Fantastic experience: A very pleasant experience for me and I am so grateful to Dr Vernice and the staff. I was extremely nervous about dentists and have never had checkups or cleans due to a fear of needles. I only attended a dentist in the past if an issue arose. Dr Vernice was so gentle, very lovely, chatted to me to calm me for a while prior to starting, she was not in a rush and was sincere in her concern for me. She wanted me to ask her any questions I had. Dr Vernice explained she will use a gel prior to injecting me and take her time numbing me to reduce any pain, so not to worry why she is taking a long time with the injection. Her care was amazing. I had to have 2 injections one on the inside of the gum and one on the outside and I only felt two short slight stings with the first injection and one very slight sting with the other. She had her assistant help her and she was lovely also. When she had finished the injections, I was surprised and shocked as I experience trauma with the pain of the injections on 2 previous occasions with other dentists from different surgeries. Dr Vernice was so amazing and her staff lovely too even on arrival. It was a pleasant experience and not traumatic at all. The surgery called me a couple of days later to see how I was going and again a few days after that again. It was the best experience I have had with having teeth extracted - no trauma. The care you get from beginning to the end is amazing. Thank you Dental Advance, Dr Vernice and staff.

Fantastic experience: I have spent 3 years in Australia, and my visit to Dental Advance is one of the most remarkable experiences I had in this big continent. At the same level as seeing kangaroos, koalas, and the opera house with my own eyes, but this time, it was the mouth that took the prize and not the eyes. As it was my first incursion to a dentist away from my home country, I called a few clinics in order to assess my options. As I was on the phone with Lythia, I got 100% confident that this was the best place where I could get my teeth checked. And I was not mistaken. From their waiting area, where I felt I was about to get a spa treatment in Hoi An, to the gentleness and caring of Dr. Vernice and her assistant during the entire procedure, I felt in harmony. How good is it to feel that way when it comes to dental treatments?! Very good. Anyway, a big thanks to everyone involved. If I have the misfortune of having any dental issue in the future, I am assured I will get the best possible treatment here.

Fantastic experience: I was booked in for the usual check up/cleaning and also whitening of a tooth that was greying out. Dr Vernice was very thorough with her explanations and ensured I was comfortable with every step of the way. Very impressed with the excellent service and professionalism. Did I mention there's a TV bolted to the ceiling so you can enjoy your favourite Netflix show during any procedure while you lay on the chair? Brilliant! Takes me an hour to get there from where I live but it's worth it knowing my teeth and gums are in good hands .

All issues, if there are any, and the available options are well explained so that I was comfortable with the plan for what needed to be done, the detail during the procedures, and the after care. This included a number of teeth filled and a crown to a rear molar, in relatively quick succession.
