Fantastic experience: I have been going to active Dental care for about 4 years now and each and every time I have been met with the most supportive, caring and amazing humans. My dentist is Dr Shobha Konduru, I’ve had to have 3 deep fillings and each time Shobha has treated me with so much respect, her work is amazing and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. I dislike going to the dentist but have found so much confidence in going to active dental team that it’s not even an issue anymore. I couldn’t recommend this surgery enough!!

Fantastic experience: Loved visiting this dentist ,very lovely ladies whom make you feel more than comfortable whilst getting dental work done.. Visited with my 8 yr old aswell first visit and now lives the dentist not frightened at all .. Definately number 1 recommendation around the area.. Thankyou ladies

I received amazing customer service from Daniela from start to finish, my phone call booking, my arrival, and the payment. She was so thorough and friendly. The dental care by Dr James (I don’t remember his last name) was of excellent quality. He considered my concerns, gave an excellent overview of what was happening with my teeth and then wowed me with an exceptional clean. The dental assistant (nurse?) Anita was excellent, friendly and kind. I am so grateful to have found this place! Thank you

Fantastic experience: The whole team is amazing, so friendly, helpful and caring. After having a bad experience with another clinic I am so happy I went to see Dr Shobha. Dr Shobha is very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. Everyone made it such a positive experience and I no longer have to worry when it is time to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr S is a lovely lady, she made my little boys first visit to the dentist so great he wants to go bk. Plus I myself had a checkup and clean it was the most thorough clean and scale I have had in years. My teeth feel amazing. Glad I found a family dentist she's fantastic and most of all personable and kind.

Fantastic experience: I have a major fear of dentist and this dental clinic is by far the best one I have ever been to in my 50 years on this planted the lady owner extracted a tooth for me yesterday and she was so gentle kind and considerate of my anxiety and the way she removed my tooth her assistant was also wonderful in fact the whole practice was great and I could recommend them anymore highly then they are the best. Do your mouth a favour if you are in any sought of dental need, go see the lady at this clinic they are by far 100% the best ever

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment with Dr Konduru after reading many reviews for local dentists. Being new to the area had left it too long and had a very loose front tooth that had to be extracted. Dr Sheva was so gentle and considerate very little pain during the visit and after at home. Was followed up by phone to make sure I was ok all staff members super friendly and caring. Have made appointments for all my family this is our new dentist. Thx deb

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous unit this team is! I recently had a crown treatment that requires a number of injections and some time in the chair. The numbing agent took away any discomfort and the time passed quickly as each step in the procedure was explained and there were time out periods to help relax the jaw and body. Dr Shroba is the best dentist I have had.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time in the practice since active dental took over and I was extremely happy, one of my veneers broke off my front tooth so I hadn’t smiled or spoken without covering my mouth for a week, my dentist was so caring and amazing and she matched the colour perfect! Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with Denist Shobha. She talked me through the whole experience and very gentle with her treatment, cleaning and examination of my teeth. She listened to my previous fear and answered all my questions I had. This was so needed as I have such a fear from attending the Denist in the past. This whole experience has given me the confidence attend the Denist regularly and plan for my dental routine.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the most caring, friendly and pain free dental experience. Dr Shobar and the team make sure you are comfortable every step of the way, with in depth explanation of the treatments so you can understand what is next. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist but here I feel I am in expert hands. Our sons are treated here too and they are so gentle, fun and friendly that they truly like coming to the dentist. Five stars but I wish I could give 10

Fantastic experience: My very first visit and It most definitely won’t be my last. Great experience with Dr Shobha today as she is the most gentle and compassionate dentist I’ve had the pleasure to meet. She performed a filling on me today in which in my years of dental procedures I’ve endured and felt uncomfortable yet this time I did not feel a single discomfort. So if your afraid of the dentist or have had a very bad experience or even searching for the right dentist in the area Dr Shobha is highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have had quite a few visits to dentists over my 77 years but never one as good as this one. Dr.Shoba and her assistant were really great and they take the time to phone you the next day to see how you are after you have had an extraction.

Fantastic experience: I have seen many dentists and specialists in the past, and have been very happy with my experience with Dr Shobha - by far the best of 15+ dental professionals I have seen across the Illawarra & Sydney. The thorough and methodical approach she employs in both explaining and carrying out dental procedures leaves you comfortable and confident in her ability. I have since recommended to my partner, who has shared the same sentiment, and will be referring the rest of my family on for a general checkup & clean (once restrictions allow). All the staff are friendly and helpful, and costs are very reasonable compared to others in my experience.
