Fantastic experience: Dr. Han is an amazing dentist who is very patient and professional in his work. He is extremely good with children and really tries his best to get them comfortable by chatting about things which interests them and making the dental experience a fun and relaxing one. Bupa Dental at The Glen is very clean and well supplied. The admin staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chaman Kandola has looked after both my son and daughter’s dental care over multiple visits, and every time she’s been incredibly patient, gentle, and genuinely kind. You can tell she truly enjoys working with children — she’s the kind of dentist who puts kids at ease and treats them with care and respect. I feel very lucky that my children have had the chance to be looked after by someone so professional, friendly, and responsible. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Receptionists were friendly. I’m always afraid of going to the dentist but Dr. Sarosh Morani is really gentle and she made the overall dental checkup experience easy and manageable. She made me felt relieved after all! Highly recommend, thank you ☺️

Negative experience: Not sure why the receptionist Arushi is acting like she is saving lives - if you are going to put someone on hold for 6 minutes, it’s not “a moment” - if it’s so busy and you can’t manage let your manager know? No one calls the dental for fun, it’s because we have/need to so maybe keep that in mind when you talk to customers.

Fantastic experience: For my routine six-month dental checkups, I visit the Bupa Clinic and see Dr. Han Yong. He is one of the best dentists I’ve met — very professional, gentle, and always willing to explain everything clearly. I appreciate that he never rushes, always listens to me, and makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Dr Han Yong

Negative experience: My recent dental check-up with Dr. Anna went really well, but I was quite disappointed with the receptionist, who spoke with an Indian accent and showed very poor customer service. After finishing with the previous group of patients, she didn’t even look up or acknowledge those of us waiting next in line, and just kept us waiting. Then she took a phone call while we were still standing there. My daughter needed to use the toilet, so we had to leave temporarily and come back. When we returned, she was chatting with another staff member and didn’t take the initiative to assist us right away. I only had my own private health insurance card and wasn’t sure about the sequence number on my daughter’s card, so I told her it might be “02”. After trying to swipe the card and it didn’t go through, she simply said, “Your insurance doesn’t cover it,” without offering any solution. It was another staff member who reminded me to check the app on my phone to confirm the correct sequence number. During this whole time, the receptionist kept complaining that I had given her the wrong number. ⸻ So overall, I really wouldn’t recommend the receptionist at Bupa Glen Centre — the experience was quite disappointing

Fantastic experience: From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted by the friendly team. The dentist and assistant are both professional and kind, communicating clearly throughout your procedure. The rooms are spotless. Truly fantastic all around.

Fantastic experience: Location, clinicians availability and Bupa rebates are the main reason we choose to come to this clinic. Appointment during school holiday and Saturday is a bit hard because it’s very popular times.

Fantastic experience: Welcoming engaging staff from reception to the dentist and dental technician. Help and support given when required and kept informed of teeth health ( good to know that it's looking healthier). Gentle approach to/ with the physical dental care. I would recommend them to anyone 10/10 in all aspects of patient care. Thankyou Cham and the team.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service, felt very comfortable at my visit

Negative experience: I’ve visited this clinic over five times, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. On their advice, I had a filling done on my tooth, which led to persistent pain. Despite repeated visits over the past four months, none of the doctors have been able to identify or resolve the issue. What’s even more frustrating is that the doctors often promise to call with updates but never follow through. If you can’t keep your word, don’t make promises. As of today, there’s still no resolution or update. BUPA has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with insurance—truly disappointing.

Positive experience: i found my experience first time at a new dentist really positive. The reception staff were nice and Dr Nina was so lovely and reassuring for my first visit. Explained everything and very thorough. I have been to another dentist for many years but would definitely come back here for the next revisit. Really positive and not scary!

Negative experience: I visited the BUPA dental clinic today with my son to get more information about the inclusions in our insurance and to book appointments for the entire family, as this is the first year we've added dental coverage. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The receptionist, who appeared to be of Indian descent, was very impatient and directed us to the BUPA office downstairs for information, stating that she only handles appointments. She responded to almost all my questions with rhetorical replies. When I expressed my discomfort with her attitude, she simply smiled and stated that this is how they provide service. I found her behavior to be quite rude. Such an employee can damage a business's reputation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

Positive experience: The dental services were great, affordable, and clear communication from dentists. Although when I came on Tuesday evening, I found the blonde receptionist to have a rude tone towards an elderly asian man. He wasn’t being aggressive but her tone was very passive aggressive which made other clients waiting uncomfortable including me. Dentists are great but I don’t feel comfortable anymore if I need to clarify information with the receptionist again.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are attentive. The dentist that did the filling is gentle and precise. The procedure and expected duration was well explained prior. They are efficient and there is no discomfort during and after the visit

