Fantastic experience: I am an international student from Germany. We have good dentists there but Dr. Downing is just outstanding. I really don't appreciate having someone working inside my mouth but I had a broken tooth to fix so I checked out the best reviewed dentist and found Dr. Downing. I never thought that a visit at the dentist would make it to the list of my most wonderful experiences in Australia but I was just so impressed about the painless, professional and warm treatment, that I just have to highlight this dentist. She was so impressive, that I made another appointment to fix all other things that are important. Note that as an international student, I have to pay everything by myself but it's totally worth it. You rarely find such a caring and talented dentist. Totally combines, social and technical skills and puts it to another level. Thank you very much to Dr. Downing and her Team - highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I was treated at Dr Downing’s practice this week for Zoom teeth whitening. I was very impressed with the results - I had fairly white teeth to begin with however she took them to new levels of whiteness. Dr Downing took the time to explain the process and her dental nurse took numerous preparatory steps to protect my gums. 4 x 15 minute blasts later and my teeth came out much whiter than before. Very happy to recommend Dr Downing and her Neutral Bay practice.

Fantastic experience: I always had lots of issues with my teeth until I started going to Dr Caroline (since 2013). I don't know how she does it but my teeth have been very healthy for years now. All the emergencies I had have, are preexisting issues and Dr Caroline and her staff have been extremely helpful, very responsive to my needs and the quality of her work is of very hight standards. Fantastic experience: After having avoided the dentist for about a decade, I first went to Dr Downing for an emergency filling. I have always been terrified of the dentist and had to be gassed - even for a cleaning. Fast forward four years and I've got a new mouth - I've had my teeth straightened with Invisalign, zoom whitening, do not need gas for cleaning and turn up for all my appointments! I definitely recommend mdt dental - and Dr Downing in particular - if you're a nervous patient with teeth that need some TLC.

Fantastic experience: I have started Invisalign treatment with Dr Caroline Downing. I had the usual concerns of time frame, cost and discomfort. My experience has been fantastic! Fantastic experience: Caroline has done amazing things for my jaw, it used to cause me so much pain that I would sleep with a heat pack on either side of my face! She made me a splint to wear at night time which, although not sexy, improved things considerably. To get rid of my pain completely she also did a round of botox injections in my muscles, they were really overactive and I couldn't shut them off. Three weeks later for the first time in years I was completely pain free. She now checks my splint and muscles to make sure its still balanced and looking good at my regular check up appointment. Full disclosure: I am a casual employee at Dr Downings surgery, but she didn't ask me to review her. I wanted to because her treatment has significantly improved my quality of life and for those of you out there with jaw problems or pain I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Have visited Dr Caroline several times over the past months for Invisalign then porcelain veneers with final visit 3 weeks ago. I was welcomed by all the staff - Dr Caroline was very reassuring and professional. I felt no pain! The difference in my teeth now is amazing - it is hard to believe the improvement (before and after photos really show the change). I wish I had done it much earlier - I can’t imagine not having my new teeth now. Highly recommend.
