The actual surgery was so quick and surprisingly pain-free thanks to her quick pace – I had been nervous, but it ended up being such a positive experience. The recovery has also been amazing thanks to the care and precision of the dentist. If you’re looking for a dentist who makes even wisdom teeth a good experience, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic experience: Dr Eylul has been treating my mum for a couple months now and I could see the genuine care she has for her patients through her commitment and dedication to her profession by carrying out her work in such delicate detail. After seeing my mum have such a positive experience with Dr Eylul, I decided to switch Dentists and booked myself in for a routine check up and clean. My experience was flawless to sum up in a sentence, Dr Eylul was very informative with the visit and once the cleaning had commenced, she realised I had tensed up (I can't stand the sound of the drilling noise) and made me feel comfortable by providing ear plugs and mentioning I could ask to take a break at anytime nonetheless I realised how delicate she is with the cleaning process, I did not have any pain whatsoever compared with my previous dentist who was very aggressive with his cleaning. Overall, I could not recommend a more professional and committed dentist who is highly skilled in her craft. Dr Eylul is a dentist you can trust and know that you are in safe hands.

Negative experience: I booked with Dr. Sushmita Dahal. I wish I had never seen her. She is very unprofessional, with no manners and communication skills. Moreover, she is condescending and humiliating. As soon as I walked in, she started talking about how much the fees were going to charge. Then she performed 3 x-ray and charging extra for each xray saying 1st and 2nd x-ray not good enough, etc.. also, she doesn't know what she is doing as she wasn't sure how to fix one of my tooth and talk what if what if. Not trustworthy at all. Also, she doesn't respect her colleagues as I keep hearing that she calls the nurse in a condescending manner "Nurse hey Nurse." Please stay away from her . I know Dr. Eylul is amazing, but don't trap like me. If eylul is not available, don't book for Sushmita. I wasted so much money and didn't receive any treatment. Instead, she quoted me more bills and follow-up appointments, which I am not going to see her. Worst experience ever. She couldn't even answer my questions or concerns.

I had my really complex wisdom teeth removed by her, a couple other surgeons said that they couldn’t have done it and recommended me to go to a specialist. Dr. Eylul did it, and she did it really well. She was incredibly caring throughout the whole process. It was so thoughtful when she changed the music to my liking during the surgery. It really shows how much she cares about her patients' comfort. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Eylul Farahani for a number of years. She did my fillings (some very complex) in the past years and I am very happy with the condition of them. She did an implant for my molar tooth last year which I am also very pleased with. She worked very diligently and explained every step, it made the process much easier for me. I have also had my teeth cleaned regularly in this clinic which I also highly recommend. In my latest visit, I had an overall xray and ct scan done in their renovated facility with new instruments and had a thorough check up. I had two of my old fillings renewed and had my teeth brushed professionally! My overall experience in Cosmoz Dental has been amazing, I highly recommend this practice

Negative experience: I booked my appointment 2 weeks before, first consultation and for filling which someone recomended.Just a day before my appointment they gave me a call and they rescheduled 5 weeks later.I asked them what was the reason for cancelling my appointment the day before apparently the Dentist was going holiday.I told them Dentist decided to go holiday day before my an appointment. They told me a excuse and I believed them.Then I tried to book another Dentist. Then in the afternoon a few hours later they called me again and telling me to come to my appointment. I told them "i booked another dentist" "Are you playin with me ?" Very poor services and unprofessional booked system. I will never recommend this dentist because it was very unorganized and unprofessional. I took a day off from work for you guys to cancel my appointment last minute and waste my time.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the treatments I get at City West Dental, my dentist is Dr. Eylul Farahani. I had several treatments over the years. Multiple fillings, root canal treatments and teeth/gum cleaning. Last year I got a tooth extraction done. My treatment is continuing with a tooth implant. I highly recommend my dentist, she is very attentive and thorough at her practice. I am very happy with the results and the fact that it's pain free is a great bonus!
