Negative experience: Will not be attending this dental place again. Had the worst experience, I had a cracked tooth, the dr was only there for a month due to short staffed. The way she removed my chipped tooth, I had to take extra days off work due to being overly swollen & cldnt sleep at night, the feeling of being pulled to the right & left to remove my tooth. Just never again. On top of having an appointment, plus being short staffed the dentist went between myself & another patient. Leaving me half way, i felt this was not professional at all.

Negative experience: Money hungry lazy male dentists… does a 2 min cleaning. The lady really takes time and care working if you go there book with the female dentist.

Negative experience: I came here on Thursday morning — it says they open at 9am, but even at 10am the place was still closed. Really unreliable and disappointing. Terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Lingathas for a general clean and to remove one of my wisdom teeth. It was painless and super quick. The recovery was quicker than anticipated. Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this practice and Dr Lingathas.

Fantastic experience: Dentists were one of my biggest fears until I was treated by Dr Mayu, filled with anxiety I walked into the practice practically ready to run out before I even sat on the chair. Dr Mayu and the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable within the first 5 minutes I was ready to face my fears. He removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth and I couldn’t feel a thing!! He also did some fillings and teeth restoration and made me happy to smile again! Prior to coming to this dentist I would never smile with my teeth showing but after coming to this dentist I’ve gained my confidence back and also won’t be going to any other dentist ever again. So experienced and also just the way he must treat all his patients makes them so comfortable, when I was super anxious Dr Mayu and the dental assistant would play Mr Bean on the tv for me to distract me even though I’m a grown adult lol >.< the tailored experience to his clients is honestly such a warming feeling that I almost forgot I was at the dentist by the end of my treatment honestly best dentist ever and dental nurse/assistant lady (sorry for squeezing your hands so hard when I was scared) Thank you for making my experience as least stressful as ever I’m finally not scared of going for a dental checkup. Thank you for teaching me properly about dental hygiene (no other dentist I’ve been to has thoroughly done this. Thank you for showing me that there are people who are in this industry not just for the pay check but for the well being of your clients and going above and beyond for us ❤️ never going to another dentist again!!!! Negative experience: The lady was so rude at the front desk. I know I didn’t have an appointment but she didn’t even show any compassion that my 7 year old son was in pain. She spoke to me without any empathy, and I could barely see her from the high desk and she didn’t even bother to stand to talk to me. My son was in so much pain and where am I supposed to go other then to a dentist when that’s the source of pain. No one plans for urgent situations like this. I asked her to see if the dentist is willing to see him quickly and she just was so rude and she’s like ‘no we are fully booked’. I went elsewhere and they did their best and fit him in even though they too were ‘fully booked’

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Lingathas - fantastic dentist. My clean was comfortable, he provided useful advice on maintaining my oral hygiene and was very professional. Definitely recommend this clinic and this doctor.

Negative experience: Staff were very friendly, but once they found out I was on pharmacotherapy and had Xanax their attitude completely changed. It was just a wisdom tooth extraction and they’re telling me that they cannot provide this type of service, which I know They could probably do it if they wanted to… But I felt as though they were being prejudice against me, because I told them that I was three years sober. He asked me if I was on any medication and I was honest because I have an anxiety disorder which is health related my friend gave me a Xanax, so I told the dentist just to be truthful. But I really feel like it was when I told them that I take methadone that they didn’t even want to touch me. Their persona, their attitude towards me, it all completely changed, They basically recoiled. If you looked at me I do not present as someone who is an ex drug user AT ALL I have a nice smile, Clear skin, They said I had excellent teeth apart from my wisdom teeth Well, I had a designer handbag not that that means anything.. But what I’m trying to say is, I don’t look like you’re stereotypical person on methadone. I run my own business I do alright for myself. They stereotyped me once I asked about the dental hospital in the city the free one the lady was like that would suit people like you more, I make more than all those dental nurses snickering at me put together LOL I make $700 plus an hour and they think I’m not good enough to use their dental practice. I went to Primary Dental at Bankstown the next day and I had my tooth surgically removed and stitched up within 20 minutes, Best Dental experience I’ve ever had.. I felt absolutely no pain, the staff were extremely friendly. One would think, If a Dental surgery couldn’t perform what you needed. They would refer you to a dental surgery that could, but not only did Maven Dental not do this. They sent me away with antibiotics that I did not need and charged me for a consult Lucky I took photos of the x-rays because they didn’t send them onto my next dentist.

