Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Wen Sun a few weeks back after experiencing pain with a problematic wisdom tooth. Typically I hate visiting the dentist, but Dr Sun made me feel so incredibly comfortable and at ease. He was so professional, kind and gentle. I left with no teeth or gum pain and was just so impressed from the start to finish service he provided. I feel a lot more confident returning to the dentist now that I have found someone like Dr Sun and would recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My experience with my dentist Mariz Botros was nothing short of outstanding. She was incredibly kind, professional, and completely genuine throughout the entire process. When I wasn’t fully happy with the first tooth shade, she didn’t hesitate to give me her honest opinion. Instead of settling, she encouraged me to send it back to the lab so we could achieve a better match, despite the fact that this created extra work and disrupted her schedule. That level of integrity and commitment to my satisfaction meant so much to me. She was also extremely gentle and reassuring, especially when administering the needle, as she knew I was quite nervous. She took her time, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident at every step. Her patience, care, and attention to detail truly made the entire experience easier and far less stressful. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable and compassionate hands.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience at Bupa Dental Burleigh Heads for both myself and 7 year old daughter- we’ve been looking for a new practice after struggling to get appointments at our previous practice. Was able to get an appt within a week, and then they called me to let me know about cancellations so we got in within a day. Emma (dentist) and Dental Assistant (Christie) were lovely, super knowledgeable and explained everything as they went which really helped my 7 year old. They kindly gave my daughter a little pack and balloon at the end which made it such a sweet experience! Practice is modern, clean, spacious and light with easy parking out front. Will be booking my husband in, and have already re-booked myself and daughter :)

Fantastic experience: I'm thrilled to have finally found a dentist who's not only skilled but also gentle and caring! Dr. Sun is exceptional - he takes the time to explain every detail, reassures me throughout the process, and makes me feel at ease. After years of dental phobia, I was blown away by Dr. Sun's kindness and expertise. The receptionist with curly hair (sorry, I didn't catch her name!) was also super helpful and sweet. The clinic itself is stunning - clean, modern, and welcoming. I'm so impressed with the entire experience! Highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone seeking top-notch care with a personal touch. Dr Wen Sun at Bupa Burleigh Heads is a kind, personable, family friendly dentist who provided a painless, seamless treatment when I showed up for my check up and clean. He took his time to thoroughly explain the course of my treatment as well as provide me with a realistic plan moving forward. A comprehensive inspection and discussion about my expectations and how to achieve the results. I received a comprehensive three part dental plan with options - must do repairs - plus two options for cosmetic procedures. Everything was 'clear' regarding treatment and associated costs. Dr Diana you are an absolute pleasure to be a patient of, I was treated with respect and consideration of my wishes. I am so happy I received the recommendation. Also dentist Emma who I usually go to is the same. Have been going to Clearly Dental for years. The dentists and customer service staff are very professional but friendly too.

Positive experience: While I very happy with the friendliness of the Clearly Dental team, I do feel concern with being out of pocket $1,000 which was rejected by Medibank Private. I had a too large, ill fitting crown fall out and instead of redoing the crown, the dentist replaced the original. It fell out again. I insisted this time that the crown to be redone from scratch. This was done and I am completely happy with the results. But… it was again processed on the claim as a replacement crown and Medibank Private only allows 1 x replacement claim every 36 months. Had the dentist replaced with a new better fitting crown on the first visit, I wouldn’t be out of pocket $1000. Prehaps this review will assist other patients

Fantastic experience: Newly on the Gold Coast I was recommended to this Dental Practice. Entry in to the Practice is one the exudes cleanliness and professionalism. Then to meet Dr. Diana, my first impressions were extremely well founded. What a superb empathetic and professional Dentist. After 1 hour in the chair today, having root canal work, I continue to be extremely impressed. Dr. Diana would have to be one of, if not the best dentist I’ve ever seen in my 69 years Congratulations….the best

