Fantastic experience: Excellent dental care and outstanding customer service, everything was explained clearly. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: I broke part of my tooth on Monday evening. On Tuesday I walked into the surgery to see if I could see a dentist. The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful and they were able to give me an appointment for today ( Thursday). Dr Gill was very professional and worked for nearly 90 minutes as I had actually broken parts of 2 teeth. The end result was perfect. Dr Gill was very gentle and not rough in the way he treated me during the procedure. I would sincerely recommend Dr Gill and this dental surgery. 10/10 This is now a second review as I saw Dr Gill again yesterday as I broke another tooth ( other side of jaw eating a nut) Another 10/10 treatment. I’m writing this second review because I forgot to mention Dr Gill’s dental nurse Abbie. She also is excellent in her duties. Thanks again team .

Fantastic experience: Myself and my two kids have had nothing but great experiences at Warnbro Smile. My children were very anxious for their check-ups & cleans but the staff made the whole experience comfortable, fun and quick. My 6 year old actually said, “that was fun!” when we left. Fantastic clinic, they have been a huge factor into easing mine and my kids dental anxiety and make the experience very positive.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gill and his team is amazing. He always explains what he is doing. I got my wisdom teeth removed by him and he was very gentle and patient. I didn’t have any problems during the recovery either. I travel all the way from Mandurah to see him even just for check up cleans. My partner has had tooth pain in the path and at the time had no health cover, Dr. Gill ran through all of his options (affordable and more expensive) and made sure he went home with no pain. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: The team at Warnbro Smile were exceptional in their care and speed of appointment. Same day my parent cracked her tooth, they fitted her in. A plain xray and clear description of what was happening and short term and long term care options was given. Equipment and setting modern, with easy free parking access. They also are part of the Govt dental subsidy for pensioners. So accepted a 50% discount and we just paid the balance. It was the best value and dental care we have experienced. From start to finish. Highly recommend. 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Warnbro Smile is one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Dr Gill was incredibly gentle, and the whole visit was surprisingly pain-free. He took the time to clearly explain each step of the procedure and made sure I understood the costs upfront, which I really appreciated. he showed me the x-rays and photos of my damaged teeth both before and after the work was done. It was actually fascinating to see the difference, it helped me understand what was going on and made me feel confident in the treatment. He also flagged a few other issues that needed attention and made sure I knew what to do next. That kind of follow through makes a difference. I left feeling well looked after and informed. Negative experience: My partner went to this dentist because of an absist had 2 teeth extracted $650 and sent home without any antibiotics, 4 days later in hospital with a major infection. Got a quote for dentures twice as much as another dentist never use this dentist again even though it's walking distance from house.

Negative experience: Terrible place, new staff, don't know anything. Brought my daughter to check teeth, she was scared, wouldn't open her mouth, doctor was pushy. Nothing was checked, he just referred us to padiatric dentist and charged us $70. I didn't know that I could have paid nothing under CDBS, they just chose to use my insurance provider and I had to pay $50. Terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: From Dr Gill, his assistant and receptionist I am extremely happy I chose them to start the repair work on my teeth. After my first visit today I walked out feeling very happy and confident that over the next couple of months my teeth and smile we be great again.

Fantastic experience: The fastest and nicest dentist I’ve ever been to! My appointment was at 4pm so I could get the process of my wisdom teeth removed as one of the top ones was absolutely killing me! By the time I filled out the paperwork, got an xray, had a consult and had the painful wisdom tooth removed I was in and out in 20 minutes!!! I couldn’t believe it. Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my experience here with Dr Gill and his assistant. My wisdom tooth had been causing me grief so I decided to get it removed. The equipment used is modern, and comfortable. Dr Gill successfully removed my tooth by going nice and slow to remove my whole tooth instead of cutting my gum to remove the tooth and saved me $200 which many dentists would have done. I was very comfortable throughout and he was communicating everything that he was doing which helped me to feel at ease. The extraction was quick and comfortable, and my mouth is healing well. They also called this morning to see how I was going one day after the extraction, which made me feel like I was cared for. Warnbro Smile is priced well, and will definitely be coming back here for all of my dental needs. So good to find someone that you can trust that is very skilled and experienced in what they do, and the people skills makes the whole experience better! Thank you to the team here at Warnbro Smile.

Fantastic experience: I was anxious about going back to my previous dentist in Port Kennedy, so avoided it, even though I was in pain after a temporary filling fell out and left my tooth exposed. Went to see Dr Gill at Warnbro Smile, and he was fantastic. He is friendly, empathetic and kind. Within an hour, my tooth was feeling better, and no pain was endured whilst having a filling done. I booked my second appointment the following week without hesitation, and have referred my daughters there too. My family have found the most brilliant dentist in town

Fantastic experience: Dr Gill is the best dentist I have seen. he took pictures to show and explain everything to me. When removing a tooth for me he did everything possible to remove it with out it braking so it saved me money he also was able to remove a root left in my gum that a different dentist couldn't. His assistant never makes me feel like I'm drowning from to much water n not sucking it up And the receptionist is lovely and very welcoming.
