Fantastic experience: I recently visited Balgowlah Family Dental Practice and saw Dr. Mario David. Let me start by saying what a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Mario took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. The treatment was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to Helen for over 15 years, and her expertise and care of our aged, worn and torn teeth has been truly amazing. Also very appreciative of her ‘chair side’ manner and her warm engagement.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we had an incredibly rude experience with the Dentist, Mario David. We had an issue with one of our kids teeth that he attempted to blame on "bad parenting" saying that we "need to stop feeding our kids coke" (which they have literally never had in their lives)... We went to another Dentist out of the area after this experience who rectified the situation straight away with proper medical advice. Due to this we wont be going back here and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience at this dentist, I felt like Dr Mario did a very thorough job. I was also given VR glasses with images on them to wear while my teeth were being cleaned which was a nice distraction.

He assisted me with a root canal, fixed my chipped tooth, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout every procedure. Fantastic experience: I recently realised I hadn't seen dentist for 2 years (thanks COVID) and went for a general check up and saw Mario, the owner of the practice. What a likeable and acknowledgeable person. I felt really comfortable as he checked and cleaned my teeth. I needed a mouth guard because I grind my teeth at night, and it was ready within a few days and has been a life changer for me. Parking was super easy, especially as there is a great shopping centre 200m away. I'm going to go back very 6 months for a clean! I definitely recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: When my daughter chipped her tooth, the team at Balgowlah Family Dental Practice did their best to accomodate us late in the day, even though they were fully booked. They didn’t rush us through, and the dentist did a great repair job. We are not even regular patients there, maybe we should be! Excellent customer service.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly a great dentist. I travel 55min just to see him but after being to many dentists in the past. Fantastic experience: Amazing care with gentle approach . My daughter wrntcto our freshwater dental for her regular check up and got a tick of approval but then ended up at Balgowlah family dental as Robert from the Hapoy body was doing some jaw work and highly recommended we see Ina . So glad we did as the lovely Ina picked up 2 small holes . So now our family come here . I would like to add that both my son and daughter who saw an orthodontist in Dee Why have now had to see Ina to fix the problems the orthodontist caused . Significant jaw problems that the orthodontist should have seen and had someone like Robert align the jaw as the orthopaedic work takes place or big problems can and do happen often . I was ignorant to this and Ina knows what to look for and would never allow these problems to occur. I have complete faith in her. So , I absolutely recommend both Ina and Helen at this dental practice . They are very thorough and gentle .

Fantastic experience: I have put off seeing a dentist for many years and have somewhat of a phobia. I met with Dr Helen Chun - she was very gentle, offered encouragement and at my first visit fixed a badly chipped front tooth that had caused me quite some embarrassment. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ina is wonderful. I highly recommend this Dentist. She was recommended to me for my daughter as my daughter was scared of the Dentist. Ina is very caring and gentle and explains everything in detail. I cannot rate this Dental Practice any higher. My stepdaughter went there recently for the first time and Ina straight away noticed she needed her adenoids out. Sure enough we took her to a specialist and she needed the adenoids and tonsils out. No previous Dentists or health professionals had picked up on this. This has changed my stepdaughters health tremendously. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Inga is an awesome dentist. She was great with our 9 yo daughters filing and was holistic enough to be aware of nutrition and over use of fluoride in water. Highly recommended to those with conscious minds.

Fantastic experience: The doctors here are very professional and accommodating. They approach each patient with utmost care. All doctors explain each procedure in meticulous detail, establishing a bond of trust. You know you’re in good hands in this clinic. PLUS the staff are reliable and friendly too which always makes patients feel comfortable.

Negative experience: Very unimpressed. I went with a sore tooth and was told there was nothing wrong and it was just my bite....only to end up a week later with the tooth nerve dying (due to inflammation), being in excruciating pain and needing emergency roor canal treatment at another dentist in the city. I would steer clear of this place if you need any sort of reliable and accurate diagnosis.
