Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing smiles on Norton and the team for a few years now, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I first had eight composite veneers done about four years ago, but recently went back to fix broken veneers caused by a bad overbite. Smiles and the team took the time to properly assess everything and recommended an overbite correction with a full top row of 12 crowns. The result is unreal; the bite is fixed, my smile looks incredible (even if I do say so myself), and it all feels completely natural. The service and staff are genuinely next level. From start to finish, the care, communication, and attention to detail were out of this world. Huge props to everyone involved for the design, direction, and total transparency from the very beginning. At no point did I feel pressured into any treatment or pushed toward something unnecessary. The genuine care for their patients is truly felt, which is rare in most cases. If you’re considering dental work, cosmetic or otherwise, this is the place you want to be.

Massimo, a dental technician, is excellent at dental restorations of any kind, and if you have a problem, he fixes it right away, without having to resort to long appointments. I can say that I've never left the office without a tooth, because after an extraction, she places the tooth on an implant the same day (obviously in my case). Dentist Dr. Amarah is excellent, gentle, and attentive! Every time I've gone for an extraction or dental treatment, I've never felt pain. Her hands are like butterflies because she uses an anesthesia that no one else can do like her, and I can say this because, unfortunately, I've been to quite a few dentists! Ersilia is someone you can count on 100% to organize and assist you with all your needs. A very kind person, very clean environment. I recommend her to everyone because I've finally found benefits for my dental health. God bless you, you're great.

Smiles On Norton are just amazing; they are extremely customer-centric, compassionate, competitively priced and very professional. They're great with adults & kids and have a strong relationship with one of the best orthodontists in the business (Professor Ali Darendeliler) should a referral be necessary. Whether it's everyday dentistry with Dr Shrav or the incredible cosmetic work Imad specialises in they honestly are the total package. Ersilia runs an amazing business helping develop careers (wonderful dental nurse Yana got experience here while studying toward becoming a qualified dentist) and serving the community. I am ecstatic with the fact they have not just maintained my healthy teeth but guided me on sensible, flexible options for improving through zero pressure. The veneers I have are just perfect and the entire team were tireless to ensure everything was right, getting the exact right fit, look and colour ... I honestly have the perfect smile now after growing up and living with crooked yellowing teeth. This business has so much honesty & integrity I'm so lucky to have them in my local area (but I'd travel to get here if I ever moved !) Thanks so much Ersilia, Imad, Yana and Dr Shrav for everything. Fantastic experience: I will never go to another dentist especially for anything major like a root canal after going to Smiles on Norton. I hate going to the dentist and have very sensitive teeth and am prone to dental issues, but the whole team makes me feel so comfortable every time I come in. Fantastic experience: I needed to get some major dental work and was referred here by a friend. Always been scared of the dentist but as soon as I walked in I felt at ease. They really looked after me and were warm and caring. But it doesn’t stop there they are highly skilled and professional. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I can remember. Went for a clean, check and investigation of a toothache here after my dentist of 10+ years stopped working due to illness. The staff there got me in quickly and were amazing. Gentle, friendly, listened to my concerns, were very thorough and excellent at explaining things and answering my questions. Zero pain or discomfort through the process and the cleanest teeth afterwards! I will definitely be back.

English : Being from France, I've been surprise by the rapidness and the quality of the services. My gums didn't bleed (and I have very sensitive gums), the care was soft, a clean result and a meticulous analysis. I was able to get X-rays to get my wisdom teeth extracted, whereas my usual French dentist had never noticed any irregularity!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for the last two years and have had all my dental work, from checkups to cleans, x-rays and fillings done with them. They are the first dentist I’ve been to more than once and it’s all due to their professionalism, warmth, expertise and efficiency. I’ve had work done with a few of their dentists and hygienists and have the same experience in the chair: no pain, reassuring explanations of work required, efficient procedures, and the odd joke to calm my nerves. As someone who used to dread going to the dentist like many others I’m sure, I couldn’t recommend them higher if I tried. Wonderful people and a wonderful place.

I had 10 porcelain veneers done in house by massimo, who does extremely detailed work to the final details by hand, so your teeth look natural, massimo is very passionate in what he does. I highly recommend you get veneers done here as they can carry out any adjustments on-site As apposed to other dentist practices that sublet there work out

He took the time to address all my concerns and advise me on options available. I can safely that he has to be one of the most professional and knowledgeable dentist I've visited. He genuinely wanted to help. The whole procedure was surprisingly competitively priced considering the convenient location in the inner west. The dental practice was quite modern with the newest equipment. Looks like I got the best care at the best price and will definitely be returning in six months.
