Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of James and the team at Haylo. From my first appointment 10 months ago to my finished teeth, today, everyone at Haylo has been amazing. James is an artist. My new teeth look very natural. I’m so happy I made the choice to go to Haylo and get new teeth installed, after a lifetime of bad and painful teeth. Fantastic experience: Less that a month ago I contacted Haylo about getting a new upper denture made. The one I had made in 2016 was terrible. It was ill fitting, very uncomfortable and made me look as if I had barely survived stroke every time I smiled. An absolutely shocker that stripped me of any desire to smile in public. My first phone conversation with the Haylo receptionist was exceptional. The lady I spoke to listened to me attentively and convince me that Haylo could help me. When I visited the Haylo Clinic in Subiaco, James was very thorough in explaining the entire process and the options available to me, including the costs. These costs were far less than other clinics I had contacted earlier. Yesterday I received my new denture. The entire process included a total of four visits. To say I am pleased with the outcome would be an understatement. My family were amazed at how good my new smile had become. My wife told me that I again looked like the man she had married 42 years ago. I am so pleased with my new denture I am beyond words. Thank you Haylo Clinic. You have given my social life a new lease.

Fantastic experience: 13 teeth out yesterday and temporary top and bottom dentures. Absolutely fantastic experience with no pain at all. Really with the drugs supplied I have no recollection of the process. I would highly recommend for anyone else,especially nervous people like me. I mucked up my star review so take no notice of my first star. I'm happy to talk to anyone about my fantastic experience. If I'd known about the no pain, I would have been to them years ago. I have already recommended to a friend. James and Dr Cristina and the front staff are all brilliant and very caring and positive.

Fantastic experience: I went into haylo nervous because of quite a few failed attempts at a lower denture due to an extremely flat ridge. James assured me that he would do his absolute best that he could even though he didn't have a whole lot to work with. I have had them for a week now and OMG they are not only beautiful to smile with but they don't move around like others have, they're comfortable as well, but the best part is that now I can actually eat properly with my teeth in and no pain. Fantastic experience: From an IT Challenged senior! That says it all but I persevered coz Haylo go the extra mile and made my experience truly something to remember and needs to be shared! From the time I shared my name and appointment time I was warmly welcomed with respect and caring. Treated with 5 star Barista coffee and calming comfortable lounge . My time with James was most enjoyable . James thoroughly explained procedures and requirements. I felt comfortable and well informed throughout each appointment. Considering I had brought in a 40 plus year old set of top dentures James managed to resurrect not only the dentures but knocked 20years off my appearance !! James went above and beyond for this older gentleman from the outback ! I highly recommend James and the team for a world class experience, service and above expectation product. Fantastic experience: Outstanding great customer service was experienced, as genuinely listening to the customer, all needs were met. I admit that I was a bit suspicious after the first visit. However, James confidently demonstrated his skills and professional knowledge on the second and third visits. I am very impressed with the product. The top and bottom dentures simply fit! After that, precision was used to make minimal adjustments at the top part. I'm extremely happy with the final product; there are no pressure points or other problems. I give James and his team 5+ stars for product knowledge and the quality of the job done. A 5+ stars for customer service. If possible I would give more stars! We do/will highly recommend Haylo Dentures and James. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I have to say first, I am a coward when I must approach oral or dental Care. But as soon as I pushed the Haylo door, I knew that there was something special. My fear was gone. Very difficult to find more genuine and professional people in their dealing with patient like me. First Savannah, in few minutes she put me at ease on arrival. She was caring and attentive at my questions and answered clearly. Then James, what an artist, you immediately feel that he wants the best for you, explaining plainly the procedure, the time, the cost, nothing is let hidden. At the fitting, I was shocked, I had some tears in the eyes in admiration. Everything I have been told on my first visit is happening. And the result... I have not enough nice word, wonderful, amazing, perfect, incredible…an impressive work. I can now smile again. Everything fit perfectly in my mouth like a glove with no sloppy movement. Hard to find nicer people than James and Savannah the friendly Subiaco Haylo team. They both have given me a fantastic booster in life. Patrick I just finish reading my review... It was good but not perfect... With some time I can tell everybody that it has been my life ever best decision. I never had any kind little or big problem with my dentures... they fit like gloves. Fantastic experience: The Haylo team is both professional and trustworthy. These qualities are significant to me, as I was apprehensive about having my deteriorated teeth extracted for dentures. Previously, I suffered from occasional toothaches and was unable to bite food with my front teeth. After years of hesitation, I made the decision to proceed with the denture. Now, I can comfortably wear the dentures without adhesive and bite the food with front teeth. The absence of toothaches is an added bonus. Thank you James and I appreciate your patience.

Fantastic experience: I can not thank James enough. He made the whole experience of having to get partial dentures top and bottom so much more comfortable then I was expecting. Dentist in the past have made me feel very self conscious about myself . James made the whole experiment pleasant and I absolutely love my new temporary dentures. I had to pop in to see James today as I was experiencing a little pain with the bottom one . James had it fixed and feeling great all within 5 mins. My smile is back, I look 10 years younger, I look fabulous, I feel fabulous, and I’m constantly smiling because I can finally eat anything I want with ease and a complete lack of discomfort. The constant compliments I receive are also wonderful. The team consists of James, Savannah and Luke. James is a beautiful man, very talented and caring. He really listens and somehow he completely understood everything I wanted despite my garbled, rambling mutterings. Savannah makes you feel at home the minute you walk in the door.
