Fantastic experience: DR Michael LEE, excellent Dentist with a lot of patience! A severe TMJ condition combined with anxiety & trauma from childhood dental visits caused me to avoid dentists for many years. But after 12 months of putting up with tooth pain, I had to face my fear & just go. Dr Michael LEE was very kind, explained everything he was doing before he did it, gave me lots of rest breaks when I needed in the middle of the procedure. He made the whole experience a pleasant one. I even booked a 6 month follow-up appointment with him, which is something I never do. This is why I give him 5 stars & highly recommend this Dentist & also the warm & welcoming Clinic he works within. He has a customer for life, because caring for our teeth is important!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional female dentist! If there is an option for NO STAR out of 5, I would have chosen that. We brought our kid because her permanent tooth is already growing behind the milk tooth making it hard to manipulate. It has been causing her anxiety. Then, the rude female dentist says my kid is NOT NORMAL because she needs a dentist to pull her teeth out. She goes further saying she herself never pull her own children’s teeth. I wonder why this dentist does not know that every kid is different. Now, my kid is asking me why did the female dentist call her “not normal”. My kid felt humiliated. As a medical professional myself who works for children, I do not recommend this female dentist. She’s causing emotional trauma to young kids by making sarcastic comments. She’s insensitive and arrogant! We did not feel safe and I can see how my kid was surprised to hear such words from a dentist. I hope “respect” is one of your core values because it is lacking. Even the receptionist was rude.

Negative experience: Hi All We have visited this place yesterday for our daughter but had a pathetic experience .dentist was not child friendly and the way dentist was talking was rude and dentist told us that we need to get OPG so we asked as Leigh man as we dont know jargaon words what is OPG stands for what does it mean rather then explaining to us she didn't explain or gave understanding of OPG also our daughter slightly moved during OPG so OPG was blurred rather then taking another OPG they fully charged us and didn't even tried to take another OPG and dentist was not child friendly at all so that she can explain in easy way to my daughter to not move during OPG. they told us over the phone that first visit is free however reception kept tried to charge us twice however we firm that first visit is free as dentist has not done anything apart from checking and also this place is tried only to make money rather then solving issue...pathetic experience...bad and poor service...Thanks for the response if we were running late then how did your dentist agreed for an OPG x-rays and she knew tha this was for kid so she might need to explain to child that she doesnt need to move dentist did not explained very well to child for not to move during x-rays and as she moved dentist did not gave a change for us as parents to explain to our child not to move rather she was in hurry to make money and took one time OPG which she told afterwards that it is blurred due to my daughter was moved during x-rays why she did not tried taking x-rays one more time is this this kind of service your are giving and if you didn't had time then why would you guys agreed to take x-rays was that only for making money? Is this how you looted patients.. pathetic and horrible experience with dentist I don't want to take her name on this platform...

Negative experience: The receptionist is rude!! I have been coming here for over 5 years now and always paid under $120 for just a clean. Prior to booking my appointment I called up to find out how much it would be to get JUST a clean and was told $120 for existing customer and $150 for new customers. However when having to pay I was charged $150 because apparently I was also booked in for not just a clean but a oral examination (which I did not ask for). I asked to speak to the dentist but was declined. Dr Michael Lee was lovely and did a great job but unfortunately I will not be coming back due to the receptionist being rude and not communicating things properly.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the reception staff at this dentist. I rang to book an appointment last week. After being put on hold for over 4 minutes with ridiculously loud music or clinic information (honestly don't know I had to pull the phone away from my ear) I finally got to speak to someone and wrote it down the appointment in my calendar. Then 2 days ago a phone call to confirm it. Then today i get a phone call ar 11:19am asking if i was still coming to my appointment. I said yes. The girl asked how long i would be. And i was a bit confused saying i think you have rang the wrong person because my appointment isnt until 1pm. The girl then cuts me off before I could say anything else and said, NO! The appointment is now. 1pm is our lunch time and noone booked your appointment for 1pm. I told her she was wrong and that the person i spoke with booked it for 1Pm not 11.15Am. I then told her to cancel the appointment and i will find another dentist. Very very Disappointed with the way i was treated. Not just over the phone today but every time we have gone to an appointment we are waiting for over half an hour past our appointment time.

Fantastic experience: Accepts vouchers from ISIS Dental Care and the prices quoted for further treatment are a lot lower than most other dentists. I didn't really feel any pain and the staff are quite caring too.
