Fantastic experience: The Dentist and her nurse, were incredibly kind. Because of the language barrier I'm a little worried about seeing the dentist.but they looked after me, The nurse helped translate.explaining every thing they were doing, Don't worry about it at all. It's awesome.

Fantastic experience: I have always been very happy with the professionalism displayed by all staff members at Full Care Dental. I had a large number of old amalgam fillings. I opted to have these replaced over a period of time. After having suffered for years with lichen planus I am delighted to report that I have not had any episodes for years following the replacement of these fillings. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

They have been my go-to dental practitioner for years, covering all types of treatments from general health checks to teeth alignment / retainers. Definitely recommend if you want great value and high quality dental!

Fantastic experience: The service provided was second to none. The surgery is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, and the reception, the first port of call, is excellent. My only issue relates to the difficulty my wife had was gaining access, using her walking frame.

Fantastic experience: I got a clean and I have sensative teeth from past trauma from other dentists. I went to this dentist and I literally felt no pain at all, they kept putting numbing cream that would work instantly if it hurt at all or I felt anything. I'd had the same clean from dentists at Runcorn and I literally walked out half way through because of the pain when they were doing a clean. Highly recomend this dentist. They're really good at what they do.

I previously had a run of bad experiences that put me off dentists in Brisbane in the past few years, until a friend recommended Full Care after having visited themselves. I was still reluctant, but came for an initial consult and literally left smiling. I had all but lost faith in dental clinics until Dr Dawn and Joyce (assistant) provided the best service I've experienced in my life so far. Her expertise and precision extend well beyond her years. Fantastic experience: Our family has been going to Full Care Dental for at least 25 years. In that time we have found them to be honest in their recommendations and advice. They're reasonably priced and they are such a lovely friendly team. As you enter their premises you immediately feel welcomed and you feel the vibe of a team that works well together for the best outcome of their patients. Beautifully refurbished premises as well with calming televisions showing magnificent scenery. We would not consider going elsewhere. Make an appointment and you will not regret it.

Positive experience: my kids and i had an appointment with dr lillian today. she was amazing she’s so good with kids she cleans perfectly, me and my kids felt no pain at all during the process, especially my son he has a problem with breathing through his nose and she was so patient and kind with him i recommend her to anyone especially someone with kids!

Negative experience: A young Asian woman doctor, who was examining the location of a sore gum, didn't know how to do a root canal or write a referral, she would just take an X-ray and waste my money and time

Fantastic experience: My dentist who looked after me for nearly 40 years, retired last year and I was really worried about finding someone who was as kind and gentle as him, however I am now looked after by Dr. Ariel Shih and I am so happy as she is as kind, caring, clever and gentle as my previous dentist. I am so lucky to have her looking after me. It’s a wonderful dental practice as all the staff are just so very nice.

Fantastic experience: I asked RT health care insurance for a dentist last year to fix my 2 molar teeth. The price I received was ridiculous. The other day my 2 teeth broke. I had to find a dentist. Ariel would be 1 of the best dentists ever. She explains everything as she goes. The price was a lot cheaper than the place RT recommended. My daughter is booked in next week. Thank you FCD and Ariel.

Fantastic experience: I am very glad to have tried them out. I have been going to other dentists in the past, but I thought I will try somewhere closer to home. I had Dr Ariel Shih and I loved how she would keep checking to see if I am doing okay during the dental cleaning procedure. Very professional, caring and friendly which makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable. All other staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return and introduce to more people! Fantastic experience: Came to Dr Sharnan to get a second opinion on a wisdom teeth removal referral that I had been quoted 4.5k at a different practice. Dr Sharnan reviewed the recommendations and after completing her own assedsment she was able to complete the same procedure at 1/3rd of the cost whilst identifying some undiagnosed underlying dental work that also needed completion along the way. I was very anxious and nervous and Dr Sharnan and her friendly team guided me through the process carefully and empathetically along the way. Highly reccomend!

Fantastic experience: I was suspicious at first of all the 5 star reviews but in actual fact they are deserved. The staff are friendly and polite, appointment was on time, Ariel was very thorough and explained everything in Chinese to my wife so she was more at ease and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. We weren't charged for anything that wasn't really needed. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ariel did a tooth filling for my 6 year old daughter. She is very professional, super nice and patient. She explained to my daughter what she would do and how it would feel like. I don't think my daughter would cooperate if it was another dentist, she actually said she likes to go to dentist now. I will definitely recommend her to other parents. Plus Ariel speaks perfect Madrian as well.
