A big thank you to Dr Deb Rea, whose professionalism, compassion and care for her patients can be felt the moment you meet her. She’s truly one of a kind. Fantastic experience: I recently had a new upper crown. 2 appts. One for preparation and impressions and the 2nd quick appt to fit the crown. The technician must be good, fitted perfectly. Fantastic experience: Drove 4 hours from the country to Azura to see Dr Kate specifically as she is the friendliest, most gentle and thorough dentist, had to take my 5 month old baby with me, the girls at Azura were so kind and helpful, walking my baby around the clinic and trying to keep him entertained while I had my clean done. They were so accommodating for us and also provided such high standard care.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my experience at Azura Dental! After not going to the dentist for 4 years, I had a check up and clean at a chain dental clinic associated with my health fund, and saw Dr Kate Chen for a smile makeover consult the next day. After stepping into Azura, the difference was like light and day! I cancelled all appointments at the other place and opted to have them done with the team at Azura. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door, the reception staff (shoutout to Adele) are so lovely and no request is too much. The clinic is laid out beautifully with lots of thoughtful details. Dr Kate Chen has made me feel like I can smile again! Normally I would quickly hide my teeth. I felt comfortable from the moment I met her - she has a beautiful, calming vibe but also bubbly and makes you laugh. No request is too much for her either and there is so much care that goes into her meticulous work. It doesn't feel like coming to the dentist when you are here, an experience everyone should get to have.

Fantastic experience: I came to this clinic after various years of not looking after my teeth due to the severity of my dental phobia. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I instantly felt welcomed and calmed by the exceptional reception staff, helping my nerves. The dentists here were understanding, patient and genuinely thoughtful allowing my dental experience to be positive after so many years of negative ones. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. While I was there, it didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. The friendly staff and welcoming environment made the experience so great.

Fantastic experience: I found my patient experience at Azura Dental to be absolutely fantastic, the staff there are absolutely lovely and provided thorough professional dental treatment for me. They went above and beyond to try to ensure that my appointment times did not conflict with my busy working schedule, and having had extensive orthodontic work done, they made sure that the treatment I was given was well-tailored to my individual situation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get both routine check-up and cleans done or more extensive treatments.

Negative experience: Where do I start! There has been so many issues. If you're considering this Dental Surgery - DON'T. Honestly RUN My daughter needed what was explained as a simple filling. The next day she complained that it hurt. I assumed it might have been tender from the needle and reassured her. Fast forward 2 weeks and she was in agony. I looked at the tooth and there wasn't a filling. Perhaps it had fallen out? Not according to the specialist paediatric dentist who we asked to check it out. The dentist couldn't believe how poorly it was "done". Drilled too deep and decay was left behind in a different area. no evidence of a filling could be seen. An exposed nerve. Multiple needles, gas and antibiotics placed inside the tooth, my daughter's damaged tooth repaired. however due to the incompetence of AZURA runs the risk of infection and abcess. In terms of the Dental "care" I received, botched veneers, over prepared natural tooth and an ill fitting veneer with sharp edge and gap at the back. I assume that the come back will be they look natural from the front, yes..from the front they look OK. That's not before a chain of ridiculous events which made me feel as though I was on an episode of punked! Horrible temporary teeth that was so uncomfortable my gums throbbed, which then snapped and needed emergency dental to replace (what a relief they were done elsewhere). A dropped veneer which I almost choked on. Terrible communication in regards to the process - including multiple visits to colour match at Unley. Colour match issues possibly due to the whitening issues - wasn't given a take home kit, when it was discovered, it was then delivered to a group of flats across the road! My mental health has suffered, my daughter now has anxiety around dentists. Looks are definitely deceiving, don't be fooled by the nice decor. To rub salt into the wounds I was blocked and my review disappeared from their Facebook page. It seems only 5 star reviews remain, others are deleted *update - Azura offered a partial refund, ONLY if I removed this review and didn't pursue legal damages or action. It was also said that no one I knew could speak about this. $1800 of the $4000. $1800 doesn't cover being practically called a liar, plus all the anxiety this has caused. I hope my monetary loss ads weight to my review and people think twice before booking here.

