Fantastic experience: Dr mark steenson is a breath of fresh air, after a particularly awful experience with a nearby dentist. Dr Mark did his best to help and calm me and plan an attack on my ruined mouth. This practice mhas real people helping real people.. cant recommend them enough... after absolutely awful dental experiences, these guys are the greatest... so gentle. You dont even know it is happining.. love these guys.. no longer afaid of the dentist .. hoooray!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic friendly staff and high quality service. I was caught out on holidays suddenly needing a wisdom tooth removed. Albert Street Dental at Taree and then Tuncurry Dental (where I had the removal) were both fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them and thank you to Mahish for doing such a great job with the extraction.

Positive experience: Every time I have been here they have treated me really well but they are no longer accepting vouchers

Fantastic experience: I had lots of work over a few months mainly done by Dr Mark and also one appt. with Dr Lucia. I was very appreciative of the amazing care/service displaying empathy, compassion and professionalism shown by all including the dental assistants. Teresa was so warm and welcoming on reception and one day was a very good DA on my last visit. This dental practice obviously shows great pride in making everyone feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. I cannot recommend Dr Mark enough. Thankyou and well done on your delivering on you commitment to providing the best car possible.

Fantastic experience: After battling gum disease for years I came across this great team. They made me feel very comfortable through the entire experience from consultation through to surgery and beyond. I highly recommend Ned and his crew if you are looking at doing implants it has changed my life and given me a new confidence and quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Myself & my children see Lucia at Albert St dental. Both children have sensory difficulties & she has just been amazing with them. Incredibly patient in explaining what was happening and supporting them to be ready for each step. My own appointments have been easy & we will continue to come back here.

Dr Mark and the team are sympathetic, kind and professional. They offer prompt and reasonably priced service in a welcoming and friendly clinic. Teresa fit me in for an emergency on a Friday afternoon when nobody else would, am I'm so glad because the receptionist were lovely, Mark did an incredible job resetting a knocked out tooth, very gentle and did an amazing job. Even being 40 minutes from home with Many closer options I'll never go anywhere else again

Fantastic experience: I woke up with a piercing pain in my gum/tooth/jaw like I’d never felt before. As a new patient they got me in nearly immediately and Dr Tom was kind, funny, and understanding (I’m a wimp with pain). Sorted my issue and I even booked a follow up for maintenance work I was so impressed! My grandpa was a dentist and thus growing up he was the only dentist I’d ever known and I thought I’d never find anyone who matched him but Tom has earned my trust! Thank you all, you have no idea the relief you gave me from that appointment.

Fantastic experience: I, like many, am not a fan of the dentist. Albert St Dental was recommended to me (in particular Dr Mark Steenson) and I reluctantly/ nervously made an appointment. I am thrilled to say that Dr Mark Steenson has undone years of anxiety. He truly is a master of his craft and I couldn’t be happier with my recent visits to him. A true gent. Fantastic experience: I could probably write a book on how well Dr Tom, Terese and Emma have taken care of me. Being a wheelchair user means safe transfer to chair and comfort whilst sitting. They all made sure I was consulted and provided accordingly. (Tom moved treatment rooms to get the best chair for me and he really likes his dental room!) Tom’s work on my front teeth has given me confidence to venture out into the world again. My front teeth look better than those with which I was born. He is a dedicated craftsman as well as being kind and thoughtful. As I’m 71 now he will be my choice of dentist till I have no need of one. Thank you to all at Albert Street Dentists.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are new to the Mid-North Coast and decided on the Albert Street Dental Practice after asking a local group on Facebook. I can thoroughly recommend Mark (who checked and cleaned my teeth) and Lucia (who checked and cleaned my wife's teeth). My gums have always been a little sensitive to the water pic, but Mark's clean was the most gentle I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: As I am soon to move to the area, I needed a dentist. Albert St was highly recommended and I wasn't disappointed. Friendly staff to welcome me. Mark, the dentist, and Terese, his lovely dental nurse made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in. Mark explains everything and it was a reasonably painless experience. Very gentle. Everything I needed was done in one visit. I will be getting my kids to travel the distance just to see him. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: My first visit was great. The friendly receptionist and a fun vibe made me feel comfortable from the start but Mark and his dental nurse (sorry I didn't get your name, but you were so lovely) explained everything and help me understand what will be a longish journey to dental health. They helped my anxiety by being so calm and friendly. I wish I'd known about them years ago. Highly recommended for anxious people. My son has aspergers and Mark is a cool guy and my 93 yo father in law raved about him.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the dentist I saw with my little boy. I was told he had sent lots of children down to this other dentist in Newcastle to have the gas treatment to Help my son with the dental treatment he needed. We dove the 2 and half hrs down and back to be told they couldn't do anything and they have never had children sent all the way from taree to have it done. Went to a different dental clinic in taree today and I was given a few different options of dentists that are able to do the gas it taree. I'm so dissapointed and upset with the person my son saw at your clinic.

Fantastic experience: Had such an amazing experience. Andries and Anna are the best. I've never come across a dentist and a nurse who work together so well. They were so kind caring and considerate. It's amazing to see the dental team be so friendly to each other and their patients. Andries explains everything in great detail and Anna is the best nurse I've ever seen I have never drowned once with her. As Andries said ' she definitely sucks'. Highly recommend Andries and Anna they're two exceptional people so make sure you book with them for your next dental visit.

Fantastic experience: A high five to Dr Mills and his very professional team, I'd never been to keen on Dental visits but actually now enjoy my checkups, thanks to the relaxed congenial atmosphere. Dr Mills has been fantastic for my kids too, who were blissfully unaware that they received a needle before having a filling done. Well done to all of the Albert Street Dental Team
