Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Milena and Dr. Vong at Smile Point Dental Centre. Both of them have incredibly gentle hands and made the entire visit feel comfortable and stress-free. They are very accommodating, patient, and genuinely kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, an excellent experience — highly recommended if you’re looking for caring and professional dental care!

Fantastic experience: Dr Samradni is a skilled dentist, with excellent ability to explain the required procedures. I have been coming to this dental clinic for approx 6 years. I have really struggled with finding good dentists for teeth cleans, I booked with Dr Samradni and it was the best experience I have ever had with a clean. I then needed to book in for further treatments so again scheduled with Dr Samradni and had a very gentle and great service experience. I will book in all future treatments with Dr Samradni when needed.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental clinic for approx 17 years and have found all the staff to be amazing. I really struggle with teeth cleans and was putting it off, I was able to book in with Dr Vong and it was the best experience I have ever had with a clean. I then needed to book in for further works and again booked in with DR Vong and Milena and they were very gentle and provided a great service. Will book in all further treatments with this duo.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of this clinic for many years and can't go past the expertise of Dr Ravi & Dr Sama. I recently decided to get porcelain veeners & after much research around Melbourne & overseas I decided to go with Dr Sama at Smile Point. She is AMAZING, friendly, patient, honest & above all else a perfectionist. She has done an exceptional job with all my dental work & recently my porcelain veeners. Prices are very competitive, results natural & will not go anywhere else. She knows her stuff ! I'd also like to mention Nurse Melina who is a gem! Always warm, reassuring & supportive through my procedures. Finally the receptionist Shaz who is always so calm & patient with my queries & questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: This is the one and only dentist we've used since we arrived in Australia 13 years ago. Every dentist and staff member has been absolutely first class. I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough, from root canals, bridges, grinding, overbite correction and the usual cleans and polishes (with lots of numbing gel!), they do the lot. A special shout out to Milena who's been with us from day one and I doubt you'll find a more competent or friendlier dental nurse in the whole of Australia. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Really not happy , have been going for years and changed dentists there, haven't been back for 6months spent over $1000 and not happy had several things done, I got a filling and had to be done 2xs as wasn't done properly in the 1st place and it's still not fixed, and got 2 adhesive restoration to fill my teeth so when I smile it doesn't look like I have teeth missing and it still looks it , looks terrible, as I have my friends saying I thought you got them fixed.

Everyone at the clinic is warm and friendly and we always have a positive experience. Our positive experience is largely thanks to their assistant Milena who has become a familiar face to my family over the years. Milena's warm and welcoming demeanour always puts us at ease during our appointments. Dr Vong was our dentist for our most recent visit, he took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process and made sure we were all comfortable throughout. I highly recommend Smile Point Dental, they are professional, honest and provide a personalised service by taking the time to understand our dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this clinic on and off for years. However, I really needed a wisdom tooth removed due to infection. I was so scared to get it done, but I have to say I am very impressed with Dr Vong. His experience is evident as he explained things well and removed my wisdom tooth with ease and little pain. He was better than any other dentist i have been to and I have been to many different ones over the years. I'll be switching back to this clinic to have him as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Smile Point is the best. If you haven't tried them you should. Dr Ravi is the best dentist I have ever known and if you know I have been going to them for years. Their Receptionist too is very professional I think her name is Bec. Very happy with their service.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dental clinic for many years. But recently I'm not getting the good experience like I used to with my favorite dentist who's on Maternity leave at the moment. The last 2 appointments with Dr S Deshpande was UNPLEASANT. I took my 5 years old son there for a filling and she was not friendly at all during the treatment, she was questioning him "why are you crying?.. he's a little boy who went to the dentist first time.. I could not believe what she said.. simply "Nasty!!". Imagine someone say that you your child on their first dentist experience. Today, I was getting an urgent treatment because I chipped my tooth that was previously had a filling. Before I came I asked for the estimated price and it was quoted by the receptionist that it should be around the same amount as previously done (since it's the same treatment). After the treatment, I was asked to pay for nearly $100 more. I won't be going back to this dental clinic anymore unless Dr Charlotte is back. I definitely won't book Dr S Deshpande ever again. I thought I should give people a 2nd chance but she failed to do a decent job both time we had her.

Fantastic experience: I have a real fear of the dentist although I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Ravi he always makes me feel at ease and has done some great work for our family, we have been attending this clinic since it first opened in Point Cook, we would never go anywhere else, thankyou.

I am very scared of dentists etc, but staff here is amazing, doctors always take time to talk to patient, explain everything, give good and practical advise and ... for that kind of patients as I am - freaked out- put extra effort to keep us calm and happy... will only recomend this place .