Fantastic experience: I just had an amazing experience at Azura Dental & Cosmetics. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made me feel right at home and took great care of me. A special shout out to Dr Deb, she was absolutely fantastic. Her expertise and warm demeanour made the whole appointment smooth and comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the care I received. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Brought my daughter in for a simple molar filling. It seemed to have gone well, but a week later my daughter complained of pain. I looked, and the filling was only surface level, they hadn't filled the hole they drilled at all. It had begun to crack. Next day the filling is completely gone and she has an exposed hole, which still contains a lot of old decay they didn't remove. Have these guys done this before? I took her to a Specialist Paediatric Dentist at quite the cost to fix the issue Azura caused. Azura had drilled too deep, and left significant amounts of decay underneath the "filling" creating a very high risk of abscess. Pulling the tooth was not possible for multiple reasons, so my 10yo daughter was put through a root canal to fix the negligent/lazy work that was done by Azura Dental. We've contacted Azura via email & facebook and got generic responses. Leaving a 1 star review got us blocked & deleted. Terrible response to messing up. HCSSC should be in touch.

Fantastic experience: This is such a lovely clinic. As much as I hate going to the dentist, this place always makes me feel comfortable. Dr Deb is amazing at what she does and i didn't feel a thing when she injected my mouth.

From the moment I arrived, the team was warm and welcoming. The dentist that took care of me diagnosed a cracked tooth that had been causing my pain and explained the treatment clearly. The procedure was smooth and painless, and they even followed up the next day to check on me. My tooth feels great now, and I’m so grateful to Azura Dental for their exceptional care. Fantastic experience: I came into Azura Dental & Cosmetics for teeth whitening and got above and beyond what I wanted. The environment of the clinic was calming and gave off a professional energy. The staff were all very lovely especially when it came to keeping me composed throughout the whole process as it was new for me. On top of this, they answered all the questions that I had with enough information to not leave me confused. Not only that, the results were amazing, I had never seen whiter teeth and it had boosted my confidence by miles. There was little to no sensitivity afterwards and the results have continued to last me for months. So, if you are looking for a cosmetic or just dental procedure and checkup, Azura Dental & Cosmetics is the right way to go.

Fantastic experience: I was afraid of Dentist and thought of having to see one scared me. Once I arrived at the dentist clinic I was greeted by the most compassionate Adele who instantly made me feel safe and at ease. Then Dr Deb, Janice,Chris were informative with demonstrated empathy I was feeling at ease. Further appointments I had an extraction by Dr Elvina gentle and kind , when the extraction began I felt nothing. All my anxiety and stress was for nothing. So if you are afraid of dentistry or had a bad experience visit this clinic for a game changer. They are in a league of their own.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience! It was our first time here and the facilities were very nice and clean and all staff were friendly. The girls were super patient with my niece who wouldn't let them remove her tooth (we got there in the end) and kept her as calm as possible. Bonus points for the good playlist as well.

Fantastic experience: I am a very anxious person going to the dentist and just making an appointment made me feel ill. I was given a recommendation to see Dr Lizzie. The girls on reception were amazing and put me at ease. The waiting room was relaxing and didn't smell nor sound like a dentist surgery. I am very happy with my treatment and have found a place I feel comfortable in. I loved that Dr Lizzie took the time to get to know me. Highly recommend azura.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Azura Dental has been very positive and I would highly recommend the clinic. While they fixed my dental issue they also highlighted I may suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. I was later diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and I now have therapy to manage that condition. I am very happy with the service at the clinic and recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr Rea for many years, following her to 3 practices - this is because of her outstanding care. My children are holistically cared for by the whole team. Dr Rea's former occupation (ICU nurse) shines through her practice in her holistic caring manner, hygiene & cleanliness and outcome driven care. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Beautiful location and the practice is very modern and clean. As a new patient I felt really welcomed and the whole process, as well as the payment and claim options had been well explained to me. Shivani took time for me and did the general examination and cleaning gentle and painless with a calm hand.

