He was very professional and explained all the procedures in detail even when i asked again and again. He was really kind and you can easily see and hear that he cares about his patients. He spent so much time caring for my teeth, providing thorough cleaning and whitening. My wife was even a little jealous when she heard how much attention he put into it! She used to live in Hong Kong, where she had her wisdom teeth removed, and after hearing about my experience, she decided to come in herself. She really enjoyed her visit last Saturday. As we are newly arrived in Australia, it means so much to find such a dedicated and professional dentist. This feels like a wonderful start to taking better care of our teeth with Dr. Halim’s help. We truly appreciate everything he has done, and we look forward to having him as our family dentist. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I arrived about 20 minutes early to request a quotation, as I got a price gap of over $1,200 from different dental clinics, i'm regular to both clinics. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I entered, the receptionist was playing her phone and didn’t acknowledge me with a greeting or even a smile. I politely asked for a quick quotation, but it seemed like I was interrupting her phone time rather than being treated as a valued potential customer. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: I was walking to the post office on Monday (26th May 2025) and the whole walking path was blocked. The receptionist had blocked the footpath with some solar cell on 2 chairs. Is this safe practice? If it is then I would not visit this dental practice if this is their standard of safety.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist! The team are very friendly and the dentists are knowledgeable and run their practice with integrity. Our dentist has a wonderful sense of humor and keeps it light, whilst also being a very good dentist and giving great and pragmatic care.

Fantastic experience: Jason is a professional yet caring dentist. He picked up on an infection that other dentist had missed. With his treatment, the pain has gone! Jason only recommends necessary treatment. Jason is our family dentist and we trust him with our dental health! We have seen other dentists at United Smile and they are all great! Always making sure I am Ok if I need a filling and always explains very clearly what is going on. Could not recommend a more kind, gentle and caring dentist. Negative experience: Super friendly staff, including the dentists.. however, I had a tooth needing a filling.. the dentist cleaned the area and then proceeded to fill it. Over the next few days I started to get pain coming from the same tooth (this tooth previously did not have any pain whatsoever), I went back saw a different dentist, the dentist proceeded to tell me I could try using sensodyn toothpaste and see how that goes or take the filling off and have a look what was going on underneath. I said take it off as I never experienced pain before and now I have pain.. he took it off and re did the filling.. I asked what was going on he said it had food underneath it. I was then charged the same amount to get it redone even though it was because the other dentist didn’t clean it properly in the first place.. I went there cause I was looking for an affordable dentist but feel I ended up paying the same amount if I had of gone somewhere that charges more.. and had of got it right the first time. I guess you pay peanuts you get monkeys.. again staff incredibly lovely just disappointed with my experience.

Fantastic experience: The clinic staffs are very friendly, they are always smiling. The dentist explains well what needs to be done and the options there are before the start of the procedure. Didn’t feel a thing while the dentist was doing my clean and filling. Dental phobia no more!

Fantastic experience: I took my 3 year old son to see Dr Jason Thich to get two fillings today. In the past I had seen a paediatric specialist dentist who deemed my son too young to get fillings without going under a general anaesthetic. I wasn't keen to do this so sought a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! My son was completely at ease the whole time due to Dr Jason's calm, friendly nature and confident approach. He completed two fillings in 20 mins without a single complaint from my son! He was patient with him, but also didn't fuss too much or make it seem like a big ordeal. I was incredibly impressed and so happy to have found a dentist I can rely on for my son in the future.

I had a wisdom tooth removal and the dentist was incredibly understanding, patient and caring and was so nice to me the whole procedure. Definitely the best dentist I have seen and despite still having dental phobia, I am much more comfortable seeing this clinic ☺️

If you don't have extras cover, consider Smiles dental cover which gives you sizeable discounts on your dental work and is cheap to join.

Fantastic experience: Firstly I want to say, if there was a button for 10 stars that's what I would be giving united smiles! I called up yesterday after being in a fair bit of pain with a tooth, got a call back and was booked in for this morning. Upon walking into united smiles, I was greeting by a lovely receptionist, filled out the form and was then taken into the room where doctor Andrew Chang spoke to me about what my concerns were. He had a look, took an xray and proceeded to fill in my tooth that had been giving me grief. He was very professional, respectful and told me how much the procedure would be before we went ahead, which I liked, as i had bad experiences in the past at a different dentist and not told how much things would cost until the end, and that was a shocking amount for what they did. Anyways, we went ahead and Andrew told me what he would be doing before he would and it all went smoothly well. He was gentle, caring and would always check to make sure I was going ok. If you have a fear of dentists or bad experiences in the past I HIGHLY recommend going to see the dentists at united smiles and you wont be disappointed! Thanks once again Andrew Chang!!

Fantastic experience: Got an emergency appointment on Grand Final Day after 4 days of excruciating abscess pain. Halim did a surgical extraction and we even were able to do a payment plan. What had been quoted at $3000 at a private surgeon, was completed with xrays and all for under $1000. So bloody glad to have these broken teeth out Oh and something so amazing was the TV above you, I get so anxious at the dentist but having that distration was perfect. The whole process only took 20 mins and I only cried a little

Fantastic experience: Smiles, Nambour, Dr Lakshmi Morisetty, Wisdom tooth removed. My tooth had disintegrated so only the back half on the inside remained. High chance of surgery needed to remove it. This master of his craft pulled it out with no pain at all and saved me what would have been 10 times the amount charged. I cannot thank him enough for his skill.
