Fantastic experience: The folks at Cumulus Dental have been so kind to us - firstly, adapting their space and practices to treat my mum in her wheelchair, and also being super understanding when things went wrong and we had to cancel an appointment. The Dentist (Olivia you are a legend!) and all the staff are incredibly thoughtful and probably the most disabled friendly/inclusive experience we have had. And awesome dentists! Mum had a new tooth and everything but didn’t experience ANY pain or discomfort. You know it’s a good dentist when the kids waiting for their appointment are relaxed and joking around! Thanks everyone.

Fantastic experience: Alex was very friendly. He spoke quietly and respectfully and didn’t talk down to me. He explained what he was doing and asked for permission several times eg is it ok if I lay you right back in the chair. He explained what he found on examining my broken tooth and what were my options for treatment. I have enjoyed having female dentists here and felt they were more gentle and sympathetic than a male dentist, but I was very happy with the way I was treated here.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I was given an immediate emergency appointment after breaking a front tooth. Two dentists worked on the tooth, they were super efficient, professional & kind. They fitted a temporary cap & a day later I was booked in for a crown. Couldn’t be more happy with the result. All the staff from the receptionist, dental nurses & dentists were kind & caring through the entire experience. Best service & result I’ve ever had from a dental practice.

I am so thankful that they have the option to book emergency appointments online and the ladies on reception were able to offer me an even earlier appointment. I have received both simple procedures and more complicated treatments, including crowns and replacement teeth. As someone in the media, having a great smile is very important to me, so this work has been essential.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many dentists in my 55yrs and Cumulus Dental has stood out from all of them. Unfortunately, I haven't looked after my teeth as well as I should but Rohini and her team have been absolutely amazing in helping to save them and give me back a confident smile. The level of genuine care is rare to find these days and the follow up after the various procedures I've had, shows just how much they care about their patients. I had a lot of work to do and as a stretched single father, their payment plans were a saviour as well. Many thanks to Rohini and all at Cumulus Dental.

I usually get very anxious visiting new dentists, but Dr. Tom Valmadre was fantastic! He fixed the issue quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend! Especially for the nervous Nellie’s like myself.

Olivia, unlike some dentists, is entirely focused on the needs of the patient. She always checks to ensure I am comfortable with what is taking place and explains clearly what is to be done and why. Cumulus Dental is now my permanent dentist.

I was pretty much terrified going in to get my wisdom tooth pulled. The reception lady was lovely and reassuring and Dr Ethan was absolutely wonderful. He made me feel very calm . I hate getting my teeth mucked around on & haven’t been in quite a few years because of some not so good experiences but Cumulus are very professional & down to earth. The dentist I chose was Dr. Olivia Gellatly & I really couldn’t ask for another besides her, she is very gentle, kind, thorough, communicative, polite & just A1+. She is a real life time dentist & I’ll only let her work on my teeth from now on, she is the best I’ve ever come across. Dr. Olivia also knows what needs to be done & genuinely cares.

She was polite and friendly, and let me know when and what she was doing. She was fast and efficient but super careful so pain was very very minimal. Negative experience: Played for my teeth to be cleaned and still have heaps of plac that irritates bc it's basically acid. I don't trust them and never will the ammout of money it costs to be tricked into needing more work done

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Rohini from Cumulus Dental since early 2018. I attend at least twice each year for a check up and clean. Not only is Rohini personable and easy to talk, but she always does an excellent job. If there's extra work to be done, she always explains it well and gives me a treatment plan showing the cost. I've been very pleased with all the work I've had done, and I'd recommend Cumulus Dental to anyone looking for an excellent dental service right here in Goonellabah.
