Fantastic experience: I lost a filling on Christmas Eve that had been done 9 days prior . Upon contacting the practices that had preformed it was told I couldn't get an appointment till 09/01/2026 . My tongue was ulcerated and I couldn't eat properly due to pain . I contacted Blue water Dental and got in next day after Christmas break thankfully. I can not sing Dr Aditya's praise enough ,he was so professional and caring plus he's well read and knowledgeable . He understood my medication regime post cancer and solved my tooth problem and advised medication for the ulceration. The Practice is up there with the best of them and I will definitely make him my new Dentist. Marion McDougall

Negative experience: I went to get a molar removed and they stabbed my gum with the machine. I was in so much pain and they where very unapologetic about the whole ordeal. DO NOT GO HERE!

We have reviewed our records and can confirm there is no patient under this name at our practice. Additionally, the treatment you’ve described could not have taken place here, as we do not use machines for extractions — such procedures are always referred to an oral surgeon.

I was highly anxious of going to the dentist and I was immediately put at ease, all of the staff were lovely and very caring in what can be a very stressful situation for some people. Fantastic experience: Amazing dental experience! I was traumatised from when I was younger but finally built up the courage to go! All staff at Blue water Dental were so lovely and really helped calm my nerves. I had an initial clean and check and some x rays and then spoke about all my other teeth of concern and treatment plans we can do. I left there feeling so relaxed and excited about getting the dental care I have needed for a long time I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Just went in today and this practice is hands down one of the best I've been too. He was so gentle, so accommodating and answered my questions in a way I understood. I have a major fear of the dentist due to previous experiences and not once did I feel uncomfortable or in pain. I'm glad I looked around for good dentists on the Coast and I have not regretted my decision! A very happy patient ☺️

Negative experience: Opening hours not as advertised. Online says open Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm but the actual shop front says closed when you go there

Currently, our offsite team handles bookings and phone-calls on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with actual appointments on those days only available by pre-approval only. We recommend scheduling in advance during this period, as walk-ins may find the clinic closed. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through these temporary changes.
