Fantastic experience: Amazing! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years… I was so nervous. Kerry is so lovely and patient, it’s comforting to be greeted by a lovely receptionist who is great at their job. On top of that the dentist and hygienist are amazing! Fantastic experience: I was made to feel very welcome by Kerry when I first rang Dental Society after losing part of a filling whilst on holidays from interstate. Kerry managed to accommodate me with an emergency appointment with Dr Rob Bubnic who I found to be very friendly, helpful & honest. He advised I required a full crown but due to limited time, as I was on holidays and only passing through, I have this service when I get home. He made my tooth comfortable so I could continue my holiday. He also went over and above and found a Dentist in my area that could provide the service he recommended and made a phone call to discuss my case. Knowing the Dentist could provide this service, he later phoned me and advised he would send through the x-ray and photos of my tooth. I have never met a Dentist who would provide this service. If you live in Adelaide, I could not recommend highly enough that you visit this practice.
Hey Therese! Sorry it took so long to reply and thank you for this review, really, really appreciate it! Nothing worse than having teeth issues when on holiday. I'm just sorry I couldn't crown it for you as it's usually a two week turn around for what you needed (labs in Melbourne) and you weren't around for long enough. It's always best to do it right the first time! I hope the dentist I found lived up to expectation and you are all sorted now. Also hope the remainder of your holiday was awesome!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! From the first phone call I knew I was in safe hands. Needing an extraction, my anxiety was through the roof, but this was eased by the beautiful people at Dental Society! From the wonderful reception staff to the amazing Dr Rob, I was made to feel calm and assured that I was in great hands. I no longer fear the dentist and Ria the hygienist was so attentive in making sure i was very comfortable. I now look forward to my future appointments! Highly recommend Dental Society.

Fantastic experience: Being a 'dentalphobe', I have been reluctant over the years to visit the dentist--rather deal with the pain than sit in that chair! But I can say hands down I have never felt more at ease with a dental clinic than I did here. They slotted me in on very short notice, were professional and friendly, explained in simple language exactly what they were doing, and were at all times sympathetic to my discomfort. Many, MANY thanks. While not cured of my fear of going to the dentist, I will have little hesitation in returning here when next I have any dental issues. [PS: This extends not just to the doctor and dental hygienists and assistants, but to reception staff also. Everyone was fabulous... :) ]
Fantastic experience: The entire staff here are amazing, Morgan and Kerry at the front are super friendly and helpful, Hannah and Lisa are amazing and i cannot speak highly enough of Dr Sadia. Her care and attention to detail is second to none. She legitimately cares about her patients as people and takes time to remember the small things. Absolute group of amazing people.

Fantastic experience: A modern dental practice with excellent care for anxiety patients like myself. Robert has completed major fillings and a tooth extraction. He did a fantastic job with his explanations (with visual references) of what needed to be done. Constantly made sure I was comfortable throughout the processes. Excellent support staff.
Fantastic experience: Is it strange to actively look forward to going to the dentist? Because the Dental Society crew are so amazing that appointments are no longer something to dread. I've been seen by Dr Rob and Dr Sadia who are both down to earth, gentle, completely non-judgmental and honest. Every hygienist I've been treated by has been awesome at their job, genuinely care about you and are great to chat with, and the admin staff always go above and beyond. Can't fault anyone who works here. Book that appointment you've been putting off!!

Fantastic experience: Like many I'm not a fan of the dentist after a few traumatic experiences as a young teen. Over the years my dental health has deteriorated, I worked up the courage to do something about it after I was referred to dental society. I have to say they were outstanding! They talked me through everything, they were gentle and didn't make me feel judged for my current situation, which made me feel at ease and confident to go back.

Fantastic experience: I was PETRIFIED of everything dental! It’s been approx 20 years since I’ve been to a dentist and I’d built fear and then guilt for not going which resulted in some bad teeth conditions. I actually prayed and asked God to lead me to a CARING SAFE dentist and well, I had my first extraction yesterday and Dr Sadia, Morgan and Kerry eased every fear I had!!! If you are fretful and scared of dentists like me, TRUST ME, at this clinic, they talk you through everything WITHOUT GUILT or SHAME! We ended up laughing and I’m definitely going back without fear. Plus the after care is just beautiful. They genuinely care! Thank you sooooo much Dr Sadia, who educated me in the process, comforted me, reassured me constantly and Morgan who gently held my face, blocked my ears , laughed with me and Kerry who was my first point of contact!! This all sounds dramatic, and it probably is but when you have a phobia of dentists, what these ladies did removed my perspective of all things dental! God bless you all! ❤️❤️❤️

