From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr Fakher Saeed is incredibly skilled and truly know what they are doing. He explain everything clearly, work with great care, and you can feel their confidence and experience in every step of the treatment. The doctors and staff are friendly, respectful and create a very welcoming atmosphere. The clinic is clean and modern, which adds to the overall trust and comfort you feel as a patient. I’m extremely happy with the care I received and honestly appreciate how well they looked after me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional, honest and compassionate dental care.

Negative experience: I went for a consultation and X-ray, paid $120. When I asked for a proper dental report, the receptionist rudely told me they only give a treatment plan and nothing else. I was surprised because I thought a dental report should explain the problem, not just list the costs. Felt unprofessional and dismissive.

Negative experience: I got my braces done here. The staff were kind, and the process seemed fine at first. But my braces were taken off before my retainer was ready, and within a week, my teeth had already shifted. I never received my permanent retainer and couldn’t get in contact with the clinic. Now, a year later, I’ve been told I need double jaw surgery and that my back teeth are still crooked — which explains the pain I’ve been feeling. I spent $6000 and now have to pay even more to fix something that should’ve been done properly the first time. I’m really heartbroken about my smile. Please just go to an orthodontist. I wish I had.

From my initial consult until the final procedure today, he was super honest, trustworthy and really showed genuine care about what I wanted to achieve. My teeth were shocking and as my wedding date was approaching, I requested from Dr Saeed to help me achieve a nice natural smile so I can feel confident on the day of my wedding (I have never smiled in photos since the age of 13) This was the outcome today 6 spacious teeth turned into 10 natural looking composite veneers. And then there’s the dentist himself, gentle, highly skilled, and deeply attentive. He always takes the the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and calming, and I feel so safe and supported throughout every appointment, which is not something I ever thought I’d say about going to the dentist! I’ve now brought my 10 year old daughter in too, and it’s been just as positive for her. The level of care, professionalism, and heart in this practice is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I feel incredibly grateful to have found them, and will never go anywhere else again. Highly, highly recommend.

This Dentist centre is great and very professional their always busy because they are top dentists and charges the basic rate. For all the winging people who have left bad feed back if your not happy don't go their just because you go there don't expect them to kiss your feet and treat you like royalty your expectations are to high you need to go to another dentist centre that charges double then you will get your smile from a fake receptionist and you don't have to wait 45min past your appointment time and they will answer your call ASAP because they are not busy like UNIVERSAL DENTAL. Some times you have to be patient but we are in a new society of wingers and keyboard worries who love to burn people on social media to get off. These guys are busy so don't expect them to give you the time of the day when they are busy looking after other patients this is a dentist clinic not a massage parlour. Finally I would like to thank you for looking after my kids teeth you have done a great job Dr Saeed and to the receptionists thank you for putting up with the people from the area please don't stress there not worth it.

Positive experience: My kids had been anxious going to the dentist and we had rapport with him. When we moved to Granville I was reluctant to go through the experience again. We chose to go to Universal Dental because my daughter needed orthodontic work. The kids were happy with the dentists manner and they now go for their regular dental work there as well.

Negative experience: Did not recieve any greeting upon arrival, the dentist assistant/nurse doesn't even crack a smile its like she doesnt want to be there. At times I was just sitting on the incline chair and they leave me there without informing me what they will be doing next, where they are going or even how long they will take before coming back. No clinician-client communication. However the dentist is smart and does know what he is talking about when it comes to diagnosis.
