Fantastic experience: Highly recommend using Tranquillity Dentistry. I had Dr Ian, was very comfortable throughout my appointment and appreciative of the care and information given.

Negative experience: Do not go to Dr Ian, judgemental and will not make you feel comfortable. After feeling humiliated enough, he then told everyone at reception what happened in our appointment. I am so disappointed, especially after reception suggested him for being understanding and reading all the reviews on how great this dentist is. I will continue to post about the awful experience i had everywhere.

Fantastic experience: While visiting Australia from overseas, I had a sudden dental emergency and was fortunate to find Tranquility Dental and Dr. Ben Cosson. He went above and beyond to fit me in for an urgent appointment. After a thorough examination, he diagnosed an infection that required a root canal and crown. Unfortunately, with only two weeks left in the country, there wasn’t enough time to complete the full treatment. Despite the time constraints, Dr. Cosson took the time to clearly explain all my options, outlining the pros and cons of each, and thoughtfully considered how they would impact my follow-up care once I returned to the U.S. He was honest, direct, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he was able to treat the infection and manage the pain effectively, ensuring I could continue my travels safely. He also provided detailed guidance and will forward documentation for the next steps to my dentist back home. I felt completely at ease under his care and truly grateful to have found such a compassionate and competent professional when I needed it most.

Fantastic experience: Ben is a wonderful dentist! We have been seeing in for a few years now for myself, my husband and my daughter and he is just great. Very patient and calm with children, helping them to feel safe. I would recommend him and his praxis to anyone who is looking for a gentle, kind and really professional dentist. We have also seeing other practitioners he works with and we can't fault any of them. Well deserved 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous about changing from my dentist of over 20 year but I had nothing to worry about. From the second I walked in the door, I knew I was in safe hands. The staff are amazing, the service is fantastic and the check up and clean were the best I have ever had. Fantastic experience: My 3 year old daughter had a fractured front tooth and an absess from the fracture. I was told there was no other option other than going under general anaesthetic to have it removed and paying thousands as it wasn't covered by Medicare. I did some research and found tranquillity dental in yamanto. The reception staff were lovely and made me feel at ease about having her tooth removed with nitrogen gas which was covered by Medicare. I was still very apprehensive about it all but the dentist, Ben, instantly engaged with Ruby and made her feel at ease. She was completely fine and didn't even flinch! I'm so pleased with the entire experience with the whole team at tranquillity and will definitely be telling other friends and family about them and will be going back for the rest of my children for as long as I can.

Fantastic experience: Completely, 100% recommend Tranquility Dentistry! They are so friendly, accommodating and professional. Agatha is fantastic and has carried out my dental work to the highest standard - I’m so, so pleased. She always gives honest and professional advice and is thorough, professional but at the same time so friendly and lovely. It’s also the little, personal things and touches like for instance Agatha and her assistants remember which Netflix show I asked for on the TV at my first appointment and now every time I’m there it’s on ready for me - thank you, it doesn’t go unnoticed. The ladies on reception are fantastic too, especially Anna and Makayla. I am so pleased with this practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ben and the team there are amazing! Treated my 5 year old who was very nervous and refused treatment at another dentist. He spent the time to make him comfortable and explain what was going to happen and we had zero issues. The place is immaculate as well!

Fantastic experience: Ben was beyond amazing! I have been to many dentists and he’s by far the best! I had a filling that never felt right and 12 months later ended up with pain. I couldn’t sleep all night, I was in absolute agony. Ben fit me in with an emergency appointment the next day and has saved my tooth when I was told it would have to be removed if I had further issues. Myself and my children will be seeing Ben for all future appointments. Cannot thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: After finding this practice through Google reviews, I decided to give it a try. Firstly, my initial phone experience was very good with a friendly and accommodating person on the other end of the phone. I had a loose filling that was about to fall out and they had me booked in less than 48 hours later. Entering the practice, it was modern and welcoming (not stark and sterile) with beautiful interior and furniture, not that this has much to do with dentistry but adds to the overall ambience. The receptionist was friendly and personable which helps ease any anxiety of visiting a dentist. There was little wait time (I did have a 0830 appointment) and was welcomed then by Dr Ben. Dr Ben was professional in his manner. He was gentle and careful with the procedure using all the equipment to make both of our time easier. His room was very modern and well equipped. After being in Defence for some years and my first Dentist visit outside, I was ready for "Bill Sock" but throughout the whole time, I was updated of pricing and everyone was very transparent. I won't say how much it cost for professional reasons but I will certainly be back and to add, introducing my wife to the practice also. Thanks again Tranquility Dentistry for a wonderful experience and see you back again soon.

