Fantastic experience: Easily and consistently the best experience I have had with a medical practitioner. Cathy on reception is genuinely one of the nicest human being I have had the pleasure of conversing with and is 10/10 at their job. Theo has handled my care the last few visits. He is patient, polite, and (most importantly for a dentist haha) gentle. Are they the cheapest option in town? No idea. Don’t care. The staff, service, and care are so top-tier; I wouldn’t go anywhere else regardless.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over 12 years and have always had a consistently great experience. The staff are lovely—from the friendly and welcoming reception team to the skilled and caring dentists. Everyone does amazing work and takes a genuinely personal approach. One of the things I really appreciate is that you can always talk openly about anything, and any concerns are resolved amicably and professionally. I always feel well looked after and confident in the care I receive.

Negative experience: I have been using this dentist for about 15 years and the service provided was always good. I never had any problems and the work they did was what I expected from my dentist. A year ago I needed 6 front teeth capped (6 crowns) before I went for a years holiday overseas and everything looked good after the work was done. A crown came out 2 months into my trip and I had to have it fixed. I was advised that there was not enough tooth left for the crown to be reattached properly but they put it back with no guarantees of how long it would last. It lasted almost 4 months where I went back to the same overseas dentist that put it back again. I had be be very careful not to eat or floss on that tooth to try and make it last longer. When I came back to Australia the crown came out again and I went back to this, my regular dentist. They admitted that the amount of tooth left may be inadequate to hold the crown but said they would reattach it and if it came out again a root canal with a post for a new crown may be required. I asked if there was any charge for that day and they said I would still have to pay the $340 for putting the crown back. They made a mistake by removing too much tooth and there would be no compensation for the thousands of dollars of work required to fix what they had done. I now have to go through the process of a root canal which is not pleasant and on top have to pay them for all the extra work. Do all dentists do this?

Fantastic experience: Best experience I've had seeing a dentist! Friendly from the moment I booked the appointment, right to the very end. The dentist was really professional also. He explained what he was doing at every step which was reassuring. Even though I had a few fillings, the process was quick and painless unlike other places which can be pretty rough!

Fantastic experience: My husband & I have been going here( Heathmont Family Dentistry) since they took over from previous owner (Philip Casan). Warm, friendly & caring staff. Cathy at reception makes you feel welcome & comfortable. Teo is our dentist but have had others as well & been very happy with their work. I have had crowns, veneers & fillings done. My husband has had a plate & fillings done. We both always dreaded going to the dentist because of our past experiences (pain with procedures ) not here thank goodness. Negative experience: What a scam! Paid $1800 for a denture less than 6 months ago and the front teeth broke off ( eating a piece of bread) last night . Went into dentist and Teo was rude and aggressive and said he had advised us to come and get it realigned. When I advised we had done that and he had just shaved off part of the side he became even more hostile and said he would refuse to discuss it. Apparently the dentures do not come with any warranty and he wanted to charge us more to have it fixed. When I asked why my friends plate had lasted for over 30 years he became even more aggressive and told us to leave the practice. Shonky as. Even the denture clinic that I am now using said they should be under warranty after so little time. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone and if you want to avoid being ripped off I would look elsewhere. Sorry but the service is deplorable. minus 5 stars from me. In response to your response to my review you say I was aggressive. I fail to see how sitting with my hands in my pockets at the side of the dental chair asking questions from start to finish in the same tone, not once raising my voice is aggressive. What is aggressive however is your dentist pointing and waving his finger in my wifes face stating she was told to come in for an alignment which we had done, being laughed at and told that that is not going to happen when requesting a free replacement due to faulty goods and being told that he was not going to discuss the matter further when we still had plenty of question. Obviously you have no idea what the word aggressive means and I will be taking this matter to the Dental Commission to have your practice , particularly Teo Investigated and I will also be approaching the ACCC for fair consumer rights laws advice. Good day to you but do not try and blame the customer for aggressive behavior when it is your dentist that comes out all guns blazing trying to cover up his shoddy work.

Fantastic experience: The team a Verve dental care pulled out all the stops in accomodating me when I had a tooth infection recently. They fitted me in for two appointments to monitor the situation in order to help diagnose the issue and amazingly organised an endodontist appointment to confirm and perform a root canal treatment within hours of the second appointment. A very personal and caring dental clinic with good connections that I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased with my dental treatment at Verve Dental, Heathmont. Recently, I had a crown done. When the temporary crown fell out, it was glued back in the same day. They are warm & friendly, paid attention to my comfort, kept me well informed and have done a good job with the crown.
