Fantastic experience: Had an emergency, and call them up, and Dr Hanto and her assistants were able to fit me in. It wasn't a easy root canal/tooth extraction, but they made it so calming and explained everything. They were so professional about everything as well. Thank you so much, we truly appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely beyond satisfaction! My doctor Dr. Jeffery is very friendly and professional when helping with removing my wisdom teeth, I received very well explanation during the whole process. And also a big thanks to the dental assistance (sorry i didn't ask your name), she helps heaps in comforting me and let me calm. A cute squeeze bear was provided to reduce the pressure. Much appreciate to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. Had a procedure that ended up lasting over an hour. Dr Hantao was kind and professional, pain was managed well (ie didn't feel any) and I always felt comfortable. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really neat and kids friendly clinic. Dr Haotao is so experienced with kids dental procedure, she was so patient and lovely , my son had tooth extraction and he was so behaved during the whole procedure, he didn’t complain any pain. I really appreciate Dr Haotao’s treatment, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr Hantao, Renee, and the team. They are super helpful, professional, friendly and non judgemental. I was intially feeling a bit worried about the growth of my wisdom tooth - the pain, the cost, and the other possible issues I may encounter; however, Dr Hantao and the team explained things in details, are kind and ethical, ensuring my needs are considered and met. I finally found my dentist in Brisbane and I know I'm in good hands. Here is a rainbow I saw from the front door of the dentist today.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr Hantao and the dental assistant who worked on my tooth removal. The assistant used tapping to distract me from the pain of the injections. And Dr Hantao talked me through each step.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dentist! The staff are all super comforting and professional, I get very nervous with the dentist but the dental assistant Emma is great at calming me and holding my hand which is really appreciated. I recently had a tooth pulled and they did amazingly and only took around 15 minutes which really helped with my anxiety. Overall a great dentist and quite affordable, if you want a great experience and amazing treatment, this place is the go to. Thanks guys :) x

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist we’ve both visited. We were recommended to come here by friends and so glad we did. From the very first visit we knew we were in good hands. The team are always friendly, professional and caring. It’s also the first time we’ve ever had a dentist call after treatment to see how we are, amazing . It’s easy to get to, either by road, train or bus with parking just outside. The dental suite is fresh and clean with great facilities. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend★★★★★ I guess we will not go to any other dental practice after we met Dr Liu today. My 5 years old girl was almost frozen when we walked in, has a long face and refuses to talk.....but finally got her 3 decayed tooth filled with a big smile^^ She said “when can we go to see the girl dentist again? I really like the dentist and Emma!” …Booked another appointment for myself already. Fantastic experience: I found this dental clinic occasionally for my teeth clean as it’s so close to my home. The Dentist HanTao was very friendly and patient, Care about patient’s feelings which made me feel very relax there as that was the first time I went to the dental clinic in Australia. All the staffs there are so professional, my partner went there with me and then he booked an appointment for himself too.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful front staff, great facilities and an amazing dentist. I've never felt more safe and comfortable anywhere else in Brisbane! Just like their name says, they did not judge me or make me feel insecure about my previous oral hygiene. Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist but, I have had such a good experience at Dental Greetings in Virginia that I now experience no anxiety whatsoever going in and have referred all my friends and family. Hentao, Jeffrey and Jenny explain everything in a way that I understand and patiently answer my million questions. I absolutely trust their advice and I’m a pretty distrustful person. I can’t remember a better customer service experience that I’ve had anywhere except maybe a 5 star hotel!

Fantastic experience: This practice is beautiful! I followed Dr Hantao from the southside and I must say she is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I use to be so scared of going to the dentist and always put off going to the dentist as much as I could or when I had a bad toothache. Now I go regularly every 6 months and can’t imagine seeing any other dentist! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Fantastic experience: On arrival to the practice the receptionist had such a pleasant and warm welcoming smile (i felt very comfortable on arrival) I am very nervous with dentists due to bad experiences however, my lady dentist eased my nerves with her calm approach to customer service and her great dental abilities.
