listen to your needs and preferences and put together a comprehensive treatment plan. Even the view out the window is the best!

Fantastic experience: I had to cancel at the last minute due to a family emergency, Maddi was so understanding & kind, she called me a couple of weeks later to see if I wanted to reschedule and took the time to check in how I was after everything - she is a real asset. Dr George is really caring and friendly. He takes the time to explain everything and is very thorough. All the staff are great, its obvious it's a great place to work. I'm really happy going to Reasons to Smile.

Fantastic experience: Dr Deborah Kong is simply brilliant. So precise in her work while compassionately looking after the comfort of her patients. Dr Kong gently communicates each step of the process and provides a recommended plan of treatment for preventative strategies. So grateful for all of Dr Kong’s help over the years. Fantastic experience: Reasons to Smile dentists - I've been to Dr Celia and Dr George - are really good. They know their stuff and communicate it well. I can highly recommend this practice. Your teeth will really be looked after very well with strategies for protecting them into the future. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: i usually see Dr Celia who is great and I highly recommend but she’s on mat leave. I had Dr Sukanya for a filling and she was not only a lovely person to be around but also was very gentle which made for a good experience - I have had a few fillings and this was my most comfortable. Even the chair in her room is super comfortable. Great assistants and receptionist as well! Very friendly clinic that I would highly recommend for anyone with dental anxiety!

Negative experience: Due to cost of living pressures I couldn't afford the cost of a 6 monthly clean. When I was called to book in I informed them of that and they said they would call me back in 3 months. After 3 months they called me again and I said I still couldn't afford it. After this they started calling me almost everyday to try and get me to book in. I started to feel extremely pressured to book in but I didn't have the money so I didn't know what to do. Eventually, the constant calls and emails became overwhelming and started to feel like harassment. They ignored my requests for them to stop and ended up having to block their phone number and email. It was a really horrible experience and staying with them wasn't worth the stress caused by the constant harassment. The same thing happened to a family member of mine. Edit: In response to the reply below. The duty of care obligations outlined in the ADA do state that dental practices do have a duty of care to inform patients that they are due for a 6 monthly clean. This can be done via email or mail which has been my experience in the past with other practices. In this case, I did not feel that i was simply being informed I was due for a check up, I was being pressured to book an appointment. I did inform the staff repeatedly that I could not afford to pay for it and was always asked when I would be able to. A question I couldn't answer. It made me very uncomfortable to have to explain my financial situation repeatedly and justify why I did not have the money to pay for dental work. I made an appointment as I felt pressured to do so and was unsure how to handle the situation. I knew if I didn't make the appointment, I was going to continue to receive calls asking me to book in and explain why I couldn't. In the end, I felt the only option I had was to block calls and find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: The Reasons to Smile team are a class act. They take a thoroughly professional approach and the hygienist is a magician - she manages to do wonderfully painless cleaning. They were also very caring and responsive when my teen feel off his skateboard and need emergency front teeth repair work.

Fantastic experience: visited Smile Dental Care on 9/21/23 and met Dr. Sukanya and her wonderful team. The doctor was very nice to me and has extensive experience in treating difficult cases like mine. Most of the doctors apologized for treating my difficult case, but she did so with ease, with her long experience and humane treatment. Naming this clinic “Reasons for Smiling” fits perfectly with it, because Dr. Sukany brought my smile back. I advise every patient who has a difficult condition to visit this clinic.

All staff are always friendly and thoroughly professional in their dealings and always well organised from reception to the surgery. Dr Celia comes especially highly recommended as she builds rapport with you and provides a personal touch that puts you immediately at ease. Dr Celia also explains the steps the procedure will involve and ‘checks in’ with you to ensure you are doing OK during your time in the chair. My family also use this practice. We attend regularly for our checkups, minor treatments and major treatments. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Sukanya is a very competent, reassuring dentist. I needed a tooth crowned and she is now able to print the crown on the day using 3D technology so only one appointment is required. All the support staff are lovely, and even the leafy outlook from the big windows of the second story location is very nice!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown applied by Celia at Reasons to Smile. I am very nervous about going to the dentist and was feeling apprehensive. Celia clearly explained all the steps she would be going through with the application completed over two appointments. She was kind, gentle and understanding. The final product is a work of art! I can barely feel where the crown edge on my tooth is. I have had no post crown issues and the tooth is smooth and perfectly formed. So impressed. Highly recommended.

It really makes a world of difference and I don't think I would have got through some fairly major treatment if they hadn't been so good with me and I’m glad I did as I feel so much better.