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Carlos for tooth extraction. He told me first how the procedure will be and then did the procedure. He is so knowledgeable and knows how to do procedure without any pain and with confidence. He is the best dentist I have ever met.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an exceptional experience at Bupa Dental that I feel compelled to share. For nearly a week, I was in agonizing pain due to a wisdom tooth issue. Understanding my discomfort, the front desk receptionist wa s empathetic enough to secure an appointment for me the very next day. This level of care and urgency was not only comforting but also immensely appreciated. Dr. Han Yong was the dentist who attended to me, and I cannot praise him enough. He performed the wisdom tooth extraction with such professionalism and skill that it was virtually painless. Remarkably, just a day after the procedure, I am experiencing little to no pain, which speaks volumes about his expertise and careful approach. I am truly grateful for the kindness, efficiency, and exceptional care provided by the front desk staff and Dr. Han Yong. Their combined efforts made what could have been a stressful experience, a surprisingly smooth and positive one. The price of the removal was reasonably good.I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care. They not only prioritize your health but also ensure you feel valued and cared for every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased my 1-filling expereince today with Jason and his dental assistant. Jason is always respectful and gives me advanxe information to manage my expectations as a patient. His hands are very light that I don’t feel the weight on my mouth. His assistant is great with ensuring always the water in my mouth is drained. She also has light hands and knows where the water needed to be drained out. The receptionist is very pleaant too and related to my experience. Great team you have BUPA Dental!

Negative experience: The clinic was awful,the whole process of cleaning only take 5 minutes ,no report at the end,when I ask for report the said something completely wrong,they charge me 230 $for nothing,please never go there

Negative experience: During our recent visit for a routine dental check-up and cleaning, my wife and I encountered some challenges with the customer service at the front desk. The receptionist spoke quite softly, which made it difficult for us to catch all the information. When we requested a repetition, she responded with unpleasant raised voice and high brow, which left us feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, we noticed that the cleaning procedure was surprisingly brief compared to our previous experience at Boronia Bupa Dental. Upon returning home, I still observed some tartar spots on our teeth, which was a bit disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lakmini is so good and took care my feeling at all times. Recommends to anyone

Negative experience: Very poor customer service! I call to try and get an appointment. Am “entertained” by receptionist with a high brow attitude. Acting like a door b;tch on the phone… just because I have a bit of an accent. “sorry we are fully booked right up to next month! and waiting list is very long! “ didnt even bother asking if she could help me book. did not want me as a customer. and I am with BUPA!!

The filling got chipped off at night and with just an email and a call they got us in the next day morning to fix his teeth again. Happy teenager happy mom. Thanks to The Glen team

Fantastic experience: I have always had an absolute fear of Dentists and have had some very negative experiences. Today was the very first time I have had a positive experience! Dr Shruti was absolutely amazingly kind and gentle and made me feel very relaxed which is something that I have never ever been at a Dental clinic before. I was absolutely blown away by the care and treatment. I would highly recommend DrShruti to anyone particularly if you have fear of Dentists!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental clinic. I have had many visits here with several of the dentists. All of them have been outstanding. Their level of care and professionalism is excellent. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bupa dental Boronia. They do a great job, don't try and up-sell you on other things you may not need, but still give balanced advice to ensure the best level of care.

Negative experience: I got appointment this coming Thursday 18 of March. So today I called and spoke to receptionist or someone at front desk name “Terry” or “Terri”. Wow “worst first experience on the phone ever” ! I haven’t had a chance to feel this experience for ages when to go to the other clinic . I asked for the procedure to transfer and release my dental records from camberwell clinic to This Bupa boronia clinic, which is I want to done it before my appointment. Yep, cranky attitude from this lady answer my questions right straight away!! Repeat same procedure... nope no online form can be submitted. Have to be done face to face... (ok perhaps COVID doesn’t change any procedure at the clinic I presume) yet again ask my medical history on the phone WOW amazing !! Only thing I can do I have to get in to the clinic before my appointment to sign the form. Great COVID doesn’t change any procedure, NOT! I don’t mind to speak to Clinic manager anytime. I am not just post a rumour but yet I can proof it’s genuine comment. Happy to see the manager or someone who want to talk to me anytime. ! Dying to see “TERI”, “Terry” or whatever lady who took my call today on Friday at 12:20 pm and give me intimidate and worse receptionist attitude. Can’t wait to see how experiences with other staff there. And not fear to speak up or give the review again with this service. Regards ,

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff with nothing being too much trouble. Dentist was knowledgeable and thorough. Practice Manager went out of her way to ensure l was looked after and comfortable with my procedure.

Negative experience: I recently filled one of my tooth at the Bupa dental Bronia. Unfortunately, after 1.5 hours spent time for filling this tooth, there is a large gap between the filled tooth and the side tooth, which caused food stuck and the adjacent tooth will be decayed in the near future. Also, filled tooth still hurt after ten days. But unfortunately, the doctor of this center did not accept to correct my tooth even after spending my time again to go there, and I regret that I went to this center for the first time and it will definitely be my last time and I will cut off Bupa supplementary insurance. Because it was only waste of time and money and did not solve my problem.
