Fantastic experience: Priya is lovely as are all the girls. Sami is so professional and competent.
Fantastic experience: Incredibly knowledgeable and professional expert. I found Dr Sami's skills and knowledge to be on-par with some of the best dental implant specialists in the world. I had a complex issue with an implant and a crown that had fallen off. The brand I had was not popular or well-known. I was in tremendous discomfort. Dr Sami applied his incredible knowledge and experience to my case and came up with a solution which he proposed to me by WhatsApp. I made the long journey all the way from Thailand to get Dr Sami to solve my issue. Not only did he fix the immediate problem, he provided a long term solution which would mean I would have a few years, hassle- free, without having to worry about my implant. During our conversation I learnt that he has a PhD in this field and has done over 5000 implants. No wonder he made something that so many dentists couldn't solve seem so easy to solve in a few minutes. Thank you for your incredible experience and knowledge, and of course your empathy and kindness, Dr Sami!
Fantastic experience: I had lot of dental problem. My wisdom tooth failed to emerge properly through the gum and disturbed another molar tooth. I suffered from lot of pain before I contacted BHD. People are very professional here and from the dentist I received excellent consultation and treatment. My wisdom tooth and the disturbed molar tooth were taken out as if nothing had happened. I was very nervous but thanks to my dentist, Dr. Sami , who did an excellent job to get me recovered from all the dental problems. I recommend Bakery hill dental to everyone. Well done BHD - definitely they deserve 5 stars.

After having braces put on here, my teeth are now straight and I now have the smile that I have longed for. We like to work with specialists around Ballarat and although we do not offer braces at our clinic we used a multi-disciplinary approach with our partner specialist to achieve your smile makeover. Once you come in for your initial consultation we all there referrals ready and line the appointments one after the other so that you can get the results you want. Very glad you like your new smile. Fantastic experience: I have had two implants carried out by Dr Sami and his team. I am delighted with the results and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering dental implants. The process does require a few appointments and follow-ups but this was always easy to arrange as the reception staff are always friendly, efficient and a delight to deal with. Highly recommend BHD!!!
True Mr Ali dental implants are longer and more expensive treatment plans however they are the closest thing we can give you to your natural teeth in modern day dentistry. It is definitely worth the wait. Very glad you had a positive experience with us and both Stage 1 implant surgery and Stage 2 implant restoration went smoothly. Negative experience: Went here over a year ago. The initial appointment where the dentist looked in my mouth for 2 mins was nearly $100. I then had to pay another $80 or so for the clean. My name was somehow spelt wrong in all the messages they sent me even when I corrected them. They were then meant to send off a referral for something to another clinic which they never did. Stopped going there after that waste of time and money.
Negative experience: Online booking made under married name Sarah Dimond for 11am today. Got there early as I hadn’t been before to complete any paperwork. There was no one there, yet it was open. Rang the bell no response, 2 other people came in to make appointments and did the same still no response. Waited until 10 mins after appointment time still didn’t see anyone, called out still no response. Left a voicemail after I left and still no response. Very unprofessional also as everything was open you’re leaving yourselves open to theft as well. Will not be back or recommend

Dr. Thomas Webb was patient, understanding, and quickly picked up on not only my own needs, but the needs of my partner who has many chronic health conditions which need careful managing. If you suffer from anxiety, sensory processing problems, chronic fatigue, or serious dental issues due to a lack of care, Dr. Thomas will take good care of you in a totally non judgemental and friendly way. I have seen many healthcare professionals with my partner for their health issues over the past few years, and I can safely say this was the best experience we have had in that entire time.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental clean with Tayla and it was the best scale and clean experience I have ever had. Usually a scale and clean is uncomfortable, but Tayla was so gentle I barely felt anything. Very happy with the results as well! Would definitely recommend anyone who wants a scale and clean to help with some teeth where it's very hard to brush properly and stuff accumulates.
