Fantastic experience: As someone who is too terrified to go to the dentist for the past 17 years. I cannot recommend Dr Ash enough! Not even 10 minutes in to my appointment and I felt completely comfortable and my nerves disappeared. He is friendly and kind and does not make you feel embarrassed about your teeth. In fact every single person I interacted with there was amazingly friendly. I will have no trouble returning there.

Fantastic experience: We live in Switzerland but come to Australia once a year for a few months. A visit to Dental hub was on our list this year for two implants. We knew Dr Ash when he was still in Torquay, and due to that we decided to go all the way to North Geelong for the procedure. The entire team is amazing!! From reception, to dental hygienist to assistants, to Dr Ash himself. We could not be happier. They all make you feel so welcome, there is no rush, and although I am a bit of a nervous patient, the calming atmosphere works every time. Thank you all so much, we'll be back next year, with chocolate ;-)

Fantastic experience: After a terrible experience with another new dentist in the North, I found Dental Hub. Everyone on staff are welcoming, kind and caring. From my first call with Tracie, the deal was done. Briony sorted my appointments and has made the payment and booking process incredibly easy. Dr Ash and Dr Maddy are professional and generous, making me feel at ease and comfortable. The nursing staff (especially Bec who gives my shoulder a gentle rub during the uncomfortable bits) are exceptional. The work I am getting is not fun, but I don’t mind going and when I have questions about the procedures, everyone is available and are quick to put my mind at ease. I seriously can’t praise this practice and their people enough. Easily the best dentist I have been to. How lucky for us to have this team as part of our community in the North.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience today with Dr Ash, my 11yr old daughter had a horrible experience with an attempted tooth extraction elsewhere earlier in the week, so was referred to this clinic to complete the job with some happy gas. Due to her anxiety and fear of dentists and being in the chair, the whole team including the lovely receptionist made her feel so calm, relaxed, and welcomed. My daughter even said afterwards that she appreciated the nurse telling her each step and what was happening next during the procedure. I have never had such a positive experience at any clinic until today! From a very scared and upset child to coming out happy and bubbly by the end of it was just awesome. We have found our new favourite dental clinic

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dental practice. Ani, Ash and all the nursing staff are so lovely, kind and gentle. I took my two young girls here for a check up and clean, and Ani was so fantastic with them. She was incredibly patient and made them both feel so comfortable. I highly recommend a visit, particularly if you have nervous or emotional little ones! Any treatments I have received for myself have also been fantastic. Ani explained everything so thoroughly and made the entire process so easy, and actually quite relaxing. A fantastic practice to visit if you are a bit nervous when going to the dentist!

Let's start by mentioning that I am a very anxious patient and have had some not so pleasent experiences at the dentist. But, Dr. Ash, Dr. Ani and their entire team were amazing at making me feel comfortable right from the moment is step through the door. The entire process was very relaxing. The surgery was very neat, modern and they had all the bells and whistles that one could think of, even a tv screen on the ceiling to take my mind off during the procedure. The examination and treatment were very comprehensive and I was reassured and explained each of the process as we went along. So in a nutshell, extremely happy with the service. Fantastic experience: I recently visited dental hub Geelong as I had been experiencing bleeding gums when brushing my teeth. These guys are really good, as a non citizen with no private health insurance they had a fantastic new patient offer for a comprehensive check up including initial X-rays and a clean with fluoride treatment for $195. The whole process was really simple and efficient. The service was the best I’ve ever received at any dentist. Unfortunately I can’t remember the primary dentists name, but she was very thorough and well informed about diagnosing my issues. I had Ash and Maddie who were very friendly and genuinely concerned and interested in why I’d been having the problems I was experiencing. The clean was thorough and intense, but they have done an excellent job and even within 72 hours my gums have stopped bleeding, and I’m using the new techniques and products they recommended to help me. 10/10, could not recommend a better dentist. Thank you guys for all of your help and support, great job.

Fantastic experience: This practice is amazing. I had to find a new dentist and am a little anxious about going to the dentist, particularly a new one. However, here they treat each patient with such care, kindness and empathy. From the friendly and personal greeting when you arrive, to the highly skilled dentists walking you through each step beforehand and giving options where possible to allow you to feel comfortable and in control at all times. The assisting staff help to make you feel comfortable during your time there, too. It's a modern, new practice that feels fresh and clean. I highly recommend them.
