Fantastic experience: I have been getting my dental work done by Dr Priyanka Chopra for a couple years now, and she has always been such a delight to work with. I get regular check ups done every 6 months, and each time she does a thorough examination and makes sure that I have claimed everything that I am able to on private health insurance, clean, scale, check up and x-rays ect. I even told her I played sport, and she found out for me whether a mouth guard was included in my insurance! I have never felt like Dr Chopra has taken me on a whirl wind of trying to just make money from me (as I have felt in the past from other dentists unfortunately) as we all know dental work can be costly sometimes. She has always only ever suggested dental work that she has examined for her self and suggested I should get done. Her team are always so lovely, and honestly makes my dental visits not as daunting as what they have in the past. Grateful to have found a really great dentist. Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I found NDC Frankston on the Medibank app, as a preferred provider. I love that I can schedule a Saturday appointment and feel I have received honest advice every visit. The kids area is very handy, even keeping my 10 year old entertained.

Fantastic experience: Took my Pa to see the dentist here and was very happy with the result. Dentist was reassuring with my Pa, as he has anxiety around dentist work. He complimented how much better his mouth felt after the clean and a couple fillings. Very happy and will go back!

Negative experience: Would NOT recommend National Dental Care (Frankston) unless you're okay with being treated poorly & taken advantage of. I hated the way I was treated, so I was willing to go elsewhere & even pay more for the sake of being treated kindly. Low & and behold, the independent dentist I ended up at not only provided amazing service but was also cheaper than NDC despite NDC' claims they were quoting "a really good price".. yeah, It's a no from me.

I can get a little anxious when getting dental treatment but Dr Priyanka talked me thru everything and did regular check ins through our the hour treatment. Shes down to earth yet professional and is good at what she does. I can totally recommend her. Thankful!

Fantastic experience: What a nice clinic, I came accross while shopping at bayside today and decided to walk in and get some information on some treatment i know ive needed for a while but have been putting off due to fear. Wow! I was blown away with how lovely the staff member was and with the amount of info and time spent answering all my questions. I am definitely going back to get my check up and clean done and finally get on top of my dental work.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped dental with great Dentist and the ladies at reception always helpful, welcoming and beautiful great location too.

Negative experience: Took an xray of my tooth, said no structural damage yet still in pain. Went to another dentist the next day the whole tooth was cracked. They took my money and didn't do the job properly one bit. Useless

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment for a checkup and clean. The service was absolutely amazing. The clinic is highly equipped and organised. Sharelle from the front desk was astonishing helping me with future quotes, bookings and all-round was perfect service, will be recommending and coming back for further appointments.

Fantastic experience: What an experience, I have not been to the dentist in 16 years due to fear. I booked in for a general check up and clean and I was lucky that only one filling was required. Sharelle and Jess were absolutely amazing and I could not of felt more comfortable!!!! Such personal and friendly service and I can’t thank them enough. 10/10 service and thank you both so much!!! Sharelle recommended that I get my teeth whitened so I will be back soon to get my trays and whitening kit!!! The best service!!!!!!

Dr Priyanka and her nurse was so comforting to her and she loved having her teeth checked and cleaned. This was defintley a great experience. Negative experience: Done a check up and fillings a while ago. The dentist miss a pot where my teeth was sensitive when doing checking up. She checked again and said it's not a big issue. She dropped a tool when she was doing the fillings, and she said its fine, this tool will do too. When she doing the fillings where she said"not a big issue", I can feel she was poking it very hard, lots of blood came out. And because she did such deep fillings, my tooth feels weak and more sensitive. Now I have to do root canal and crown with that tooth. Will never go back there again. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: I had an appointment booked up . Few days before I got qn sms that I need to call asap or they will cancel the appointment. I was working and was not allowed to use my phone. Within 2 hours I got an message again that they have cancelled my appointment. When I called I was told that some people are not showing up thats why they do . But atleast they should talk to the person before cancelling any appointment. Not at all professional

Fantastic experience: I've received the best dental care from NDC Frankston today. The friendly receptionist booked me in straight away while I just walked in the clinic. Dr.Andrew Waymouth and his assistant Shazeya were very calm, gentle and professional, i had dental treatment without pain. Also Dr.Andrew well explained the wisdom tooth to me, I know my options are. Shazeya even took care of my parking ticket. Thank you very much Dr.Andrew and your team, Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they also made it very easy to book an appointment with no hassle. Thank you Dr Corne and Shaze for your service, yours made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Negative experience: Came in to get antibiotics for a painful infection. Service was clunky, slow and unnecessarily painful. Staff were impatient and seemed uncomfortable while I filled out relevant forms/details. There was no follow up call, and items they offered to help were reneged on. They did not offer pain relief. Treatment was successful- I was given the right antibiotics.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dentist. I was doing some shopping last week and decided to pop in and see if they had any appointments for the same day. Fortunately they had a cancellation and managed to see me straight away for a check up and clean. Everything about my visit was completely faultless! The place is clean, the receptionist was polite and attentive, the dentist (Sarah) and her assistant done an amazing job and were a lot more thorough than previous cleans I’ve had elsewhere. To top it all off they even waived a gap from my insurance provider so I had no out of pocket expenses. I will be returning for anything dental in the future. Thanks for providing an awesome service!
