Fantastic experience: I had my clean done with Dr Wey. The airflow unit was amazing, I have sensitive teeth but didn’t feel a thing at all this time. Such an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous dentist! Kind, gentle, caring and interested in you! I am of the 'older' generation who has had some very bad dental experiences in my younger years leaving me with high levels of dental anxiety and ultra sensitive teeth. Steven made today a breeze. Highly, highly recommended. A true professional through and through. I have booked my next 6 month check-up which, I am looking forward to.

Fantastic experience: Dr Steven Wey is amazing. I moved away from the Gold Coast and still travel to Steven for my dental appointments. He is super gentle, and shows true interest in his patients. He explains everything so thoroughly & treats you with respect & doesn't rush the appointment. The dental assitants are always super lovely too. Going to the dentist is always a nerve racking thing & I always feel at ease. I will continue to drive the 1.5 / 2 hours for my appointments. When you find something this good, why change !

Fantastic experience: Generally, it can never be said that a pleasant experience and going to the dentist can be used together. However, Hope Island Dental Care is the exception. Steven is the most genuine, caring and professional dentist I have been to, and his staff are just as nice. Could not recommend them more highly.

I couldn't have asked for a more caring dentist who was extremely gentle & took the time to discuss my care thoughtfully . Petra his assistant was lovely & even followed with a caring call the next day to ensure all was well after my treatment. The best experience impressed me the most was I sighted how Dr. Steven made my crown on the site, using the best quality machine as well as the best quality materials. The money I paid is worth the value because I do know my crown wasn't made by a lab technician neither made in oversea.

Fantastic experience: First class dental treatment at Hope Island Dental Care with Dr Steven Wey. The rooms are new, modern and beautiful and the treatment is high tech and right up there with the best. Dr Wey is experienced, knowledgeable, caring and gentle. I just had a Crown fitted and it was the best, easiest experience I have had. Did not even feel the injections. The Surgery even called me the next day to see if everything was ok. Having my teeth whitened in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended all round dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Steven was incredible 10/10 service, very gentle, the best teeth cleaning experience I have ever had. I can tell he cares so much about his patients and really takes the time to listen to any concerns. Great explanations on any questions with lots of visual pictures to show exactly what is discussed. I can’t speak more highly of the team. Also the recent renovation makes the practise feel like a day spa.

Stephen takes time to explain things and also gives you the opportunity to ask further questions. The use of Airflow makes the regular clean painless and essential for anyone with implants. Faith on reception also very polite and professional.

Fantastic experience: The visit was fantastic, from the lovely receptionist (Annie) who greeted me and to Dr Steven Wey, who is an absolutely phenomenal dentist! He took his time to make the whole experience as comfortable and informative as possible, talking me through the process and asking if I was in any discomfort (which there wasn't!). He fixed my wire retainer and even went the extra mile to smooth out the glue so that I could bite without resistance, which wasn't done on my previous procedure. Overall I found him to be kind, communicated very well and extremely proficient at what he does, highly recommend seeing him if you want fantastic service and dental care!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wey was kind and professional. Had lots of patience explaining everything to me. Clinic has a great view of the port which helps reducing my anxiety when seeing the dentist. It was a plus with Dr. Wey able to speak Mandarin which help reduce communicate issues.

My previous dentist was wonderful and I am happy to report the Phillip is next level wonderful. I have had a standard clean and some work done on two fillings and felt completely at ease during both. He is thorough, gentle and efficient in his approach. The team of staff who work alongside Phillip are welcoming and kind. I can highly recommend this practice.

The up to the minute equipment and the gentle and caring approach from all the team was extraordinary. Fantastic experience: Move to Hope Island a while ago so asked friends for a good dentist. Phil’s name came up often so Hope Island Dental Care was my pick. Easy on line booking service. Phil met me on arrival and knew who I was. Wow :) Normally don’t get that for a new customer. Very impressed! Very clean and tidy clinic. Phil and his assistance professional and friendly. When in for a check up and told all was good. No up selling of teeth whiting or cosmetic services some try on. Just good old dental care and advice. Booked for my next check already.

Fantastic experience: I’m usually scared of dentists and had put off a clean for many years. I have to say this was by far the least painful experience I have ever had a dentist. The staff, from Sam at reception right through to Dr Phillip was fantastic. All the dental staff, Tenile, were so friendly and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Wow I am really blown away by so many positive points I noticed when visiting Dr Phillip's dental practice for the first time today. From the friendly receptionists, to the modern and beautiful clinic (the view to the marina is stunning!) to the professional, down to earth and friendly manner of Dr Phillip. Fantastic experience: Expectations were high after reading all the good reviews, and after my first treatment I can say that all the good reviews are certainly true. Dr Philip and his staff are very pleasant to deal with and professional in their approach. No discomfort whatsoever during or after the treatment. Not only do they take their time whilst you are in the chair, you also don't have to wait when you get to their practice. It's almost like they are waiting for you. Crazy!

Fantastic experience: Dr Phillip Jacobs and Teneale treated my very anxious daughter yesterday. I want to say a huge thank you she was very scared and upset and they both treated her with care and sensitivity. The lovely receptionist Liz was also brilliant making Lily feel less stressed immediately and phoned the next day passing on her regards and that of Phillip also. They were professional, kind and caring at the same time and if I could give 10 stars I would. I have no reservations in recommending this practise especially if you have a fear of the dentist they were brilliant.

Negative experience: I completely forgot about about an appointment and missed it, which I apologised for and understand is annoying but I offered to pay a penalty but no! now apparently I can't book in any times and my appointment which I waited for for two weeks is cancelled and I'm pissed with sore teeth Great service!!