Fantastic experience: I have avoided dentists & only went out of necessity.... I am now converted after experiencing Ben & his team .... he pulled out a stubborn tooth with the least amount fuss & pain ...thank u again for making this easy ...I will be taking my whole family there now

Fantastic experience: My first time here to have a tooth pulled. What an amazing dentist. So caring, so articulate and very gentle with thier approach. I am a very nervous person with health issues. But past experiences with school dentists have ruined my confidence in dentists. Until now, from the moment you walk in to meeting the dentist, you are put at ease. I am very greatful to them for looking after me, making me feel at ease. Will be going back to fix the rest of my teeth up. With less anxiousness!

Fantastic experience: My son needed a difficult tooth extraction and has a fear of needles - from the friendly, caring reception staff to the essential oils diffusing on arrival, to the fantastic 'chairside' manner of Dr Ben and his assistant (oh, and the happy gas!) - my son felt so comfortable during and following his visit! I highly recommend Tranquility Dentistry. They also have payment plans.

Fantastic experience: I visited Tranquillity Dental for the first time today due to a tooth ache and ended up needing a large filling. Dr Agatha was simply amazing; I almost fell asleep in the chair, and I'm a big wuss when it comes to the dentist so that is saying something. Dr Agatha has such a calming voice and explains everything so well and without judgement. The lovely lady on reception was also a pleasure to speak to both on the phone and when greeted at the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Massive shout out to Dr Ben and his team. Needed emergency dental care today, and as a person with major anxiety and sensory issues, it was a big deal for me even to seek treatment. Dr Ben and his team were patient, reassuring, and considerate about my concerns, treatment that I have never experienced at a dentist before. They made the whole process pain free and I left feeling a whole lot better about seeking dental care, and with a plan in place for future treatment.

Fantastic experience: WOW! I have been to dentists A LOT and it is always hugely stressful, anxiety inducing unlikable experience. This one was COMPLETELY different. I finished a clean and didn’t realize it was actually done. I couldn’t believe how gentle, compassionate, good tasting, quiet and comfortable the experience was.it actually makes me want to go to get my teeth cleaned, and I have NEVER felt like that before. Plus they were extremely well priced, and really consultative to anything they were going to do that had extra costs. They also have Afterpay and zip pay! They have actually thought of everything...

Fantastic experience: Today was only my 2nd visit to see Dr.Ben Cosson. I am not a fan of dentists, in fact I am petrified BUT he came highly recommended by my grown up children. They also take their children to see him and they adore him. He is very gentle and explains everything to you before going ahead. I for one could not recommend him more highly. It is also the only dentist I have ever been to that doesn't smell like a dentist the minute you open that door. Dr.Bens staff are lovely as well, very friendly and nothing is too much for them. Honestly you just can't go wrong if you need a dentist, just one visit is all it takes for you to see what I mean. I'm sure like me Dr. Ben Cosson will become your family dentist forever. Rowena

Fantastic experience: It had been suggested by a previous dentist that we have our sons tooth extracted under general anaesthetic due to him being a very nervous patient. (He was even terrified of the chair moving!!) Dr Ben was amazing and managed to remove the tooth in the chair. He really made my son feel calm, added a bit of fun to the experience and his overall manner was so reassuring. Definitely recommend to anyone with children feeling anxious about the dentist!

As someone who has had terrible experiences with dentists in the past, leaving me Terrified of having any dental work done, I can honestly say that this dental surgery provided by far THE BEST experience ive ever had in my entire life! Fantastic experience: All 3 of my daughters have now had treatment with Dr. Ben and I would highly recommend him, especially if your children are nervous about the dentist. Dr. Ben and his staff are kind, funny and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease. My 4 year old was even tickling his chin during her treatment! Fantastic experience: My 2 year old son recently had a fall and as a result gave himself quite the dental injury. After a month of going to another practice, we decided to book in with Doctor Ben and I am so so glad we did. Doctor Ben played with my son to get him comfortable, put on his favourite show, FINALLY got us answers AND treatment all within an hour. Even though my son is now missing a front tooth he is raving on about his trip to the dentist and is excited to go back. Fantastic experience: I have found the service provided by this dental practice to be excellent,with friendly professional staff. In particular, Dr Ena is very capable, competent & caring dentist. She explains the procedure/treatment at the start of the consultation, checks during the treatment on my wellbeing, & is always concerned that i am comfortable, relaxed, & pain free during the treatment. She is ably assisted by Mel &/or Libby who are also professional, caring assistants. I cannot praise enough Dr Ena's friendly professional & caring manner, & would highly recommend Dr Ena & all the members of this practice to anyone. Fantastic experience: Last week I took my 8-year-old son to see Dr Ben Cosson at Serenity Dentistry. My son had a stubborn baby tooth that had been lose for over 3 months and he was too terrified to pull it out himself. Dr Ben was friendly, professional and fantastic at calming the nerves of my anxious child (mine too). Ben went the extra mile to ensure my son was comfortable, and he was able to remove the tooth with minimal fuss from my son. My son and I would both happily return to Serenity Dentistry for our dental needs. I highly recommend Dr Ben and his team.
