Fantastic experience: Following a recommendation, I am so glad I visited Canadian Bay Dental. My inaugural visit was a very positive experience, most people fear dentist visits yet I can highly recommend this dental facility. Staff are friendly, welcoming and provide communication throughout the procedure. There is genuine care for the patient. I have been to a few different dental clinics, yet Canadian Bay Dental provided the most positive experience and one that will have me as a repeat customer.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shivani is truly one of the kindest, most patient and caring dentists I’ve ever met. She takes time with everything, explaining each step, easing every worry, and making sure you always feel comfortable and supported. Nothing is ever too much for her. She’s not just an amazing dentist, she’s a beautiful human being who genuinely cares. The girls at the clinic are equally warm, welcoming and incredibly supportive. Walking into Canadian Bay Dental feels like walking into a place where you’re genuinely looked after. I’m so grateful for this entire team, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.

However most recently , I have been seeing Dr. Falguni Patel and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is right up to date with the latest in dentistry and very careful to make sure of every personal details she needs to ensure that my visits are tailored to me. She is patient and gentle and efficient and I would highly recommend her.

Communication is clear and she always takes the time to check back through previous records prior to our appointments. She is especially welcoming & patient with our little ones. Fantastic experience: The service that I received was beyond exceptional. To say I’m a complicated and difficult patient is an understatement with a sensitive gag reflex. The team went out of their way to use methods and invested personally to ensure that my experience at the dentist was the best it could be. They really cared for me as a patient. This is a service I’ve received nowhere else the team care As well as provide an excellent service. I never feel that the driver is financial in fact they always look for the most appropriate dental treatment That is both cost-effective and best Outcome for me as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Going to the Dentist is not a problem for me but I know only too well it can be for others. If visiting the dentist is troubling for you then I couldn’t recommend Canadian Bay Dental any higher. They have been my dentist for some 40 years now and have always been caring professionals - of late I’ve been seeing Dr Falguni Patel, who continues with the same expert care and advice.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Canadian Bay Dental for over 4 years now. I was blown away when I first walked through there door, of how friendly the staff were. I had a huge fear of ever going to the dentist. But after meeting the dentist, she made all the fear leave me. She told me what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. She taught me ways to deal with being comfortable in the chair and make my experience enjoyable. All the staff are very professional. Not only that, they genuinely care. The practice has state of the art equipment. And the treatments are affordable, with felxable hours to cater for everybody. I used to fear going to the dentist, not anymore. Funny enough I look forward to it now. I can't recommend Canadian Bay Dentist any higher than a 10/10. Ross

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old daughter saw Bal for a check up. Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Bal had a fantastic demeanour with both my daughters (my 2 yo was there too). She explained things to me as well as to my daughter in a way that got her suggesting how to cut down sugar!! I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to take my children to see Dr Falguni Patel as she is ‘good’ with kids, but that’s an understatement- she has been excellent with children and nervous adults alike. Her calm, reassuring manner puts you at ease right away. She explains procedures clearly and involves children in the process, sparking curiosity while helping them understand what’s happening. Dr Patel has performed tricky extractions on my son, and her skills are incredible - he’s left each time without trauma and with a positive experience. She truly goes out of her way to help patients and provide exceptional care. The clinic itself is warm, clean and welcoming, with modern equipment in the treatment rooms. The reception staff and nurses are also wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend Canadian Bay Dental for outstanding family dental care!

Fantastic experience: Switched to Canadian Bay Dental recently for 8 year old daughters care. They have been amazing. My daughter very happy and loves her new dentist Falguni. Excellent with kids from start to finish. Explained and demonstrated everything to help ease any anxiety she was feeling.

Fantastic experience: From someone who has a fear of the dentist, that's not the case anymore. Falguni knows how to alleviate those nerves with her calming manner. They are very accommodating and everyone, the receptionists, dental nurses and the dentists are all very friendly, helpful and i will add reasonably priced too. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else now.

The practice has been exceptional seeing both my then children through to moving out, and ongoing services for my wife and me. Recently moved dentist - now with Dr Falguni Patel. Had checkup and clean last week. Always dread the clean but Dr Patel made the whole experience painless as was my filling today. In summary this friendly family practice continues to provide quality dental care for our family, and the whole Mount Eliza community. 5 Stars!!

Fantastic experience: This practice went above and beyond being a professional, caring understanding dental service, I had a ongoing issue with one of my teeth which until now could not be rectified. No stone was left unturned while Investigating this issue which was confidently answered, my options explained and then fixed by the treating Dr who I found to be the most caring and accommodating Dentist I have ever seen. Not once did I feel unheard or rushed while being treated and felt at ease the whole time. Excellent professional and friendly team at this establishment and highly recommend this practice to all! Fantastic experience: The staff here are extremely kind, patient, friendly and willing to explain every part of the process as we went along. I went through a thorough cleaning and the whole time Dr. Patel and dental nurse Jenny (sorry if I remembered your name wrong!) were entirely conscienscious of my sensitivity and comfort. I was also worried about the cost, but it turned out to be much cheaper than the last dentist I went to for a clean (I won't name names), and that was including x-rays. As someone who gets nervous going to the dentist usually, the team here put me so at ease I'm actually looking forward to coming back :P

I have seen Dr. Shivani twice now and I can honestly say she is one of the most kind, gentle and understanding dentists I have ever visited. I find going to the dentist somewhat overwhelming. However, Dr. Shivani completely comprehends my feelings and makes going to the dentist as stress free as possible - I would highly recommend her.
