Fantastic experience: Dr. Sophia is very patient and detailed. I have extreme phobia with needles but she is so gentle and comforting I hardly notice it . I was always extremely anxious to go to dentist but with Dr. Sophia I am not much stressed.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible customer service, no one seems to know what they are doing. Take my daughter in to get quote for braces.Go in for initial consult, dentist says he needs to book us for phone consult to discuss the prices they booked in a week later they called a day earlier I called straight back but only 1 person can tell me the cost and she left. I was told she would call me back which she never did. Since then I've called 5 times to just get the quote and I'm just told someone will call me back. Absolute waste of my time!

Fantastic experience: What a great experience I had today with the team at Ai Dental Ormeau. I was very anxious to attend my appointment as I had to bring my young daughter with me. The staff were so kind and accommodating and I felt at ease with Dr Nick and he explained everything to me in detail. The girls at the front desk even included my daughter and gave her a dental pack to keep her entertained so I could relax while seeing the dentist. Highly recommend!

I had such a bad previous experience I neglected my teeth throughout this pregnancy but now I'm excited to get back on track again after delivery to get my teeth all healthy again. The reception and assistant helping her were really nice too! Happy to have found them, wish I found them sooner.

Fantastic experience: I’m honestly lost for words on how good my experience was at AI Dental in Ormeau today! I’ve been terrified of the dentist my whole life and with a very visible chipped tooth I had no option but to get it fixed. Dr. Sophia was amazing, as were all the staff, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I feel like my phobia of the dentist has been cured in one visit and I’m booked in tomorrow to organise a full treatment plan to fix all my teeth! If you’re anxious or nervous about the dentist, but know deep down you need to go, I’d strongly recommend going to see Dr. Sophia, these guys are awesome! She also made my chipped tooth look like a new and I’m not quite sure how she did it! It’s like magic!!

Having hired reception staff in the past - I would hire her in a heartbeat!! Sophia and the dental technician were very friendly and put me at ease. The treatment and care I received was fantastic, no pain and very professional. The new client discount was also appreciated but not expected and I will definitely continue using Al Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ai Dental for several different procedures over the last couple of months and I can truly say that Dr Claudia and the team have been nothing short of perfect with their professionalism and manner with me. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Claudia the other day, she is so kind and gentle and she was very informative. all the staff at AI Dental made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Negative experience: The dentist told me I had to replace my fillings every 3 - 5 years and therefore required about 8 fillings. I went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion, who advised that I only required 2 fillings. They also have a competition going for a prize if you write a review, which I assume has encouraged all the positive reviews.

Fantastic experience: i dont usually go back to a dentist after getting my tooth aches fixed but after i met the friendly and awsome staff at AI dental ormeau i have been back several times and all of my teeth fixed. 5 stars is not enough for this clinic at its staff
