Fantastic experience: First time coming to Wahroomga Dental Group and the staff were all so friendly and lovely. It's a small practice with modern equipment and facilities. Dr Suzette made me feel so calm and addressed all my concerns and went through all future treatment options in detail addressing any questions I had patiently as well as going through estimated prices and pros/cons.

Fantastic experience: I was in unbearable pain after my tooth broke, and the discomfort became so intense that I finally decided to visit Dr. Shivani Rattan. She thoroughly examined my condition and informed me that a root canal was necessary due to a severe infection. Despite my anxiety, her professionalism and experience were evident from the start. The anesthesia procedure was so smooth that I didn't feel any pain at all. Dr. Shivani's expertise and compassionate care made a huge difference. She helped me through one of the most painful experiences of my life, and now I am completely pain-free. Thank you so much, Dr. Shivani—you truly are a lifesaver!

Fantastic experience: dr shelly saved my life. i was in excruciating pain from an infected cavity and she got me out of it. dr shelly was very reassuring throughout and took into account both my filling and feelings. may the floss be with her always. will definitely be back for dr shelly.

Fantastic experience: It was my best and painless dental visit so far!

Negative experience: I booked the surgery to have a filling with Dr Shavani Rattan. The first attempt at filling the tooth had some issues so I went back to the surgery to resolve. Unfortunately this visit did not fix the problem so I returned for a third time to have my filling partially redone. The result of this visit was worse than previous visits further exacerbating my tooth ache. As a result I have consulted with another dentist fix the problem. I should mention that the person at the front desk booking the appointments was testy and argumentative not at all sympathetic to my issue. Most dissapointed !

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to have found Wahroonga Dental Group after a bad experience with another Dental service provider. Wahroonga Dental Group couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful. I was in a considerable amount of pain and they bent over backwards to help me manage it and provided me with immediate treatment. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely time with Dr Helen today. It was Daisy's first time to the dentist & she had been quite apprehensive about anyone looking at her wobbly teeth. Helen & the lovely dental nurse put Daisy at ease & made it lots of fun. She loved her fancy glasses & was very happy for Helen to examine, remove calculas & do a thorough cleaning & mineralising treatment. We would thoroughly recommend this clinic for young children. Very fast & reassuring appointment .

Fantastic experience: Lovely caring staff who looked after my toddler whilst I was in the chair. I was very happy with the look and feel of my teeth after the thorough check up, polish and clean. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental experience I have had so far. The practice has a very homely feel and all the staff are very approachable and helpful. I have been very happy with my invisalign results with Dr Helen and Dr Shivani is currently helping me with a problematic tooth. They are thorough and gentle which is what I need as I get very nervous!

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain with a molar that had been aching for a few months. I had previously seen a dentist who told me they believed the pain was sinus. The pain came to a head through the night and I was unable to sleep, it was severe. The following morning I was able to get in to see Shelly, first thing in the morning. The reception were incredibly supportive and helpful, and Shelly was so warm and caring. I felt safe and I felt like I was going to be taken care of. My tooth is no longer in pain and I am beyond relieved!

Fantastic experience: I grew up having a fear of dentists after having a traumatic experience and that’s why it is important for me to find one who is thorough and gentle at the same time. Dr. Chan is the best at what she does. She has hands as light as a butterfly. She has helped eased up my anxiety, the next thing I know, the ”scary” part of the process is already done. Everyone at the practice, be it the receptionists or the other dentists always greet you with a smile. This practice has a highly professional and a warm, welcoming ambience.

A staff member for many years gave me an inside understanding of the values, family style commitment, compassionate dedication & professional ethics of patient first & foremost in health care. My children have never known dental care outside this practise, they are now in their late 20’s. A family owned practice that provides so many aspects of specialised professional care to their patients with on going care & follow up. Chan is a wonderful ambassador of health care, family nurturing & of us being the best possible person we can be in a busy world. Fantastic experience: No stress, no worries, no nervousness. That's what I need from a dentist for me & my 7 year old daughter who's never had a negative experience with Dr Chan. I get to sit in the same room while watching her teeth being thoroughly & most importantly, GENTLY, cleaned. I also get to ask questions, which is very helpful & valuable. The reception staff, Alison, Sue and Leilani, were very patient & understanding over the phone, especially when I had to change my appointment multiple times. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially parents of young kids to ensure your child's first experience is a positive one.
