From start to finish, the process was clearly explained, and the care I received was outstanding. The surgery itself was much smoother than I expected. The team made sure I was comfortable throughout, and recovery was quicker than I had imagined. Within just a short time, I was able to eat, smile, and speak with confidence again. The results are life-changing. My new teeth look completely natural, feel secure, and have restored not only my smile but also my self-esteem. I no longer worry about dentures slipping or avoiding certain foods—I can enjoy meals normally again. I’m grateful to the dental team for their professionalism, kindness, and skill. Fantastic experience: Dr Eoin Lehane, from Tidy Tooth Dental in Broulee, is absolutely amazing. We are originally from Melbourne, now living in Narooma, and put off going to the dentist until we go back to Melbourne each year. A friend suggested Eoin and because of an emergency we gave him a try. He is competent, gentle, knowledgeable and caring. The practice is scrupulously clean and staff are efficient and friendly. No overcharging or over servicing, what an incredibly fortuitous find!!!! My husband is going tomorrow!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had the most excellent experience with the team at Tidy Teeth, with special thanks to the fantastic Dr Steve Tangney and Dr Fiona Bian. I had an emergency tooth fracture. Tidy Tooth assessed my fractured tooth the following day and installed the ceramic crown the day after. Dr Steve also did a thorough follow-up check up on me the following week too. The clinics are clean with advanced equipments. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The clinics are very considerate from a client's point of view, including noise cancelling headsets and nice videos on the ceiling for the client to watch while their teeth are being worked on. Thank you, Tidy Tooth!

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Wilcox for a checkup and clean. She was very prompt and had me in and out within 30 minutes but not before giving me a fantastic (and gentle) clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly as they have always been during my visits. Will be back in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I used to dread my yearly checkup and clean. It really was painful. I hated the jackhammer that was apparently used. The chisel was no fun either, and sometimes slipped... I've changed dentists, and just had the wonderful Zoe doing my check up. She's so gentle, so thorough, so clear in her explanations, and gives easily incorporated tips. I relaxed so much that I nearly went to sleep! And afterwards, my teeth were not sensitive for days. I'm very impressed. Do Tidy Tooth Dental staff have to pass the " totally lovely" treat to be employed there? I think so! My yearly check up is now six monthly. I'm looking forward to it!

Positive experience: Tidy tooth dental at Broulee was exceptional. Even though the parking at the back, the receptionists went to the back and greeted me. It was my first time there.. The dentist was amazing..he gave me couple of options, but ultimately it was my decision as it was cheaper.. and I was just passing through.. The crew at tidy tooth was amazing ..from the time in was there..to the time I went out.. I highly recommend them..

Fantastic experience: I recently needed an emergency appointment, and as a new patient, which to my suprise I was able to get in super quick. Leon was my dentist and he was so incredibly gentle and informative. He even took the time the following day to quickly see me without an appt to calm my nerves and give reassurance. I've since seen Anna who has been amazing so far, again very informative and understanding of my case and how I feel. Even the reception staff have been incredibly lovely and understanding. Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I had a huge fear of going to the dentist so much so that I would pray the world would blow up just before my appointment. That is, until I went to Tidy Tooth, initially in Batemans Bay, but now in beautiful Broulee - where everything is beautiful including my Irish dentist Owen (sp). He makes sure I suffer absolutely no pain. He's extremely gentle, painless and thorough - and that's important to me coz I'm pretty vain - wanting my smile and teeth to remain gorgeous (white and dazzling). He is AMAZING!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had 3 sessions now with Dr Molly Wilcox and wanted to provide some feedback. For context I will provide a bit of history. I had braces as a kid and have been absolutely traumatised by this experience and every other visit to the dentist since. This has led to tremendous anxiety prior to any visit to the dentist. I had a filling fall out about 2 weeks ago and made an appointment at your surgery. Anxiety was extremely high when I attended. I got introduced to Dr Wilcox who immediately attempted to make me feel better. I left after getting the filling replaced and I was over the moon. Dr Wilcox explained everything in detail and calmed me down. That was the best ever experience i have had at a dentist. I went back yesterday for a clean and once again Dr Wilcox again attempted to make me feel at ease. She even Identified a potential skin cancer on my lip. She was patient and caring. No fillings so this visit was now my best ever dentist experience. I attended tonight for 2 fillings. I was a bit anxious but I knew Dr Wilcox had my back and would help me through. With the exception of the spotify adds and an abundance of Taylor Swift, Dr Wilcox again did a perfect job. 2 fillings so not the best session ever but the effort that Dr Wilcox and her assistant put in was amazing. I am super impressed and have now formally adopted Dr Wilcox as my dentist. To the leadership of the surgery I thank you for providing such an amazing professional to provide my care. And if you Dr Wilcox are able to read this, Molly, I thank you so much. You are awesome.

Fantastic experience: Just had the most thorough clean and check up with Dr Leon. I am in my fifties and go to a dentist every year for check ups and cleans but don’t think I have ever had such a thorough clean. Dr Leon was kind and communicated well. I have a few issues he explained well but he didn’t make me feel bad about my teeth at all and I feel confident about the plan ahead. His assistant was fantastic and attentive too. I have no hesitation recommending Dr Leon to anyone - whether you have great teeth or not.

Fantastic experience: I give the Tidy Tooth Surgery at Broulee my highest recommendation. I am a new patient and had 2 crowns fitted in a few hours with minimum stress. Noise cancelling headphones, my favourite music and a screen overhead with fish swimming helped soothe me. (I’ve asked for my playlist to be saved for the next visit!) The staff are friendly and efficient, and everything ran on time. But the main reason I would go back was the knowledge, training and care that Steve has. To invest in such cutting edge equipment and such a state of the art surgery in a regional area really impressed me. I also appreciate that Steve gives back to the profession by training dental students during placements. We are so lucky to have a dentist and dental team like this here. I am recommending this practice to all my colleagues and friends and thank all the team at Tidy Tooth for their great service.
