I went to Dr. Ho for a second opinion on a dental implant. The 45 mins consultation evidenced Dr. Ho beyond knowledgeable, his diagnostic in depth and thorough, he listens and tells you exactly what you need to know. Treatment plans were put together with patient’s concern in mind and prices extremely reasonable - better value than a ‘cash only’ quote from another dentist! Fantastic experience: I have been a client of David Young for several years now. I have continued to have him as my dentist, as he is kind. gentle and professional. He provides thorough explanations and recommendations, based on his examination. I have had a reasonable amount of work done to my teeth and have never had any issues with the work done. The dental assistants and admin staff have always been efficient and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ho is a skilled dental surgeon. He and his team were caring, professional and friendly during my visits. The initial visit was where Dr Ho explained the prodecure and follow up process. He was clear and concise in his explanations and I had no doubt as to what was going to occur on the day of the procedure. I had six teeth removed and four posts implanted into my upper jaw. This only took about an hour and a half. There was some discomfort but with aneasthetic via needles into my gums, I did not experience any excessive pain during the first procedure. There was a long wait while the temporary teeth were manufactured ( about 5 hours), but I was comfortable in a lounge chair in a recovery room with a tv. Staff checked on me regularly, offering blankets, water and even some soup at lunch time. The fitting of the temporary teeth was the most painful part of the day. This is because my gums were inflamed, swollen and very tender. Luckily it did not take long and with the support of staff I managed well. I would definitely recommend Dr Ho and his highly skilled team at Care Dentistry. * Ten days after the initial procedure and I have slightly tender gums. No longer taking any pain relief and can comfortably eat the soft food diet. I've had a review appointment where I was shown how to use the 'implant floss' to clean under the teeth, and given a "waterpik" to clean/flush any food bits away. So happy with the result so far and glad I made the decision to choose Dr Christoper Ho and his team.

Fantastic experience: Work was completed exactly as explained and I am so happy with the results. I initially consulted my usual dentist about the possibility of having implants to restore my missing top six front teeth. Xrays revealed I had quite a lot of bone loss. I'd been wearing a denture for almost 50 years! My dentist said the work was a little too complicated for him to carry out and referred me to Dr Christopher Ho. I let it go for a few months but kept thinking about my dentist's recommendation to see Dr Ho. His exact words were "he's very good". I also kept thinking about how nice it would be to have my own teeth. I had recently retired and had lots of time to think about how much I hated wearing a denture. I eventually did see Dr Ho and the decision was made to proceed with the work. Everything was fully explained to me. Mine was a complicated case as I had lost so much bone. There were a few steps to go through (xrays, consults, bone grafting). The whole process took about a year and finally I have my own teeth! Some extra work was needed for my bottom teeth just for aesthetics to match the top and my final thoughts are - I couldn't be happier! I am so much more confident about my smile now. It has changed everything for me. I really do recommend to anyone that has suffered the inconvenience and embarrassment of a not so good dental situation to visit Dr Ho and his friendly team to chat about the possibilities. I'd also like to mention that the work was pretty much pain free which was a game changer for me as I had a terrible fear of the dentist. Dr Ho has extraordinary knowledge, expertise and talent and I strongly urge you to visit Dr Ho and his great team to see if they can help your situation. For me it was the best decision I've ever made and I'm thankful to my regular dentist for recommending Dr Ho.

Fantastic experience: My name is Heather Ahrens. I feel so blessed that I was recommended to Dr Chris Ho! I am 74 years of age and over many years with a plate on my lower jaw, have had teeth taken out on either side of my plate, having to have more teeth added to my plate until…… last year I decided I could no longer continue this way! Thankfully me dentist told me about Dr. Chris Ho. Whom he said was the very best in implants! I was very frightened ! After meeting Dr. Chris and instantly being impressed with his amazing equipment ,and watching with awe the professionalism and obvious dedication and care he put into my consultation. My husband and I decided to go ahead and have the few teeth I had left taken out under Dr Chris Ho and an anaesthetist, four implants put in all at once! Three hours later, finished! That afternoon at 4 pm I went home. I honestly have NEVER EVER looked back. I wish I had known of Dr Ho years ago as I would have avoided all the pain and discomfort I went through having my teeth out ! It is now 9 months since I had my day having my implants. I feel like a new person, I have not experienced any discomfort since that day. I now have my porcelain lower jaw with my implants that look and feel like my own teeth! Fantastic experience: If you are lucky enough to have an appointment with Care Dentistry you will end up feeling like you are on top of the world. This practice is amazing from the time you first step through the doors and are greeted by the wonderful receptionists right through to the finish of your treatment and you are left with a smile that’s worth a million dollars. From the outset Dr Chris took the time to understand my ambitions and explain to me the extensive process involved in correcting what was a very poor situation. Negative experience: Had bad experience, Care Dentistry provides, poor service, extremely expensive, money minded, no holistic care. Response from care Dentistry has false information, has concluded themselves. I have all the evidence to prove how I was treated by Care Dentistry with no dignity and was provided wrong information about their staff position.

Fantastic experience: First up I want to say Care Dentistry are amazing. I first saw Dr Ho in late 2018 for an old root canal treated molar that went horribly wrong from 6 1/2 years previously. I had fear and anxiety about the whole process which he very quickly turned around 100% with his confidence and skills. For me, someone with great anxiety surrounding dental work, Dr Ho has a great bedside manner to remove fear and make his patients feel totally at ease. I was given top service and great care with the whole process planned out clearly and what to expect. They don't leave anything to chance which is very important when it comes to your health. I had little to no pain after extraction of the bad tooth and even less when foundation was implanted into my jaw. If you want the best and to not mess around, make an appointment with Care Dentistry! I now enjoy a full set of teeth again with no gap and am able to eat in total comfort. The implant looks and feels so much better than the original tooth. I cannot sing their praise enough for the service and care they have provided me! Thank you to all the team from my heart!

Fantastic experience: Going to a dentist is not something I look forward to and I treat each visit with trepidation. However, going to Care Dentistry and seeing Dr Ho and Dr Nguyen and their team reassured me. The team treats me with care, respect, compassion and competence. They take the time to speak with you, to go through processes and reassure you. Their skills and expertise are evident throughout the appointments. Fantastic experience: My family have been seeing Dr Ho and his team for at least 17 years. The team are exceptional in their duties and treat you more than just a patient. This includes all stall, dentists, dental nurses and reception staff. They are friendly and professional. Before any treatment is commenced we have discussed the options and what is involved so we are completely relaxed when it is time for the work to start. Fantastic experience: Dr Chris Ho saved me from the unnecessary & frightening prospect of having all my teeth pulled out and replaced with implants, as a previous dentist had proposed.
