Fantastic experience: Dr Jacey Li and Jill in reception are both truly outstanding at what they do. I contacted them with a broken tooth on the weekend. They got back to me almost immediately and managed to fit me in due to a cancellation on Tuesday. The professionalism and efficiency at STD is excellent, dr Jacey is a very caring gentle and skilled dentist and Jill is a great communicator who is really in the ball. This was my third visit in the last 12 months I can recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation,

Fantastic experience: I called urgently, out of the blue, and in a lot of pain. The team at South Tweed Dental went out of their way to fit me in on the same day for emergency root canals on two teeth. Dr Lakshmanan is focussed and highly skilled. The team is friendly, warm and hospitable. All three treatments in the root canal and restoration process are now successfully complete. I'm very grateful, and will return for all my future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I left my old dentist because he's a vampire, a parasite - no afterpay, no mercy, talks in your face endlessly while his fist is rammed down your throat, takes myriad x-rays for the hell of it to up his bottom line. Today I sidled up to South Tweed Dental for an extraction and l don't recall getting the extraction at all. No pain, no fakery, no repetitive common sense advice being blasted down your throat just over the whining drill. We just started chatting. At some point, I sat down, stood up, and left. This place has a ninja working in it, very humble, respectful and informative. I didn't feel the needle, didn't feel the extraction, didn't feel his nuts resting on my knuckles at any point. They're either still operating at 1970's rates or I got a major discount for some reason. And they have a television stuck to the roof so you can watch the world end while your mouth is lovingly massaged free of cavities, cracks and last nights Snickers bars. This is not a paid review. I have no connection to this place. As far as I'm concerned, dentists suck ball. Unfortunately, we need them so... South Tweed Dental is where I'll get my grin done from now on. Hopefully, I haven't spoken too soon.

Fantastic experience: After being in Tweed hospital dental clinic and not getting the correct treatment and feeling discarded by the hospital that refused to help any further thrown on a waitlist, I seeked out south Tweed dental clinic. To start off, Jill in administration could have not been more amazing and caring somthing you need when your in pain needing help she makes you feel comfortable. Lastly the female dentist and her assistant made such a great team I absolutely hated going to the dentist but these two ladies made me feel so safe made sure I was out of pain and we're so gentle that I have a completely different view. They found problems the hospital looked over and missed. Because of the 3 female staff that worked on the 13/04/2023, those absolutely beautiful amazing woman saved me from another night in unbearable pain. If you read this and you are anything like me scared of needles, dentists, drills the whole lot and in absolute pain. I recommend you go and see these ladies. It's been 6 hours since my appointment and I'm feeling absolutely incredible.

Fantastic experience: For the last four years I've had various quotes for Porcelain veneers for my smile from a renowned European dentist in Bali, Phuket dentistry whom are known as some of the best cosmetic dentistry in the world and an up market dentist in Perth. However, COVID led me to the area and I googled Dentists in the Tweed Heads area. I chose to have an appointment and clean with Dr Jordan from his incredible reviews here on Google. He was a perfectionist, he explained every detail so I could understand. I had this good feeling from my experience with South Tweed Dental. I'm very big with choosing your gut instinct. Once discussing the full treatment, quotes for every process as Porcelain veneers are not some simple one appointment! It's spanned across six weeks. However the team at South Tweed Dental were very welcoming, friendly and encouraging through the whole process. Casey is amazing, she's definitely at the top of her game in terms of high end customer service and making you feel like a VIP client! I want to thank the whole team from South Tweed Dental. Fantastic experience: I have had quite a few years of low income and as a consequence did not have on-going dental assessment, the health of my teeth deteriorated to an alarming level. I was a lapsed patient of South Tweed Dental, so I contacted the practice for a review of my dental issues. First contact was Karen, the practice manager, a very pleasant, practised and friendly person. Such a contrast to the unpleasantness that customers generally receive these days from those who front customer service. Second contact in this neat, clean and comfortable professional office was Taylor, a warm and friendly Dental Assistant. For some patients it can be a long walk from the front to the waiting dental chair, for me a pleasant stroll. My first impression of Dr Anthony Hua, after the introductions, was that he was "a good bloke". After some six or seven appointments including one extraction, many fillings and much restorative work I now have happy teeth and they have a dental plan that will keep them happy. My impressions of Dr Anthony Hua during the course of this dental wizardry was that, as well as being a good bloke, he is a gifted and intuitive dentist.

Was leaving that morning for interstate and Dentist Anthony Hua, was able to not only see me urgently, but completed an super feat in rebuilding a complete tooth, with little to work with, in just 45 minutes. Cannot speak highly enough of his skills and attention to detail. Have since had to call on his services again, resulting in a molar removal, yet again with full detailed commentary of progress as we went through the procedure with little or no pain thereafter.
