Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Oakleigh Smiles a couple of times now to see Dr Frank, and each visit has been excellent. He’s always considerate and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never pushing unnecessary procedures. The dental assistants are also fantastic—friendly, professional and supportive throughout the visit. The clinic is in a super convenient location along North Road, making it easy to get to. Highly recommend Dr Frank and the whole team!

He also answered any questions I had patiently, and in a way that was easy to understand. My whole experience from start to finish was stress-free and pain-free. The dental services here are also very affordable which is another plus! I would highly recommend Dr Frank to anyone, and I look forward to visiting again in the future

Fantastic experience: Great dentists,always pleasant and Michelle explains everything and makes you feel comfortable,my whole family goes there and prices are reasonable.Clean and pleasant clinic.

Negative experience: Had a few minor/moderate fillings done here, service initially seemed quite good however ran into trouble 24hrs post fillings. 8/10 pain ongoing for 2 months and had a few adjustments by them, including drilling my fillings down and was told my fillings were fine and I had to stress less, and the pain was not related to the fillings they had done and that I had tmj pain, essentially advising all the pain I was experiencing was my fault. I was told that the pain could last up to 6 months, which I have now been advised this is not the case nor is it appropriate. I had visited this clinic multiple times within a 2-3 month span with no relief of the pain or steps taken further to explore or offer to replace the fillings they had done. I went to a different dental clinic yesterday to have my fillings taken out and re-done which they advised my fillings done by this dental clinic were not good and they were able to just ‘pop out’ my fillings using minimal pressure and drilling. Explaining my constant level of nerve pain. I was likewise advised by my new dentist that one of my teeth had a crack in the enamel also caused by the dental work of this clinic. I know that errors can happen with clients however the lack of transparency, guidance and aim to improve my discomfort/pain by the clinic I found really disappointing and ultimately negligent. I would not recommend this dental service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Frank is superb. My dad is 90 and speaks Mandarin. Dr Frank is fluent in Mandarin and treats elderlies with patience and compassion. I am his patient too and has always received excellent service from him. Dr Michelle is my long term dentist too, I would also recommend her to anyone. Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist and had a dental check done yesterday and I cannot complain! Michelle is very gentle and professional. Also my 2 kids (age 9 and 7) had dental checks and oral hygiene done and they did not complain either. We all left this dental clinic with smiles on our faces.

At the very affordable price of $99 - you simply cannot go wrong! The staff at the office were all incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist, Frank, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had about my oral health. The overall welcoming environment, coupled with the expertise and professionalism demonstrated by Frank helped me feel at ease. The cleaning itself was thorough yet gentle - a painless experience really. Frank was skilled and the equipment was very clean and modern. My teeth felt so clean and fresh afterwards. Overall, I am so glad I decided to have a check and clean at this clinic. The level of care and attention I received was truly exceptional. Fantastic experience: Having heard about Huntingdale Dental Centre from a friend, I decided to give it a go. My previous dentist that I went to for years was charging me silly prices for no reason at all / for routine check ups. I've now been going here for years and I still get the same, affordable, high-level of care and service that I got when I first became a patient at Huntingdale Dental Centre. Special shout out to my personal dentist there, Dr Michelle Van, who always puts my (and now my family's) dental health first - she not only gives thorough and gentle cleans, but clear advice. I never thought I'd ever say this in my life, but my wife and I actually look forward to seeing the dentist regularly since coming to Huntingdale Dental Centre. Dr Van turns what often was a painful experience (both for my mouth and hip pocket), into an as pleasant experience as possible. Fantastic experience: I am extremely satisfied with the service and care that I received at this clinic. Everyone at the clinic was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease the moment I stepped in. Dr. Van was attentive, reassuring and knowledgable, making sure that I knew what was happening at all times. She patiently answered any questions I had and helped me choose a treatment plan that was best suited to my needs. The entire process was simple and painless. I am pleased with the final result and would very happily recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Negative experience: Poor Service, not recommended!

Negative experience: I wasn't happy with the cleaning service and asked for a refund. They said they don't normally give refund for complaint raised after 24h. That's reasonable and totally understandable I think. However, they did agree to pay me a partial refund (later I found out that they did this so that they look right when you bring the matter anywhere). And there the trouble began, they made sure it's hard like hell for me to get the refund with formal lawfully enforceable "Deed of release". And the Principal doctor Timothy Van argued with me message by message on facebook, not forget to add his bitterness here and there over the refund of $59. I don't know should I take it as a pleasure since I received that much of time and attention from a supposedly well respected busy doctor.

Fantastic experience: My wife had broken a tooth, about one quarter of it split. Dr Mish Van extracted the split part and did a filling for her. Mish explained her tooth’s condition thoroughly and the filling was done very well. Thanks Mish. She is also very flexible. My wife also mentioned to her that there were two sensitive teeth. She checked them out and said that she could do the fillings straight away. So my wife saved another trip to the clinic. Thanks for the care and consideration - Mish.

Especially given my somewhat neglect in dental hygiene after many late nights out. No judgement here, just plenty of empathy and helpful advice. Will definitely be returning soon.