Positive experience: My first experience with Dr Emma today was a very positive experience. After my last experience with my usual dentist I was hesitant to go back for even a routine clean. It left me very anxious about seeing any dentist again, then today I suddenly required some emergency treatment and Clearly Dental were able to fit me in before a public holiday. Dr Emma was very kind, gentle and reassuring. She explained and checked in with my pain & comfort levels every step of the way as well as my options going forward. I was back at work straight after my appointment and 7 hours later I still have no pain. Special mentions to both Dental Assistant Shelby who was also very gentle during my consultation and to the lovely receptionist who has excellent people skills and was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: All the team are always super friendly, always run on time, send me regular reminders and a really well presented clinic. I highly recommend Dr Diana, she is amazing! I have really sensitive teeth and not a big fan of going to the dentist, but Dr Diana is absolutely lovely, always puts me at ease and so gentle. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I always find Clearly Dental very professional and polite with minimal pain. Over the years now (many years) they have fixed up a lot of average work done by others and I have much less trouble now. Their work is top notch!

Negative experience: I agree that Dr Diana is simply the best, and she is the only reason I am continuing to go to Clearly Dental. Your computer generated reminder system is invasive. An email every week for 3 weeks before the designated appmnt, then texts, then actual reminder phone calls leaves me with a desire to opt out from Clearly Dental - except for wanting to remain a client of Dr Diana. Get your act together Clearly Dental and stop with the multiple reminders. One or 2 is acceptable, 3 or 4 is not!

Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant experience at Clearly Dental Burleigh, my dentist Dr. Eimear was professional and very knowledgeable and she ensured my root canal treatment was pain-free (I was very worried before I came but she made it all a breeze), the assistant was delightful, and the reception staff were lovely, definitely recommend 100%, I'm not worried about my next visit at all :)

Fantastic experience: The clinic is well appointed and extremely clean. Appointments and reminders are very efficiently managed. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable. Dr Diana is simply the best. She is an example to all dentists on how to provide expert dental services efficiently while ensuring a pain-free experience. I have had a number of root canals, growns, fillings, gum cleans, cleans, orthodontic growth appliance and more recently braces. I feel I am well and truly educated and involved enough to say the below reviews are the biggest load of rubbish I have ever read. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave you feel cared for. Every single treatment I have had has been exceptional and I have not had a single issue. They go above and beyond for every patient. To say anything less would be an absolute lie. Dr Andrew is a leader in his field and preforms every procedure with forethought and care. I will never go anywhere else. In fact my friends and family only use Gerber dental. If I could rate a million stars I would. Thank you to each and every team member for making my experience exceptional x

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now. Have always found the staff pleasant & professional. All issues have been kept up with via maintenance which has meant no more money spent on larger or more expensive procedures.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! Way overpriced below average dental work. These guys do NOT care about you. I recently got a crown from Gerber dental after quite a few years of going there and getting ripped off and about 15 month after the crown was done it broke. I went back to see if they could fix their shabby work hoping they would look after me but was told it was my fault and I would have to pay $1600 for another one to be done. I complained and they said they could do it for $1000 on the spot!!!??? So I just got the tooth temporally filled for $300. After getting a second opinion from another dental group they told me I had an underlying issue with my bite and probably put a lot of pressure on these teeth during my sleep. Thats possibly why these teeth are breaking. I have been going to Gerber for years and I find it funny why they couldn't tell me this from day one instead of happily taking my money and continuing to keep repairing these broken teeth and not fixing the underlying issues, I guess they don't want to tell you as they must make a hell of a lot of money off poor customers like me. I'd advise you to keep clear of this practice it will save you a lot of money, pain and time. They do not care about you they just try and squeeze every dollar they can out of you, smile in your face and make sure they book you in for your next rip off session.

Negative experience: Crikey what spin doctors, up marketers, only the hygienist was any good. I went a few times because they seemed so thorough...and came away each time feeling ripped off and deluded. Whatever happened to a dentist where you go in and he fixes your teeth, They decided I need a whole lot of expensive stuff before I ever got to see the dentist. And he was one of those guys who close their eyes when they’re talking to you...great
