Fantastic experience: Dr Sam was very kind and patient as I am a very nervous dental patient. He also was great with my children who can not wait to go back. The practice manager (sorry I have forgotten her name) was so warm and welcoming and truly made our experience calming and enjoyable. We will be back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive first-time experience at Primary Dental Clinic, specifically with Dr. Sam and Maria.Going to the dentist can mostly be a traumatic experience for a young child, but thanks to the incredible help and support given to my little girl, it was truly a fantastic, stress-free appointment. Dr. Sam is a very kind doctor who approaches care with remarkable gentleness. My daughter, who was initially nervous, left the clinic smiling and has already told me she wouldn't hesitate coming back! That is the highest praise we could give.The entire team is incredibly easy and approachable. Maria was outstanding. They were deeply understanding and patient throughout the visit, and were very helpful with all queries. It's clear that they deliver great care for their patients and prioritise comfort and reassurance. We felt completely supported and confident in our choice. Negative experience: Hey guys i am sharing my experience with them i will not recommend them i booked it for a gum filling they give me 10 minutes lecture and after that said we will not recommend filling they done nothing but its cost me $177.14 for the 10 minute lecture

The dentist (Dr Abhishek Giri) and his lovely dental nurse are professional and disarming. If going to a dentist is a worrisome ordeal for you, then this dental practice can offer you a chance to experience something better and much less fearful. Highly recommended!