The two doctors that I’ve seen so far were fantastic, especially my last visit with dr. Sardia because she is absolutely amazing and will make you feel at easy. Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this team enough! We have been treated by both Rob and Sadia and they are both completely lovely, caring and professional in their approach. They are particularly great with children - my kids have no fear or anxiety about going to the dentist! Definitely one of the best experiences my family has had with a dental practice.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Rob done dads tooth extraction which we were concerned of as he thought a surgical removal is needed however with the help of Dr Rob just a simple extraction was done. It took dad a while to respond to the anesthetic and multiple injections were needed and Dr Rob was so nice with his patience which we highly appreciate. The reception staff was so nice and lovely as this appointment was urgently needed and she was kindly able to offer us the spot. We highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much Dr Rob god bless. Zainab, it was truly my pleasure. Ahmed did great and I hope he is recovering well! I know how much you appreciated our patience but honestly it's something that comes naturally to us, healthcare is general is not something that should be rushed. Each person is different, some take longer than others to respond to anaesthetic or simply need a little extra, you do what you have to do to make sure everything is comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the professionalism and service given. Robert took the time to listen and provide the best advice possible. I like the way the practice is forward thinking in there systemic way of thinking, with each treatment being thought of holistically. Jade was also excellent in her level of care and professionalism, doing a thorough job of cleaning I’ve never experienced before from any hygienist. Her advice was invaluable.

Fantastic experience: I found St Clair Dental to be the best dental experience I have ever had. The communication was spot on from the receptionist to the Dental Nurse to the dentist. The up to date equipment is state-of-the-art which made my porcelain cap efficient and seemless Amazing service Cannot fault this dental practice
For the last 5 years (almost) our team have been working together, training together for a review like this mate. We love our crew and your inclusion of our receptionist, nurse and myself (ok, let's include Sadia in there as well seeing as she saw you first) makes the hard yards we've run worth it. Fantastic experience: Professional, caring, modern, technologically capable and confindent. What more can I say. Other than I travel 2 trains in aircon comfort, and the surgery is directly at St Clair station. 2 hrs transit (1 way) well worth it. Started on discount benefits through dental SA but will pay full price in the future with pleasure. (I trust u wont hike the prices just because of my glowing reviews) honest dental surgens for sure! Please dont forget the amazing young skillful receptionist Erin. Dont let her leave! .

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a dozen years as I had an awful experience last time. Everyone at the clinic treated me without judgement, which was one of the fears I had as well (my teeth are not in great condition after so much time away from the dentist). I’d recommend St Clair Medical & Dentist to anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist and wants to be treated by someone that understands and is willing to spend time communicating with you, rather than put you through the chair like a production line. Sometimes you just have to make that leap and make the appointment, it's the hardest part (thanks Mrs. Miell) :) . We have really tried to position ourselves to be the centre people who may be a little (or alot) nervous about the dentist can turn to. Even if it's only for information or to look around and discuss options. This review helps get that word out so I am truly thankful. Fantastic experience: St Clair dental is by far the best dental practice i have been too. It's extremely clean and They honestly go over and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. They dont rush you and you never wait long in the waiting room. Customer service and care for their clients you can tell is of highest priority to them. From seeing you child in an emergency to adult fillings and referrals to other places. Absolutely outstanding!!! I cant recommend these guys enough!

Fantastic experience: Both myself and my 7yo were seen by Sadia and she was such a professional and made us feel so comfortable. My son felt completely at ease and every step was explained to him so he could understand. He is not scared of going to the dentist anymore! I had put off seeing the dentist for a long time and was very anxious. I left not dreading my dental appointments anymore. Will definitely be going back! Can not recommend this centre enough!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a competent, down to earth, friendly Dentist. I was previously a patient at a Dental Practice that Rob worked at, in the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide. Due to his professionalism + kind nature, I followed him to the St Clair Practice. I've spent 25years being terrified of going to the dentist, but I'm not terrified of Rob! He is very calming and incredibly patient, compared to many other private practice dentists I have seen. The Nitrous Oxide gas helps too! I recommend him frequently to my friends and anyone else who talks about being scared of the dentist. Regardless of whether you live local or not, Rob is well worth travelling outside of your local area for excellent dentistry. (My name has been changed for confidentiality reasons).

Fantastic experience: My kid suddendly got issue with her gum and teeth in X'mas season. I am quite nervous as I can see her gum got infection and her root teeth out of her gum. But I found out St Clair dental service which is near my house and I quite surprised with their service, the dentist was so nice, friendly and made me feel pleasure after meeting him. Good service and the price is reasonable. I dont have covered by insurance but it seems good price for that service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’m 23 and Ive never booked my own dentist appointment. My dental checkups were few and far between as is but after a (almost) traumatic tooth extraction 5 years ago, I never balled up and got the courage to go back. Decided it was time to be a real adult and get the teeth checked. Rob was AMAZING! Took the time to understand and listen to my fears, no matter how silly I perceived them to be. Explained everything he would be doing and took measures to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. Rob and Mel, you guys are absolute champs! Fantastic experience: honestly, this is the best dental clinic ive visited ever, the staff are all amazing and the denstist itself did a pretty good job. I did recommend them to all my family and friends. Keep it up
