Advanced Dental Care Mt Gravatt

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction with Jay at short notice on a Saturday (tricky) last November. I could not have asked for a more understanding, professional, empathetic dentist. One of my best dental experiences by far, and not even a client of this practice which says a lot! The Receptionist and chair side assistant also incredible. Made my day and stay in Australia so much better:-)

Negative experience: After visiting this dental centre for a cavity filling, I unfortunately experienced a nerve injury related to the numbing injection, which has resulted in ongoing numbness and possible long term nerve damage. It is uncertain whether full sensation will ever return. Given this experience, I would strongly recommend requesting a senior dentist if you choose to have treatment at this clinic, as my experience with a less experienced practitioner led to serious complications. Despite the distress and impact this has caused, no refund was offered only another fee to see their specialist. I encourage others to exercise caution and ask questions before proceeding with treatment here!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful people. I'm not good at going to the dentist but I was made very comfortable. I asked the dentist to tell me everything before she did it. She was really gentle and made sure my tooth was in perfect condition before I left. And having broken my tooth in half longways I did not get an anaethetic. And what a beautiful job well done. Back in there today Mt Gravatt Today to progress & conclude my 12 Month Treatment Plan. Compliments all to the Entire Team as well as Kuans Awesome No 1 Assistance. Highly Recommend

Fantastic experience: Broke side out of tooth eating dinner - understandably, distressed. But 24 hours later, totally fixed by Kuan and his team with outstanding professional skill and compassion. These guys genuinely care at a personal level.

Fantastic experience: I have been in twice to have my teeth cleaned by Alana and the team. She does the most thorough clean, she didn't stop until she got it 100% perfect. She ensures to give you the most comfortable experience whilst still maintaining exceptional dental care and hygiene. I've had my teeth cleaned at other dentists before, but they've never felt as clean as this. Prior to this, my gums were constantly sore and bleeding, especially when flossing. The day after my clean, I had absolutely no bleeding and sensitivity. So happy with the standard of care by the team. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! I have been going to Advanced Dental Care since moving to brisbane in 2011. I refuse to go anywhere else! I had a previous horrible experience as a child and was not keen on dentists, however all the staff here are fabulous and understanding. Always gentle and painless. I drive from the north of brisbane just to visit the team at Mt Gravatt - they’re that good! 10/10 recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic team. Reception team is friendly and welcoming. Every dentist I've seen has been professional, personable and makes you feel very comfortable. Most Recently I saw Dr Jason, who was very thorough, with good simple straightforward explanations of identified issues and great bedside manner. Great clean and checkup. He made my husband who is a nervous dental visitor feel very comfortable. Dental assistant did the best suctioning job. Would recommend this clinic to all as a fantastic dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: My son and I met with the amazing Alannah today. She was brilliant and even let my son help while I was having my 6 month check. She went over and above and made sure my son felt calm and relaxed for his check. She is a wealth of information and brilliant with both kids and adults.

Fantastic experience: While visiting my daughter I broke one of my teeth. I was able to get an urgent appointment and I received very professional support and treatment from (sorry I didn’t get her name) a female dentist. She was able to explain, treat and repair my tooth for a fair price. From the front office staff, the dentist and her assistant all gave excellent service.
