She was lovely, as was her assistant.Paul Hagley came in to check on me. I call him 'the gentle giant'. He is a fantastic dentist who really does care for his patients. Overall, I highly recommend Darling Dental.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this dental practice for routine cleanings for some time now, and I always leave impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of both the dentists and the reception staff. In 2021, I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed under the care of Dr. Paul Hagley. I opted for hospital surgery (a personal choice—I wasn’t ready for all four to be done in the chair!). Dr. Hagley was fantastic—he talked me through the entire procedure, which made me feel at ease since it was my first surgery. The procedure went smoothly, with no fuss, and I healed quickly and pain was minimal. Life returned to normal quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing dental work or treatment. You’ll be in great hands!

Fantastic experience: This practice is always willing to help. The staff are super friendly & the dentist's, assistants & therapists are so professional, gentle & nice. I am not a nervous patient but I imagine they would put you totally at ease if you were. They are up to date with the latest technology but haven't lost site of basic patient care. Absolutely fabulous practice.

Fantastic experience: Over the last month I have had a total of 19 teeth pulled... 9 on top all at once then 8 on bottom all at once. I had a panic attack as I was getting numbed.. but Anthony was so helpful with helping me relax.. it was no pain at all. I had trouble with my eye teeth and had to get stitched but I've healed fantastically.. when I got the bottom 8 out it was a total of 5 minutes and no pain. He is an amazing dentist. All the workers are so kind. My whole family go to darling dental... They are fantastic!!!

My dentist Dr Schmidt in my point view is well beyond his years of dental expertise and has set a very high standard in terms of patient centred care. He navigated my dental health in a truly professional, respectful and empathetic approach - enabling me to feel comfortable and develop genuine trust throughout the entirety of the dental appointment and take onboard his recommendations! Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how FANTASTIC the team at Darling Dental are. I had an absolute fear of dentists after some very bad experiences. Graham was amazing. So gentle, lots of communication and just so professional and reassuring. They have restored my faith and alleviated my fear of dental work. My tooth looks amazing and it was generally pain free. I really didn't even feel the needle going in at all just amazing. Everything from the reception, the atmosphere to the way you are made to feel was absolutely top class...5 stars all the way.

Negative experience: Paid $233 for a filling. Walked away with a toothache. I didn't have before the filling. Went back about the toothache. Was told there is nothing wrong, laughed at and they did nothing for the toothache. Now seeking a different dentist to help me. Very disappointed to have paid $233 and now have to seek a new service and won't see that $233 back in my pocket. Inconvenient, waste of time and money. Espescially with having to take my 3 year old with me.

Fantastic experience: As a person with almost a phobia about dentists brought on from a few bad experiences early in life, I was very nervous and actually scared when turning up for a molar extraction. There were complications which did not help my fear, but what did help was the friendly, gentle and almost painless surgery provided by Prathayini, Paul and their dental nurses. Throughout the hours that I was there I was made to feel comfortable, communication never stopped about what was going on and they managed my pain the best they could. People who know me would laugh at this next sentence, but I highly recommend the team at Darling Dental to anyone who holds a fear of dentists, or has had bad experiences in the past. I have complete trust in Prathayini & Paul now and will have no hesitation in returning to Darling Dental for future problems and checkups before they become major issues :).
