Plus (inappropriate comment) her pretty smile goes all the way to her eyes. Highly recommend this Dr. and her helpful receptionist.

Fantastic experience: When my husband had severe tooth pain on Saturday, January 3rd, during the holiday period, I called many dental clinics in the area — and this clinic was the only one that agreed to see him. They helped us quickly, without long waiting times, and were very professional and kind. We are extremely grateful to the team for their help when we really needed it. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The most disgusting service I’ve ever experienced. Appointment for 4pm, still not seen by the dentist by 5pm. Nobody bothered to acknowledge us or let us know how long we would be waiting. I would give zero stars if it was an option. AVOID! We ended up just leaving because they were so incompetent.

Fantastic experience: Nice friendly staff as you come in. The dentist and nurse were so good .im a phobic so was a bit nervous but she talked through everything. Hoping what she did has fixed my prob and she was going to ring in 4 days to check up on me. Definitely made my visit alot more comfortable. Great caring service.highly recommend!

Negative experience: I visited Infinite Smiles Dental today for my wisdom tooth extraction that had been causing me pain. The procedure was quick and straightforward, and the dentist explained the next treatment plan, including a possible crown. I agreed with her explanation, but I’m still undecided about it. However, after the procedure, I was sent straight to reception with no post-op instructions or even spare gauze to take home. The reception staff weren’t helpful at all. This felt careless and unprofessional, and I left unsure how to care for a wound that had just been removed!

Fantastic experience: I had the best dental experience here today. The receptionist who works Saturdays was so lovely and welcoming. She chatted to me while I waited which was much nicer than sitting in dead silence in the waiting room. The dentist and dental assistant were also so lovely. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and were very gentle. Will definitely be recommending this place

The staff however at Infinite Smiles Dental were so professional and understanding and did an excellent job I had a big tooth that broke in pieces extracted and did not feel a thing. The personal attention to my well being along with professional service and expertise, is why, I have followed him from Wangara, Bertram and now here at Infinite Smiles Cooloongup. My teeth have also had the pleasure of Dr Rasleen’s attention from Victoria Park and too in Cooloongup. I highly recommend them both and the services offered at Infinite Smiles. I can testify to just about it all: Dental Check up and Clean - Yes; Root Canal - Yes; Dental Implant - Yes; Fillings - Yes; and Mouth guard for teeth protection against grinding - Yes. The team are very accommodating and appointments have been made hassle free. Great location The clinic is walking distance from Rockingham station, sufficient car parking is also available. There is pub close by if you want to numb the pain before or after (LoL). The iIGA also has a nice cafe. I will be back :)

Fantastic experience: Preet (receptionist) is so friendly and amazing she’s always makes me feel so welcome. And the dentist team are so fantastic too I enjoy seeing Malavika when I visit she does the best care for my teeth and doesn’t go for options that are pricey unless absolutely necessary.

Negative experience: They did a filling and it lasted two weeks before it fell out. I am presuming they just want me to return to get the more expensive cap they quoted me. Basically, they want to milk me, I feel. I'll go back to my old dentist that did the same on the other side of my mouth ages ago and it's still there.

Fantastic experience: First time visited infinite smiles clinic in Coolongup. Had a clean and check up and while waiting spoke to the lady at the reception and she advised me for my 2 son to use Medicare card as government has $1132 available for each child for dental benifit.Been to other dental clinic nobody advised me of this that it's available from the Medicare and that they have a dental benefit. I will come in further and use infinit smiles again and I recommend others to give it a go.
