Fantastic experience: After previously having had sub-standard dental work performed at a large franchise clinic, I am so glad I recently came across Dr Kirthi's clinic. She was extremely professional, she took the time to explain procedures and options clearly and the result was great. She also provided the most relaxed and painfree dental experience I have ever had. Fantastic experience: I'd had a lot of work done 30 years ago and, unfortunately, it had reached the end of its useful life plus a number of other issues. I've had multiple implants needing crowns, partial crowns, fillings and replacement of leaking crowns etc. I've been in to see Dr Kosalram many times now and its always the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr Kosalram works closely with my dental surgeon for the implants and I'm getting some truly excellent results. I would describe Dr Kosalram's work as meticulous, careful and the most professional work I've had done. I feel like every tooth is a whole project with planning and strategy that gets explained to me in detail. I'm brought in as a partner in the process. A previous dentist had dismissed my complaints that one crown was bulky and seemed to fill my mouth. Dr Kosalram listened carefully to my discomfort, worked with the technician and got me new crown that is streamlined, well designed. I call it my "sports car" implant. I was so relieved and happy to be heard and have my concern addressed. Dental work can be painful and uncomfortable but Dr Kosalram is way more concerned about that than I am. It is the most relaxed and pain free work I've ever had. Her team always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. They're just genuinely nice people. Overall the work is excellent, the care is deluxe and its an easy choice to give them five stars.

Negative experience: Teeth look good Yes.. but did not replace a back tooth that was fitted with a wide gap between gum and new cap.

Fantastic experience: I am an older gentleman, having to have an old baby tooth replaced with a post and crown. Admittedly a bit nervous the whole process with Dr Kosalram was very smooth and comfortable. The beauty of Dr Kirthi is that she explains everything to you clearly and before time. The whole process though delayed somewhat because of Covid went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. In addition to the great work performed by Kirthi, one cannot underestimate the very kind and caring work performed by Michelle, Dr Kirthi’s lovely assistant. In fact Gabi at reception completes the all round care you feel your getting as soon as you enter the rooms. For those who are hesitant, believe me there was no pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kirthi, Michelle & Gabriella are three of the most lovely people, genuine and professional, they go above and beyond and only want the best for their patients. After 10 years of having disappointing outcomes for a crown for a front tooth. I was referred to Dr Kirthi and her team. To be honest was very nervous that I might receive more disappointing news that my tooth could not be fixed. Dr Kirthi made me feel so comfortable, with a very honest approach explaining all scenarios. Yes there was a lot of back an forth to her for moulds etc and Intra Oral Technologies for color matching and shaping but this was all worth while and I did not mind at all, as they are perfectionists, they made sure they had it right. To me my new crown is perfect and I cannot thank Dr Kirthi enough for giving me back a smile I'm not embarrassed of. I recommend Dr Kirthi and her team for any of your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Since visiting Kirthi for an emergency temporary crown, to be followed by a permanent crown for my front dental implant, I realised that I was in good hands. I also asked Kirthi to fit a veneer to the adjacent front tooth. Kirthi's manner is kind and respectful, but very professional and knowledgeable, advising her patient what she sees as a potential problem/option and how she will go about achieving the best result. I would say she is a perfectionist and her aim is to achieve perfection for her patient. After very careful consideration, Kirthi recommended removing them and replacing them with a large 6-unit bridge. I have been thrilled with the result. The bridge was expertly crafted by John Lucas who was meticulous in colour-matching the new ceramic teeth. Throughout this process Kirthi has been most professional, and also has a manner where she regards her patients as people, not just ’cases’. She has a way of helping patients to feel confident in her judgement and skill. I cannot recommend her practice highly enough.