Negative experience: I have paid $294 for a dental cleaning ($102 my health fund and $192 out of pocket) and found someone paying cash $190 for the same job. They just took off the health fund money for nothing and so I paid more money. Disgusted

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience for Wisdom Teeth Removal with Dr. Terry here. Felt confident, comfortable and at ease with him throughout the whole journey. Rare these days to have a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes their time with them. His assistant dentist and reception staff were also wonderful too.

Negative experience: First time come I told Dentist my tooth pain. I need to take it out. But Dentist said try to filling it then let see after 3 days. $380 to filling 1 tooth. If still pain, come again to take it out. Not even 24 hour I got pain too much after filling. I can't eat. Took Neurofen Panadol for 3 days. I ask to coming afternoon after I finish work but Dentist don't have time for me and keep put me in morning time. Finally I should go other Dentist on Anzac Day. Dentist do X Ray and found what happen with my tooth. My pain gone after got pull out my tooth. I wasting money $380 at Maven Dental Punchbowl not even remove my pain. The Dentist not professional. She did X Ray before filling. Why she couldn't found what happen with my tooth?

Negative experience: I got an appointment to have my teeth cleaneing and was informed of the cost I would have to pay. When I got this appointment and my teeth cleaned I was informed that I would have to pay more than they had previously told me and that the cost would be almost double due to the deep cleaning! After asking , it turned out that the doctor requested this because she cleaned the teeth well...! So Does this mean that the previously mentioned cost before starting was for a light dental cleaning?? however after 3 weeks, I found that my teeth were almost the same as before, nothing changed. and I had to find another doctor to clean them again. I don’t recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. I have been their client for months, I did my invasalign with Dr Ahmed Wehba. He is an amazing doctor, my teeth and my smile was ugly, I had no confidence because of it, he magically fixed my teeth and gave me the most beautiful smile in the world and got me back my self confidence. He was a friend and a doctor, he and his assistant Zainab are super friendly and sweet. Zianab really was so professional she helped me a lot especially with appointment and scheduling. I have moved from Sydney to WLD and honestly in the past few years my experience with them was my best experience in Sydney. Thank you a lot, very grateful to have you as my dental clinic.

Negative experience: Dr Ahmad is an arrogant dentist that doesn’t think about anyone but himself. I had minor issues with a front tooth yet after he “fixed” the issue the tooth it inflamed. Instead of seeing me, as it was his work, he sent the secretary to call me and say go to the hospital as he has an emergency coming in for replace my appointment, like my appointment wasn’t urgent. It was his fault my tooth got inflammed but he didn’t want anything to do with it and he never called back to check up my situation. Prior to this incident, I tried to ask him about an action plan for my son, he simply replied “ I have no time for this, I discussed it last time and I don’t want to discuss it again”. And the phone calls... omg... he called me,then when he wasn’t able to reach me, he called my parents five times between 6-10 pm to confirm an appointment. He use to be a good dentist but I think his arrogance got the beat of him. Dealing with him hasn’t been a good experience, he had a good way of making people feel uncomfortable. walking out I remember always thinking he doesn’t care about me, he simply wants my money.

Negative experience: Charged me so much. Used all of my health fund limit. I ended up going to my previous dentist next day who is retiring and doing less hours and I showed him the receipt and he shook his head and said what service was actually done. I am disappointed in myself in trying a new place.

Fantastic experience: Me and my children have been seeing dr Ahmed and his assistant zaynab for years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family’s teeth! Every visit is such a lovely experience especially for my children who naturally have anxiety about dental work, they are both very calming and put them at ease. Dr Ahmed’s work is amazing he’s has restored life to many of my damaged teeth. He is a very talented dentist and you can tell takes a lot of care in his work HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I got surprised when another butifule guest or patient get into the clinic and started chatting with the doctor while I was waiting for more than 20 minutes. Also I realized that another patient was also waiting to speak to the doctor. One multi task doctor and over booking. Good luck
