Fantastic experience: I’m on holiday in Townsville and last Sunday evening the dreaded tooth ache from hell arrived, you just know how bad it’s going to be when you’re frantically searching for pain relief at 3am, knowing full well that you have got to get it sorted asap. First thing Monday morning I was searching online and found NDCT and read good things about this establishment. I made an appointment online before they opened and then I received a call from Dr Andrew Doig who said to come in to the clinic at 9.30 am, things were looking pretty good at this stage, I arrived early, as one does , and after an assessment and some treatment was done followed by an X-ray, I was told to come back at 2.30 for the required surgery. Dr Felipe Delgado Loyola performed the necessary surgery and I was back in my hotel by 4 pm. What I experienced was a very professional and well managed service. From people who know what they are doing and do it with care and consideration, explaining how the procedure is to take place, what one is about to feel, now and later on. This is what one wants to hear when the pain is all consuming. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Dr Andrew and his assistant ( whom I didn’t get her name) to Dr Felipe and his assistant (who loves fishing like I do ) Thank you all for providing me with concise, informative and professional dental services. Additionally I must include the phone call from their practice this afternoon, asking me how I felt and if everything was going well. Brilliant!! I must be honest, none of us like going to the dentist… But in my case, it was a rather pleasant experience and one I’ll not forget.

Negative experience: Unfortunately very good at cancelling appointments made 6 months prior and when you ring to confirm a new one will let you know that they only have an appointment 6 months later. Often!

Fantastic experience: The dentist is caring, gentle, and mostly not overdoing it. Before I visited this clinic, I was asked to do two X-rays and was advised to have three teeth pulled out at once, including two harmless teeth. Luckily, I sought a second opinion, and now it worked out well.

Fantastic experience: I just went to Dr Andrew to have 2 broken front teeth reconstructed and so impressed with the outcome. I now have 2 beautiful front teeth. He also went above and beyond to help me as I am travelling through and shuffled appointments around to be able to accommodate me. I found my dentist Alexa Canlas at NDC and the support staff, to be absolutely brilliant. Alexa made me feel at ease and comfortable, constantly reassuring me during my visits. Fantastic experience: I am not what you would call a poster boy for dental work, however my entire experience this week was incredible from the moment I walked in to th time I left. The staff helped me feel at ease whatever with whatever I was asked, from xray to the procedure, they made me laugh, relax and, in words I thought I would never use when going to the dentist, made it the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. I have absolutely no problem in recommending the team here.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic where I was treated by Dr. Brandon, and I had an exceptionally positive experience. Dealing with tricky decay inside my crowned molar, I was quite anxious about the procedure. Dr. Brandon was incredibly comforting. His gentle manner and constant reassurance throughout the procedure really eased my nerves. He was not only skilled and confident in his work but also attentively ensured my comfort, even applying Vaseline to the corners of my mouth when they began to sore. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking a compassionate and proficient dental care experience.

Andrew has been my dentist for over 20years along with the rest of my family, he has had his work cut out for him, my teeth were pretty ordinary I drank too much Coke for too many years ,what a champion. She showed me where I was going wrong and how to fix it. You can just tell she has an amazing passion for her job. You know she is good when she is booked out months in advance.

Fantastic experience: Saw my young 5 yr old son promptly after he knocked his tooth the previous evening the pool. Some blood a crying little man and a worried Dad. Made him feel at ease and explained to him what was going on. Nothing to worry about. Baby tooth about to fall out anyway. Big boy teeth coming through anyway! Dad feeling a lot calmer. Highly recommended.