Negative experience: I had a mixed experience here. Good for the basics, cleaning etc, but sadly not great for when I needed more advanced dental. Unable to do a lot of the work on site, they sent me to 3 specialists on opposite sides of the city. Some mistakes were made in my work by Azura (it happens I guess) & it meant a much more protracted and uncomfortable process for me. I also found the communication lacking at times, though the receptionist is lovely, and the dentist Deb quite brusque with her staff & even patients. A weird one for me, but I could just have been unlucky!

Fantastic experience: My sister recommended Deb for my son who is on the spectrum and suffers with sensory issues. Brushing his Implant surgery with Deb, DO IT! Don’t be scared. I was terrified but after having it last week I can tell you not to be. It was honestly less painful and less stressful then a filling with other dentists! I can’t believe it. I have now had multiple fillings and now an implant with Deb and I can’t recommend her enough. I originally wanted to be knocked out for the implant. I did not need to be and I’m so thankful for how easy, pain free and quick the whole procedure was! Anyone scared for the implant surgery, don’t be, there’s honestly no need!

Fantastic experience: I have been going along to Azura for a couple of years now for dental and a bit of cosmetic treatment. The clinic is amazing and the staff could not be any more helpful. Dr Deb listens to what you are after and offers great ideas and solutions for the right outcome. I went along to speak with Dr Deb about having some cosmetic treatment done as my son was getting married. As I am nearing sixty I had started to develop what I call the sad mouth. Dr Deb suggested a Thread Facial Rejuvenation around my mouth area and lower lip.. I was so happy with the result..no sad mouth in the wedding photo's. I have been getting so many comments from friends and colleagues.. commenting on how natural and fresh my new look is. The treatment has taken years off my face. thank you Dr Deb....I am extremely happy with the results and recommend you to everyone.

Negative experience: Dental work was fine - however the Admin side and customer service was less than acceptable. A simple admin error in which i handed them a health insurance card with 2 names on it and the admin person chose Member number 4 (???) meant my claim was declined meaning i had to pay cash and go to my insurer as the admin person couldnt work out the error. Luckily my insurer worked it out in minutes and negotiated with Azura who still didnt want to refund my money even though it was their error. Ultimately they did it the next day but i had to delay an interstate flight as i had to chase it on the day as there was a second claim declined (same error on both...at least they are consistent) and i refused to pay cash on that one as the insurance company was insisting there was no issue with my account...they were right. Frustrating...but everyone makes mistakes...the problem was the admin girl blamed my insurer for not picking up her error....and me...no apology for the time wasted...in fact when i mentioned how much time she wasted her response was that it had wasted her time too....but in fairness...that's her job....and her mistake...not returning...the mistake should have been picked up much faster...i should have received an apology....none of that happened **Response to reply** I waited 24 hours after last contact. I asked for a call from office manager...no sorry for the experience in private emails...in private emails it was justification. This was not my insurer....even the admin admitted to medibank it was their error. There were two names on the card i handed her...why is she selecting member number 4....however putting the error aside....blaming others...lack of accountability..trying to make me pay for 2 full appointments instead of gap and it was not my fault nor the insurers as you stated loudly and repeatedly....you could have responded to me...you didnt...you waited for a review

Negative experience: Bad experience for my elderly mother. Treated her with no respect. Supplied her with dentures "more suitable for a horse than a 70+ year old" as quoted from a professional denture clinic. She had to pay over $1000 to get new dentures fitted and they are perfect. Jetty refused to reimburse her. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Contrary to their comments she was never offered a reimbursement. Why would a pensioner refuse to be reimbursed. They were the rude ones, I did not use expletives just called her unprofessional because she belittles staff in front of clients. If you want to reimburse my mother, post out a cheque and stop lying about it.
