Fantastic experience: One usually expects visiting a dentist to be a bit of an ordeal. Visiting Custom Denture Clinic was a pleasure. Easily accessible on Buderim's main street, it feels bright, fresh and new. Andre and his receptionist Jo are such pleasant people, easy conversationalists, and make you feel comfortable while assisting you. And the wall-mounted television entertains with such a fascinating and visually beautiful world travelogue that you are in no hurry to leave...

Was a little unsure initially but had to " wear it in" and now it's very comfortable and back to normal. My first appointment was with Aileen, and it when she said they could help I started to cry. It was an immense relief to hear that there were several options to fix my problem. Over the course of several subsequent visits, the treatment I received from both Aileen and Andre was exceptional. I really appreciated their care, patience, and most of all willingness to listen to me and understand what I felt was causing my symptoms. Fantastic experience: Just moved from Sydney now settling in Sunshine Coast..I was concerned bout finding a denture clinic here as back home I had a great clinic where I was happy a thought I would never find another place like that ..I recently needed another partial denture so I searched nearby clinics near me an came across Custom Denture Clinic Buderim so I rang an made an appointment from the moment of my phone call the receptionist was very pleasant..On my very first visit Dental Prosthetist Andre Thevenau greeted me with a friendly smile an he was very professional knowledgeable an a very pleasant manner an above all was very patient with me as I was very anxious cause I thought here I go again see if this guy can get it right ..Anyway after a few visit my partial dentures we’re ready an I picked them up yesterday I was very amazed how Andre fixed all the sore spots while I was just sitting there I kept saying geez I’m Srry if I’m difficult he reassured me it will be ok so far all is good .. On leaving the reception gave me a little gift pack to care for my new partial dentures not only was I happy with this clinic but I thanked God for leading me to this clinic ..I highly recommend this denture clinic for their professional manner …Thank you Andre an team

I was quickly able to google a Denture Clinic- Buderim who then set me up an appointment at Caloundra as I was staying in Baringa. Andre Thevenau Dental Prosthetetist and his team was able to have me up and smiling again within an hour and half with a 10/10 perfect fit no adjustment required! Fantastic experience: I have just had my dentures replaced at their Caloundra clinic and cannot speak highly enough of the service that I received. They were so professional in the way I was treated and the end result was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing denture work. Keep up the good work ladies

Negative experience: After taking the time to take a look at some of the other work presented from this clinic it seems to me they have a “go to look” they like to use often , or a standard mould so to speak , in fact it even looks like some customers have used the exact same two denture clinics I have , a word of warning ,please don’t come here if your looking for a place that is going to help you feel better they seem to just want to give you what they are used to doing and make money from you , they pretend they care but they honestly don’t ! I have been in for only two wax try on sittings the rest has just been me being ignored or not listened to and a lot of chatter at the most . I had discussed all my concerns with Andre before even considering to use this clinic , wich I was assured that I would be listened to and would not leave the clinic unhappy ,and none of the above mentioned would happen sadly all of the above happened ! if you do decide to use this clinic please do some proper research as these reviews certainly do not reflect the experience I had here at all and think seriously about paying prior to receiving product and signing anything saying you will accept things even if not satisfied ! Joanne’s or whomever wrote the reply to my previous review wich I have now updated by the way and attempt at making me look silly and feel like no other clinician on the coast will help me now at all since I have given them an honest review , (wich I have screen shot ) actually shows the true colours and nature of this clinic , this clinic has tried so hard to make me look a fool is disgusting at best ! I hope you all feel good about yourselves? On another note Aileen is lovely but I hope she finds her own standards and her own way to stick to and keeps being herself . It was her in fact that kindly found me the nicer teeth ! Andre seems in my opinion to not really care and likes the way he does things not what the patient wants or needs ,perhaps try listening to your patients treating them like they are people like they matter and actually helping them would help . All the pretence under the sun is worth nothin if the actions don’t follow the words , I’m not sure how asking people to pay for goods n services not yet provided is even legal ? Is it ?I have taken a screen shot ,have recordings ,photos etc and I was told that Andre threw my initial impressions of my own teeth away , since you are already affiliated with AHPRA perhaps I should also contact them with my grievances as I do hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else ! Have the day you deserve !

Fantastic experience: The implant process was carried out by Andre and Pierre at Custom Dental at Buderim after Dr Johann at Avenue Dental also at Buderim placed the implants into my jaw. I had wanted to do this for years after having so much trouble with my bottom denture. after getting 2 implants I now wonder why I did not get this done years ago. From the minute Andre fitted it the change was amazing. I can chew again ! . Peanuts, steak no problems. Thank you Custom Dental at Buderim.

They made you feel so welcoming when this is quite an embarrassing situation I never felt judged at all unlike other companies I called I felt judged straight away! Fantastic experience: I arrived at the Clinic awfully distressed and humiliated after my front crown had broken , it was not repairable, from the moment I arrived , Jo the receptionist was warm and caring promising me that they would be able to assist.I can’t express how reassuring that was , when I was so distressed.I then met with Andre , Wow could I ever meet such a wonderful team, softly spoken gentleman , he too assured me he could assist and promised I would not be minus my front tooth for the weekend, which is all I cared about at the time.He promptly took impressions of my teeth , explained every step along the way, Andre completed his assessment, and asked me to return later that afternoon, so off I went returning 3 -12 hours later , still mortified I had no front tooth , yet again Jo was so warm towards me , a gentle touch of my hand and she had reduced my anxiety, so in I go to see Andre and within minutes my tooth was in , by this time I cried with absolute joy.I’m not sure how this plate was achieved , but assume they worked on this tirelessly to achieve an outstanding outcome for me. This Clinic is worth gold.Truely feel there is nothing this team can’t do.I walked in a shattered woman and left with the utmost confidence. Thankyou to you both , you have no idea how special you are , your Clinic is 5 stars to me and I will never be able to repay you both for what you have done .might I add this all occurred on a Friday prior to a long weekend and I was to work on the Monday.Thankyou seems so little to say , when you achieved a miracle to me. Fantastic experience: I cannot fault Andre . I put up with achy gums and 2 very loose teeth because of gum disease. I went to other dentists only to build me up and knock me down again to be honest. 1 dentist had told me yes they could help me and work to getting me a new denture then 3 weeks later phoned me to say they couldn't help and thought it best I go to a specialist. Time wasted . Time wasn't on my side as my 2 teeth were loose and it was stressful because I pride myself on how I look and they backed out . Hence the stress my loose teeth would fall out . That would have been so humiliating . . I was frustrated to say the least . Then I remembered Custom clinic . That was it . Andre was fantastic . His brother is as caring as Andre . They actually really do care and even understanding of financial difficulties . Andre told me he could work out something for me if I got stuck . Well, let me. tell you I have my new denture and I'm over the moon. It fits perfectly and I'm so happy . The cost was so amazing too. These guys care and they have no idea how happy I am . To be free of a horrible plate that was cheaply done before . It cost me twice the amount Andre charged me . I am so grateful I found custom dental . Amazing ,kind, and very professional.
